Our food was delicious but the overall experience made us reconsider P.F. Chang’s as a dining experience. To start, even though we had reservations, it took us half an hour to be seated. The music was loud which we enjoy in a bar but not a restaurant. We ordered two appetizers , and one came out quickly while we finally had to ask for the other. We also had to request a napkin 3 times.

Our food took forever and came out randomly- we asked for one whole course and they just brought whatever was ready when it was ready….our kids kept asking where their food was, 10 mins after we received ours. A one-course dinner that took an hour and 45 minutes from start to finish. I’m usually in and out of a restaurant in an hour with my children. Zero explanation from server on why this happened. My kids have loved the kids chicken lo mein for many years but it was bland this time. I never got rice delivered with my ginger chicken entree. I stacked dirty plates and they stayed on the table the whole duration…..no one ever came by to clear them. But server was pleasant enough.

We were not greeted by a server until we asked if we had a server which was almost 20 minutes after we sat down. Overall service was slow but a manager did apologize for missing our table and gave us a free cheesecake. But, even that took a long time to come out and in the end we were tired of waiting so we did not take our leftovers either. Too bad because the food was good. Service was terrible.

Busy Friday crowd but went to Bar to wait for time and had a super bartender-got drinks-table was on time -good wait staff- very busy so it is a little slower but ok-Very good entrees and sides---this was a special occasion we enjoyed it!

I recently dined at P.F. Chang's and was pleasantly surprised by the attentive staff and reasonable pricing. However, the food left a bit to be desired and, at times, was almost comically underwhelming. That said, considering the price point, perhaps it's a case of "you get what you pay for." Overall, decent for those on a budget but temper your culinary expectations.

This place is always slow. Waited for 20 minutes with reservations. Staff seems overwhelmed which is not their fault but waitress was nowhere to be found. Food was cold, tough, and no one to complain to as waitress was MIA. Have tried this location multiple times. Won’t be back. Lieu’s is much better down the street.

Busy Saturday night, took 45 minutes to get seated with a reservation. New server, drink and food service slow. Three hours overall for a one hour dinner. Not typical for this restaurant but should not overbook if can't handle customer load.

We were seated promptly at the time requested on our reservation. Our server was courteous, efficient, and helpful when describing the menu offerings. Dining room was beautifully appointed with an exquisite mural covering one of the walls. As we were celebrating my wife's birthday, we were offered a complimentary dessert to cap the festivity. It was a enjoyable, memorable evening.

We had a reservation but still had to wait 15-20 min to be seated. Service was super slow. Out of my favorite draft beer - Blue Moon. Food came out really really slow. Waitress forgot spices tray after being asked 2 times. Paying also not easy - unable to get a receipt Super noisy The food was good but had to wait so so long Not a well-managed place - hostesses up front standing around talking and doing nothing while all other staff looked overwhelmed.

We waited 20 minutes even though the restaurant was half empty for our reservation. They were clearly understaffed. Our waiter was nice. They have no menus only a QR code with much more limited menu than before. Portions were very small for the price. Don’t think we will go back.

We noted on our reservation that we were celebrating a birthday, and they were so kind! Our table was nicely decorated when we arrived. The staff had signed a birthday card, and we got to pick a dessert off the menu. They made our evening special!

Our dinner was delicious - everything was hot and fresh - and our server, Molly, was outstanding. She was attentive and professional without being overbearing. We enjoyed appetizers (spring rolls and pan-fried dumplings - yum!) and a variety of main courses. All four of us were happy. Will return soon!

Let me say that our waitress was very nice and attentive. The problem was in the logistics and the kitchen. Somehow, after having to wait 10 minutes for a table despite a reservation in a nearly empty place, part of our order did end up on another table, which can happen I guess. But, how it can take nearly an hour to produce another sushi rolls while rolling out at least 20-30 other orders is simply beyond me. Our waitress did her best to salvage the whole thing and I appreciate the manager apologizing and comping the delayed items, otherwise this would have been 1 star.

As once a big fan of PF Changs I was extremely disappointed in our last couple experiences. We had a 6:30 reservation but we’re not sat until 7. The lobby was dirty (my 3 yr old picked up an acrylic nail off the floor) and over crowded. It was clear they were simply under staffed. I would much rather have been told they were unable to accommodate our reservation. Our waiter was rushed, we didn’t receive our two appetizers or drinks, our order was wrong on several items and I had to beg for their “fireworks” in a bottle event for our daughters birthday. We will not be back.

I have been to this location many times. Good looking inside. We were seated promptly. Order taken from a very pleasant wait person. Had the hot-n-sour soup. Always good. Very good for a chain restaurant. I had the Singapore noodles. Was about a 4 on a scale of 5. My partner had the Kung Pao Chicken. Good! Will be back. One thing about P.F. Chang's is that it is consistently good.

The vibe was energetic with great background music at a level that was comfortable to talk but provided a nice ambiance. The Salt and Pepper Shrimp were moist but had a firm outside coat. Delicious.

This was our first time at this restaurant. We were seated for over an hour before we received our entree. Waiter said kitchen was backed up yet tables that came in after ours had already eaten and left by the time we got our food. We had to finally speak to manager to get our food. Waiter was argumentative about when order was sent to kitchen. Food was bland with no real flavor. Not impressed.
