P.F. Chang's - Indianapolis - Keystone
The lettuce wraps and dumplings were delicious. Our food was also very good.
When I arrived to check in, I provided my information to the hostess. She was a young, Caucasian, blonde with red lipstick and a bad attitude. I informed her that I had a 7:00 or 7:15 reservation and she advised me to show her proof of my reservation. She proceeded to look up my information and acted as if she did not see it and proceeded to enter it in. I had arrived s few minutes early and she stated that I would be seated about the time of my appointment. While waiting, I noticed that there were people who had no reservation as well as some who had the same reservation time as myself who arrived after me. All of these people were seated before me. I was eventually called 15 minutes after my appointment time and my name was pronounced completely wrong. When my boyfriend got up to ask if they were calling us, the hostess simply shrugged and informed someone to show us to our table.
Once at our table, our server was kind but did not get our order correct. My food tasted great however my boyfriend’s steak was a little over cooked.
I typically love this restaurant. However, after my recent experience, I plan to try a different location.
For some reason our Open Table reservation WAS NOT available at the host station. I believe others had a similar issue. To her credit hostess honored my email confirmation and we were seated w/in 5 min of our reservation.
Great food and prompt service.
Everything that was ordered was amazing, although the chicken fried rice was bland .
Very loud - tables crowded together - main waitress only returned to table twice - three other workers delivered drinks - soups and entrees. Had to ask twi people for the check.
It is a beautiful place to dine. We had a good time. We enjoyed the food.
Great food. Went two days in a row and brought my family
Amazing food as always!
They set us next to the door and it was freezing so we asked to move.
The hostesses were SUPER nice but the waitress seemed very irritated that we moved.
Other than that, it was perfect!
I came in from Chicago to meet some friends and this was our first choice!
A group of 7 met for dinner ar PF Chan's. We went on a Tuesday night that was not busy, so it was easy for our group to converse. The service was excellent and everyone enjoyed their food
Extremely busy Saturday night crowd - happy to have made advance reservations. Enjoyed a delightful dinner with the famous lettuce wraps! Always crisp lettuce & delicious! The Mandarin Crunch salad is a treat for lunch or dinner. Kung Pao Chicken is a winner every time. Mango Iced Tea - fabulous! Our server was attentive, courteous & friendly, couldn't have asked for better. We had a wonderful time & would go back again in a heartbeat.
Valentine’s Day dinner
Skip this restaurant since there is better food available at half the price. Crispy shrimp should be thoroughly cooked and crispy - not a sodden, soggy mess. Ugh!
Did great service great, had to wait for quite a while past or reservation time. It was Valentine's day, but it was tedious.
Upon arriving, the server was informed that we were on lunch hours & would need to order & pay quickly. He did a great job with the orders, refilling drinks & seeing if all was ok. When it came time for the bills though, things seemed to fall apart. He presented the bills & wanted to collect them in order, which was fine. He disappeared then for a VERY long time. So long in fact that we were asking other servers to send him over. One of my diners punches a time clock & because of the delay, she was gone 2 hours instead of 1.5. No reason was ever given for the extreme delay so I have no idea what caused it but for our next luncheon of 10 people we are looking elsewhere. Sorry because we all love Chang's.
Our server was super awesome! No complaints. Atmosphere and food was ok but having a server that was knowledgeable of the menu and kept our glasses full is priceless
Birthday- Lamont our waiter was fantastic!
Everything was wonderful, but the heat was not working so the restaurant was very cold. We had to wear our winter coats while we ate. The people sitting next to us thought it was because they were seated by the entrance and asked to move . They too couldn’t believe how cold it was as well.
For being a chain it is nice freshly cooked food. My kids and I enjoy going here every few weeks
They were very busy service wasn’t as it usually is and that place is always Noisy
I LOVE Pf Chang's & go as often as possible. Our service was wonderful as was the food. Mandarin Crunch Salad - YUM! Crab wontons - YUM! Kung Pao chicken - YUM! Are you seeing a trend here?
Very busy but was seated in a reasonable time. Kitchen behind a bit for getting food out but our waitress was communicated well and was helpful.
I got my appetizer quick, but had to wait a good while for my entree. The server was apologetic about it though. I didn't realize that the upgrade to fried rice was $5, which I thought was a bit steep. Food was good though.
Service and food was great! We did have to wait a little longer than our reservation time, but that was okay. The biggest downfall was being seated in the path of the cold air of opening doors. We had to wear our winter coats through dinner.
Our food and drinks were very good. Our server was very friendly but also made us feel a bit rushed.
Waiter and food were excellent
Superb as expected
Customer next to us was getting loud, using profanity about their service and issue with bill. The PF Chang’s employee did little to intervene and address. This went on for over 15 minutes. Ridiculous.
Hot food, Great taste and friendly service.
The wait to get our food was extraordinarily long, 30minutes, due to the fact that they were running a discount on takeout orders. They were processing takeout orders before those of us waiting in the restaurant. The restaurant itself was half empty and people were still having to wait for tables. They said this was due to a shift change in waiters. The waitress was extremely nice and the manager did comp some of our food, which was very nice and appreciated. This is not the first time we have run into the same problem at this location.
We made reservations for 7:15 and we were seated at 8:10, almost an hour late. The hostesses were doing their best with a bad situation, overbooked restaurant and tables that sat for 2 or more hours and weren't able to be turned. I would have expected a manager to at least acknowledge that we waited an hour past our reservation with an apology or an appetizer. Our drinks took forever to come from the bar and we were never offered refills. They were out of lots of things, including rice. We made the most out of a bad situation, but there were many things the restaurant could have done to make things better for the waiting customers, but they didn't. I am not a fan of large chain restaurants and this is one of the reasons why, you get treated like a number and not valued as a customer.
Went on New Years. Everything was good but there were a lot of people who hadn’t made reservations standing around. This affected the noise level and the ambiance. Otherwise, food and service was good.
All the food, except mine, as good. The surf and turf was dry and shriveled. Not worth the money at all. Horrible.
The restaurant itself was just OK. The food was OK, the service was OK. We had a reservation for 6:15 on NYE. We did not get seated until a bit after 7 PM. Part of that is on PF Chang's for overbooking, and part of that is on folks lingering long after they had paid their checks - despite nearly 30 people standing in plain sight waiting for their tables. Overall, just blah, and OK. Too many better than OK choices.
Birthday. They were out of a lot of ingredients but overall experience was good.
We went to an early dinner on New Year's Eve and had a reservation for 4:30pm. When we arrived, the hostesses were rude and rolled their eyes that we were 5 minutes late (mind you, with a toddler and infant in-tow). I glanced around the restaurant and it was nearly empty so I'm unsure why 5 minutes made a difference. Once we sat down, we ordered appetizers and then our meals. Our table was never cleared between appetizers and our meals so plates were piled everywhere. I got one drink refill (of the wrong drink) during our entire meal and my glass sat empty for much of the meal. During the meal, I had to take my infant to the restroom for a diaper change and when I returned the check had been delivered. My husband explained that the check had been delivered in the middle of he and my family eating. We had to request dessert menus and were told that we could take them to-go. I realized that the restaurant had gotten busy over the course of our meal and there was now a wait. We were being shoved out the door to accommodate a new table. This was one of the worst experiences I have had.
This used to be a good restaurant. We ordered lettuce wraps (which were good) and orange chicken (which was dry). The orange glaze was not glaze at all, it was a spicy and dried concoction. The portions have gotten smaller and the prices have gone up. Won't be going back. My daughter says her family has been disappointed the last two times they have been there as well.
we were there celebrating a birthday with a party of six. The first seated near the door but it was extremely cold sorry requested another table. In a short. Of time were taken to another large table and everything went perfectly
