We had a group from the office at lunch and it turned out great! Food was awesome and the service extremely friendly.

One major inconvenience was that it was quite warm in the restaurant and apparently had been for awhile. We had to ask twice about it. First time we were told that nothing could be done and that it indeed was very hot especially in the washrooms and kitchen.
Hopefully this is correctable.

Very loud. Great lettuce wraps. Beware. Their Brussels sprouts are cooked with chunks of pineapple and hot red peppers. If that combo sounds good to you, go for it.

We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps as we usually do. This time the chicken was tough and chewy as were some of the mushrooms. Had to spit some of the chicken into a napkin because it was not chewable. This is the first time the lettuce wraps were not as expected. Hopefully this is a one time occurrence.

Disappointed that meals were not prepared as asked.. My meal and my granddaughter's meal were ordered with no mushrooms. Both were loaded with mushrooms

P. F. Chang's is a family favorite. We are all aware of how difficult it is for a family to get an agreement on where to go to eat. There is always conflict because one or more of the kids don't want to go here or there. Many times just to spite the rest of family. That never happens when "P.F. Chang's" is suggested. Always a great place to go. Good food. Good Service. Good times.

We were seated at a dirty table. Had to find our own silverware when appetizer came. Server swapped our food choices when she put them on the table. Gave server credit card to pay the bill and she returned it to my husband. Overall it was a very disappointing experience. I know it was late at night but it just seemed like nobody working wanted to be there.

I have been to this PF Chang's many times and have never had an issue in the past. This trip was different. It began when we arrived to find out that we would have to wait 15 to 20 minutes despite having a reservation. Once we were seated it took a while for a waiter to show up and that was just the first step in a long night of terrible service. This has never happened at this restaurant before and I am hoping it was just an anomaly and they will return to what we have come to expect from PF Chang's

Made a reservation for 7p, thinking we would have plenty of time to get to an event by 8:30p. It wasn’t very busy but it took a hour for us to get two meals. Food wasn’t hot when it arrived. P F Chang’s has gone downhill and is not what it use to be.

Took friends out for dinner. Dinner was great. Only then was appetizer came after we got our dinner. Which was fine. Great food. Will definitely be back.

I truly appreciate the quality service, ease of reservations and the quality of the food at PF Chang's. I will continue to dine here whenever I am in Indianapolis. Ashley was our server, and provided the perfect level of service being careful not to interrupt our business meal discussions.
Kudos to Ashley as well.

Terrible service. We had a reservation, and still waited more than 45 minutes... they had many open tables, but we’re not staffed at all. The front desk was dismissive and rude... not apologies offered, nothing from the manager. Terrible.

We meet at the restaurant before the Symphony. It was easy to enjoy dinner with friends without a loud crowd. The food was excellent and the service considerate.

The food is UNremarkable ! Edamame seemed to have been old or perhaps heated up more then once, the sushi was rather bland and seemed "stale" . Service was find , sat at the bar and she was pleasant and attentive.
Yet overall I would NOT recommen going to PF Chnage when there are so many other great choices in Indianapolis.

I love the food in this place because it is good for all my family which includes restrictions like gluten free, dairy free and vegan. The food is all well prepared and enough to share.

DISGUSTING
Disgusting is the best you can say, We showed up for our dinner reservation on 2/24/2019 to eat before a show, we were greeted and sat, I excused my self to go to the mens restroom, went in and used the one open stall,there was someone in the other stall and you could tell he was sitting down and you could hear him on the phone, as I was washing my hands someone opened the door and yelled "hey they are looking for kitchen help". With that the person in the other stall opened the door, walked out of the restroom and headed for the kitchen. NEVER STOPPING TO WASH HIS HAND!
I went to the greeter stand and told the gentleman who seated me what occurred and point out the person. I went to my table and my wife was talking to a waitress. I informed my wife I was not eating there and explained why. I could see the person I told head to the kitchen with I assumed was a manager. The greeter came out and went back to his stand and the manger never came out. We were leaving with out eating the greeter informed me 'THAT FOR THE RECORD HE WAS NOT USING THE RESTROOM HE WAS FIXING SOMETHING" like that makes it better touching everything in the bathroom means you don't have to wash your hands. Will never even think about eating there again.

Seated immediately, even though we were late for reservation. Hot and sour soup was great. Ginger chicken was rather tasteless and the brown rice was extremely dry and tasteless. Disappointed.

We had a problem with our reservation. After an hour and a half, it was never called - my wife went to complain and the female manager (don't know her name - strawberry blonde) lied to my wife and said they texted us multiple times. She became argumentative and nasty. They did comp our meal, but the experience was very poor. We ended up eating at the bar, the folks at the bar was great, but service was slow. The soup came out cold, the chicken was overdone and dry.

My wife and I really enjoy this restaurant chain. However, this particular P.F. Chang's is good but located in/near a failing Circle Centre mall. Still good food and an enjoyable time.

This was my first time using OpenTable and it was an "okay" experience. The reservation process was easy, making updates was easy, but the restaurant appeared to no treat our reservation as equal to others. Our reservation was @ 7pm, but we were asked if we reserved via OpenTable and then told we'd have to wait as there were other reservations ahead of us. We weren't sure what that meant, but it resulted in a near 30 minute wait.

We were seated 30 minutes after our reservation time. The guests at our table left 5 minutes prior to our reservation. While clearing the table, a glass was dropped and broken. The glass and ice were not properly cleaned up. When I pointed this out, the hostess made a second and yet still unsuccessful attempt to clean up the mess. The excessive time it took to take our orders and deliver our food and drinks was unacceptable. They were not that busy. My son is currently a server, and I used to be one so yes we do know that the wait was excessive. The Dynamite Shrimp was excellent. The Ginger Chicken with Broccoli was bland. It is very unlikely that we will return.

Server was overwhelmed. We were brought to go cups with our beverages ? Both of the dishes we ordered were served to us after a long wait prepared incorrectly (ordered no peanuts, dish was covered with peanuts; ordered sauce on side, dish was covered in sauce). Server did not apologize nor did manager come to our table to apologize. We were simply served new dishes without comment. Server ran by table and tossed the bill on the table shortly after we were served. Chang’s is one of my favorite restaurant chains; this experience however was less than enjoyable. No apology or discount was offered. Disappointed.

My husband and I arrived 10 minutes early and we were told we needed to wait until our reservation time. (We were okay with that.) We did notice that there were a lot of tables open. We were standing near the hostess stand. Our reservation time came and went and so we continued to wait until another group came in. (20 minutes after our reservation time.)They had reservations and were seated right away. I went up to the hostess stand and asked about our table. They had forgotten about us. We were then taken to a table. We placed our order and I thought things were going better, but it took a while to get our food. A table near us that sat down a while after us received their appetizers the same time that we did and we placed ours 30 minutes before they had. I was a disappointment for me. I had really enjoyed my last visit and was really looking forward to this visit. Dinner was okay. When we were done with our meal all the waiter asked was if we were ready for our check.
