P.F. Chang's - Henderson

We didn’t have to wait when we got there and everything we ordered was on point. So good that even after leaving it was brought up 3x on the way home that the food was so good.

Great service, and wonderful food.
We will certainly go back again.

All of us agreed the food was exceptionally good and so was the service. I don’t think any of us have ever had a bad meal here. The ambience is perfect for conversation. Love PF Changs.

Love this place. Staff all really good. Only gave 3 because the food came out barely warm. Flavors were great though.

Horrible experience! We only got half of our order. Drinks were not refilled! Waiter very rude and unprofessional!

No bday offered for dessert

The crispy shrimp was over battered and “gummy” not crispy. The Pad Thai had HUGE scallion tops that were inedible as well as very large raw carrots juliennes, the peanut were not chopped, they were halves and the noodles were way over sauced! The chicken /tofu curry dish was watery and lacked flavor. The Surf and Turf loooked like a toddler played it and the lobster was terrible and the shrimp were measly!! Shall I go on....

The manager is in over his head and needs a mangement training program. The staff is rude an does not understand that they are there to help the customer. Stay away

Food, service, ambiance were all amazing. But made a 4:45 reservation and didn’t have a seat until 5:45. We will be back for sure, but the table tardiness is a bit frustrating!

The restaurant was lacking staff. The manager wasn’t helpful to our server who was trying to meet the needs of all of the tables she had responsibility. We were seated directly next to a family with a young child who killed any ambiance that may have existed in this brightly lit restaurant; there were other open tables. The restroom doors and elements could have used cleaning. Overall, this was not the greatest experience at P.F. Chang’s.

The floors were very dirty, specially underneath our table.

Went with reservation on 12/24. Still had to wait an hour. The one host tall younger guy was snotty and rude. Everyone was complaining and waiting. No manager or supervisor around or talking to anyone. They did nothing to make situation better. Felt bad for servers getting all very annoyed customers. Mgr should have had a presence. Nobody apologized

I probably would have rated much left if it wasn't for the host that was quick to accommodate. We made a reservation for 7 and some how it was only 5 in there system (even with confirmation text). I went to ask for help and I didn't get the hosts' name that helped me otherwise I would have thanked him here. His counter part not so much - rude and standoffish. He said it would be 1 hour to add on to our reservation! Not my fault that your system was wrong but you should do your best to honor and accommodate being in the hospitality indusy. The other host jumped in and found us another table, they just had to clean it. Like did you even look at your system before you snapped and told me 1 hour? No. I get it's a holiday and it's nuts, but being that were locals and also work in the hospitality industry, your actions go a long way!

Our server was amazing so that helped after the annoying encounter up front.

Fried rice was sub par compared to usual because meat was tough and almost inedible but other stuff was good.

Anniversary dinner, food and service were excellent!

I don’t even remember who our server was but it was not a good memory. Plates left on the table for the whole meal. Forgot our dumplings. Service very slow. Food is good, pretty consistent there.

Server was great didn’t even have to ask for drink refills he was on it

Service was outstanding. Food was very tasty and healthy. Beef was a bit tough. We celebrated a birthday and the server made sure we had a nice dessert at the end of dinner. Very happy with the prices. They are very reasonable and we will be sure to come again.

Food is always excellent for a good price. Derek is the best server there. He makes the whole experience even better. Ask for one of his tables if you can!

Food good. Very noisy near kitchen. Booth seating is much better.

Food selections were well advertised in their menus. Service was exceptional with our waitress, Kendra. Highly recommended.

All 3 appeys we ordered came out at different times cold! The waiter however was awesome and took everything back of course but really? And it was not overly busy. Disappointed

Great service, great staff, great prices, great place to bring groups

Great place to come ... the food so delicious I couldn’t stop talking about it days later. The customer Service was the best we had in a long time... we will definitely be coming back and also referring friends

We were a table of 8 and my husband and I arrived on time. It took the waiter almost 10 minutes to give us waters and take our drink order. Once everyone arrived another 5 minutes for their drink orders. Dinners were very slow to come out and the bus person was almost doing us a favor by putting our egg rolls on the table. On a positive note the egg rolls were very good. The lettuce wraps were served with iceberg lettuce. Have you ever tried to fold iceberg lettuce? Baby bib lettuce is the way to serve this dish. We barely saw out waiter after meals were served, and he never gave us our fortune cookies until I asked and then he gave us a bag!

My Family and I had a wonderful dinner at P.F. Chang’s. The food was exceptionally good , delivered quickly and hot.
Service as always was excellent. They treat their customers very, very well here.

I took my date here on Friday November 25th. We both really enjoyed the food and service. Our server was excellent and great atmosphere!! We will be back.

Love all the food all the time. Came out slowly and wax warm not hot anymore but they brought back a new dish that was hot and delicious. Nice waitress who turned down the music to a better level. All in all we love it and will keep coming back, but noticing they are short handed in staff and it shows.

I just love this place. They have the best "American" Chinese food around. The lettuce wraps are a favorite of ours added to some sesame chicken and sticky rice, good wine....perfect after a long day at the Mecum auction. Definitely will return when we are in town again.

I really enjoy the upscale Asian feeling vibe. The food is always great and menu changes slightly , so you never get bored of the same food. You also have choice of brown or white rice . My friend alway orders the stir fry with filet mignonette, she loves it. I tried the tofu and broccolli dish delicious.

Great food!

Went here because the Flamingo and Paradise location closed. The food is not as good but it is acceptable. worst thing though is we had a problem with our bill. Requested to see the manager and he ignored us. Finally worked things out but it was excruciatingly painful. Will not return to this location. Glad the new location is Town Square has opened.

Always excellent food and excellent service. Love the variety and it is always fun to try something g new.

We had a great time. Loved the food...vegetarian wraps were the best! The best won-ton soup in town! Very nice and attentive waiter...just a great place to have lunch with a friend!

Used open table for reservation and advised host of reservation. Asked for booth while being led to a table and was told that was only for reservations. When he was told that we had a reservation he advised us that next time we should ask for a booth. I was unaware that was something doable. Half way through the meal an email chastised us for missing our reservation! I then advised host of error who gave a “grand smile” and said it was taken care of although he did not seem to take any action. The waitress and food were excellent.

Always great food and service at PF Chang’s. The only problem we had was the lettuce wrap appetizer was late and end up coming out with the main dish. Still very tasty!
