   We went there for Mother’s Day lunch and really enjoyed it. They have some bowls on the lunch menu that are outstanding. I had the Ginger Chicken with broccoli. The kids menu is inexpensive with very large portions. I was surprised that it was more than enough for my son. Great service. Although it was kind or warm outside we opted to sit on the patio. The have large misting fans which made it completely pleasant to be outside. We will be back again for another wonderful meal.

   Our server, Jianni (sp?) was spectacular. The food tasted great (both the Chang's Spicy Chicken and the Mongolian Beef); however, was a little slow getting to us and was a little colder than we would have preferred (did it sit for a while before getting served???). The music, where we were seated, was a little too 'bass-ey'; however, it was not so bad that we had to ask to be moved. The drinks were great (love the smoked old fashioned!) and, again, the service was spectacular, much better than when we were here a few months ago. Everyone was friendly and our experience was back to what we expect from PFC. We will be back!

   In the past we have enjoyed P.F. Chang's. This recent visit was super disappointing. The service was really poor and the entrees were really just bad. My husband had the short ribs and it was like beef jerky strips with sugar rice. Not even hot when it was delivered. I waited for about 10 minutes before my eggplant dish came out and had to ask where it was several times before it arrived. It was a good thing that we had the edamame and lettuce wraps to hold us over. In their defense, the manager did take off the entrees after we spoke with him. This was the right thing to do because they were not really edible. I don't think we will be going back to this location again anytime soon.

    One of the worst experiences ever. If this location has a large party turn around and run. Waited forever for drinks… bar was on “priority for party” per the sever. Then food came finally in stages… server comes over and says great how was the food. What food. We got soup and at different times not even together. NEVER got the food. Actually said forget it and asked for bill. Then had to ask for items to be removed cause we never got them. Won’t be back anytime soon. Just use caution if they have a large group.

    Hostess said she did not see my reservation even though I had a confirmation. They were not crowded so we got seated anyway. Service started out ok and as it got more crowded the one waitress could not keep up. For whatever reason people around us for their food first even though we were there first. Not a horrible experience but not the best. Our water glasses were empty and the waitress went to get us more and then forgot. It will be awhile before I go back…

    The food has changed. PF Chang’s is not the same any longer. Kung Pao Chicken was pasty and gritty with minimal flavor. Chicken Lettuce Wraps were good but the portions are much smaller. Broccoli Beef was good but again, much smaller portions and higher prices. This will be our last visit here. Very disappointing. Our server was quite good - but the food, ick.

    Thought the food lacked the flavors of how I remembered it would be from the past. Seems like they scaled back on ingredients and made the portions a lot smaller then what they were from before. I wouldn’t recommend this this restaurant to anyone. Honestly I would not go back.

    My husband had Sweet and Sour Chicken. Chicken was tender but the batter was not cooked enough. The pineapple was tasteless leaving the Chicken less flavorful. We had to ask for sweet and sour sauce where previously it was not necessary, that was a tiny dish. We live here from January to June and look forward to dining at PF Chang's, a bit disappointed this time. I had the Shrimp, it was very good but should offer an alternative for those eating low carbs without ordering special from the appetizer menu. Thank you

    My wife and I have been going to PF Chang's for many years, starting with a lunch date over two decades ago. Our favorite locations have been Kierland in Scottsdale, AZ and Henderson, NV near Green Valley Ranch Resort/Casino. It was our 20th wedding anniversary and decided to celebrate at the Henderson location. They had a special on the menu for a Kobe Steak dish. My wife was excited to try it. We ordered some special Spicy Chicken Noodle soup, dumplings, the Chang's Spicy Chicken, and the featured Wagyu Beef dish. Our server, Jose, was friendly however seemed way too busy and rushed at times. He advised us that the beef dish had special requirements in that it could only be cooked medium rare and had to come fast right out of the kitchen. He would have to coordinate everything around the dish so we would get it served to us properly. The special soup was delicious, the fried pork dumplings excellent. The chicken arrived and was its usual self: quite good. Now, he came the beef. Uggggghhhhh. The presentation was visually quite nice on the plate. One end of the sliced up beef was fork tender and the flavor was divine. About 1/2 way through, my wife noted that she couldn't cut up the beef with her fork and it seemed 'grisly'. I noticed the same. We asked for a knife, saying it was hard to cut, got one, and actually were unable to cut the meat, even with a knife. It was full of gristle and fat and was inedible. We continued to eat the chicken dish and, when we finally got the servers attention, told him that we were very disappointed, especially at $38. He apologized, said he'd make it right on the bill (we only got a small discount), then said, twice, a chef would come out to speak with us. That never happened and a manager eventually came out, said "it was just a bad piece of meat, sorry". This didn't totally ruin our anniversary dinner; however, I can say that we will NEVER order this again and can't recommend it....not 'Wagyu' in any way.

    Worst service ever had in ant PF Changs. Food was cold when it came - 45 minutes late. Watered down drinks. Repeatedly asked for help, food, water, has to ask to order, etc. Had to have a serious talk with Manager - still no improvement. Never going back after being loyal for 20 years !!!!
