   We had to ask another waiter to find ours so we could order. He brought our drinks and then never came back. Everything else was good.

   PF Changs always provides a very god dining experience for a fair price. The service was very good as our server was very attentive and pleasant. My ONLY issue is the beef used for the Broccoli & Beef dish is flank steak (per the menu). And, flank steak is notorious for being tough. And, it is in this entree. Find a different cut of meat even if it increases the price of the item a couple of dollars.

   Love this place!! First, I made reservations at the wrong location… my bad. However, when I checked in the gal at the Hostess Desk fit us in within the time we would have had to drive to the other location!! I was so happy!! I am allergic to synthetic crab. Our waiter swiftly provided a Crab Free menu for me. The Manager even came over to the table to reassure me!! I am an International Flight Attendant Chief Purser and recognize customer service that goes ABOVE & BEYOND!! Thank you to all 👍

   Our dim sum appetizer came out Luke warm. The sauce to pour over it was in a separate container cute but was refrigerator cold. They don’t heat up the sauce? We always had to look for server. He was super nice but he was too busy! We usually love food. Kind of pricey for what we got overall.

    Our server was not very friendly. At the end of the meal, I provided my frequent diner information and told her I had a credit for a. Entree on my account. She came back with our checks and there was no credit on mine. I asked her if she had checked and she said she would check again. Then she came back with a lower bill and I asked if she needed my credit card to rerun it. She said she already had. I assumed she would charge me for the modified amount and gave her more than 20 percent tip for the original bill. I just reviewed my credit card charges and it is showing the original amount with no adjustments. Not sure what happened with the correcting of my bill but it appears it was never fixed. Throughout the meal our server was not nice to us and seemed annoyed to be working. We go here fairly regularly and have never had this this type of experience before. It was very disappointing. Usually our group has a fantastic dining experience and excellent service at this location.

    This location in Happy Valley is amazing! The Happy Hour menu is outstanding! Dillion our server was helpful and fast. He even remembered to come back and get our orders in time for the end of happy hour. I highly recommend their Happy Hour!

    It was a busy time, with lots of take out orders being taken care of, we had to wait 10 min for our reserved table, and waited longer to be served, pay the bill, etc., but the food was delicious!

    Covid time: masks were worn, tables with a sign that the table was sanitized, tables were distanced. Dinner with our family included two boys and the amount of food we ordered for four adults and two children gave us a good variety of dishes everyone was looking for something different. Vegetables were served nice and crisp the way I like them. Thanks bud been craving shrimp and lobster sauce the style I had grown up with. This was not that recipe, but I still enjoyed it. Has more black bean and more seasoned. It’s especially good over rice. The crispy green beans were delicious. We had dim sum to begin with and more dishes than we could eat. So lots of to go boxes. We all were quite happy with the evening. Service was especially good. Our server was training a new gal. Both were very sweet.

    Our family got together for lunch and had a terrific time. The waiter was sweet but forgot a couple drink orders and the kitchen prepped a wrong meal but both issues were quickly. I wish they offered round tables of 10 for larger parties. It makes for easier conversation. The food was great and is always consistent at any PF Chang’s. You can’t go wrong with their food.

    Wes, our server, was excellent. The only “knock” I have of PF Chang’s is their seating scheme. They should build booths with more privacy, if for no other reason than to provide customers with less noise.

    Fried rice is terrible. Food came out Luke warm: second time that has happened here. Liked when P.F. Chang’s ambiance was a little more upscale. Very casual and for the price you might as well go to Pei Wei. Only difference is you pay double at Chang’s. Not too impressed.

    Made a reservation for 7:15, arrived at 7:15 and they had us wait (which was totally fine) however, other parties of the same size kept walking in and sitting immediately and we wait 15 minutes. They ended up offering us a table at the bar. We think they either mistakenly gave away our table or thought we canceled. Odd experience. Food and everything else was great!

    Went for a special occasion. Food was excellent but service was slow for P.F. Chang’s. It almost seemed like server had too many tables. Several times our drinks were empty for five minutes or more. But server was friendly and engaging. We’ll be back I’m sure since the food is top notch.
