The staff was very understanding and accommodating.
Overall the quality of the food has noticeably declined since our last visit.
The waiter was excellent.
We were freezing because of the air conditioning and the staff ignored although we compalined about it and did not change our table. Also the waiter was slow.
This PF Chang’s is not as good as others in the area. Not sure if I’ll go back to this one
Dislike that they have discontinued happy hour at this location.
This location by far is our favorite PF Chang’s. The flavors of every dish are phenomenal!
Food and service were both excellent!
It was my birthday and my party kept growing and I believe her name was Tricia was wonderful accommodating me and my family. She worked with me to make sure everyone had a seat. It was a wonderful night and they made it so enjoyable and were happy. I’m very thankful because we were turned away by other places for having more people in our party. The food was amazing. Our service was so fun!! They really made my birthday special. Thank you P.F Changes.
This was my first time here (celebrating a birthday with friends). It is a beautiful restaurant! The food was ok but not great. Our server did a very good job and remembered that we were there for a birthday surprising our guest with a sparkling dessert. The dessert was on our bill but she graciously removed it. Would I go back? Not sure because the food was so so. Maybe it was just what I ordered....
This is our first time at this PF Chang's and it didn't disappoint. The food was delicious and there wait staff was wonderful. We will return again soon.

Front hosts had no idea how to seat people
Always enjoy going to P.F. Chang's but this visit left a little bit of a concern. Our server was very good but it took forever to get our appetizers and entrees to our table. He came out multiple times to apologize and even offered us a free bowl of soup as we were waiting for our entrees.
Food portions have always been on the smaller side at P.F. Chang's and they might want to look at them to be more shareable sizes especially with the premium price they charge. One of the dishes was more breading than meat, as if a piece of chicken was wrapped in a donut.
We'll be back and hopefully they will up their game.
We booked our table a day before but we still had to wait for another 10 mins after we entered. Front desk doesn’t know how to take people in. Our 4 yr old didn’t like the seat which we were given. We asked for booth but they said it’s not available. The seat was right beneath the AC unit and my kid was shivering the whole time we are having food. We booked saying it’s our marriage anniversary but it ended up with worst experience we had.
Though I had a reservation, I had to wait for 15-20 mins.
Had reservations and still waited 1 hour for a table. Server said he has 17 tables so can only get us all same waters. We got up and ordered our own drinks at the bar while we were at the table. Ordered 3 appetizers and only 2 came out. Third never showed up. Mentioned it to the server to take it off the bill since we never received it. Bill came and it was still on there. All the dishes were much smaller than pre-Covid. Post Covid experience at this restaurant was not too good.
My friend and I are enjoying trying out All the new restaurants at Grandscape and even more excited to dine at PF Chang’s as we have eaten at other locations and enjoyed the meal.
Though this location experience was totally different and disappointing. The only staff who were were in contact with that wore their mask correctly was the Hostess.
Our server, Amphone. V her mask wearing was absurd it was hanging on her chin barley covering her nose it looked ridiculous and definitely not serving it’s purpose. If the business is going to mandate the staff to wear the masks then it’s important to wear it correctly to be effective. We spoke to the hostess to either inform our server to wear her mask correctly or just take it off.
When my guest asked about an item on the menu she did not know what it was and had to ask another employee.
The experience with server and the food runner server who brought our food both of their masks was hanging from his chin made our overall experience disappointing and poor. Customer service was overall poor and lacked in many areas.
We will not be returning.
Birthday dinner was pretty good
Every thing was great as usual for P.F. Chang’s. Our waiter liked to reach over our food to place/ remove dishes instead of going behind one of us. That’s a training thing and especially in the age of covid should be taught.
When we arrived at the restaurant, they didn’t have our reservation and told us that Open Table “ doesn’t synch with their computer” and that they have this happen all the time. Where the fault lies I’m not sure but they scrambled to seat us. It all ended up fine but could be a problem in the future.
Very disappointed. Arrived 30 minutes early and checked in with hostess. She told me that the table designated for us was still busy and to come back closer to our reservation time. We went back 5 minutes prior to our reservation and were told we did not have a reservation. After showing them the confirmation, I was told that OpenTable and the system they use did not work together and this is a frequent issue. I was told that we could be put on the wait list but others were now ahead of us. I have used OpenTable on numerous occasions at this location and never had an issue.
Reservation made through opentable. Checked in with hostess 10 min early and sat on bench next to check in stand. Watched several people try to check in with reservations through opentable who were told that they had no record of it because their other system somehow doesn’t merge with it properly. After waiting 30 minutes, we asked if our table was ready (now 20 min past our reserv time). Hostess had no idea who we were. Showed her the check in text from PF. She looked again and said “unfortunately our system deleted your reservation. Sorry.”. Before we pressed, it appeared they were about to turn us away! Finally managed to find a table for us.
Do not show up with a reservation made through open table at this restaurant without calling them to verify! People turned away as there were no tables for walk ins.
Great food as always! We went during the blizzard on Valentine’s Day evening so just a few tables occupied. So much fun!
We had a miscommunication on the table and we were seated at a high top which was not as convenient for my elderly and handicapped grandmother nor private for a birthday celebration. The hostesses were gracious and tried to be accommodating but on a holiday evening there is only so much they can do and that is very understandable. Some members of our party made it a bit more difficult than others to be kind and I appreciate their graciousness and understanding.
Our waitress however wasn’t as accommodating. I assume there may have been a miscommunication in the back as to if we were moving tables or not and the delay I understand but after that she continued to not check on us or refresh drinks. The check was brought without asking if we wanted dessert or anything else. We felt rushed and uncomfortable, the birthday girl wasn’t even acknowledged. I know tonight was a holiday and business can be busy but we were disappointed by lackluster service.

Great location, good service and food. I recommend this spot.
We liked the beautiful oriental décor with terracotta warriors at the entrance. The lettuce wraps were good as were the spicy tuna roll and California roll. The table was split on the crispy green beans. One person thought that they were too oily but another person liked it. The Mongolian beef entrée was very bland and lacked flavor. Service was well timed and friendly. We have ordered take out from here and dined at other Chang locations and always enjoyed the food. This visit was somewhat disappointing.
Awesome birthday dinner!
Very disappointing. The waitress left us sitting ignored many times during the meal. The waitress brought us cold hot tea. When we mentioned it, the waitress started to argue with is then blamed the teapot and then blamed the boss. The food was not up to the usual quality of this restaurant chain. The beef was stringy and overcooked. The chicken tasteless. I do not recommend going to this restaurant at all.
Everything was excellent. A special shout out to “dotty” the hostess. She made our 15 month old and our experience the absolute best. It is so hard to keep children entertained and right when she sat us she asked if she could get us some fruit for her to keep her occupied and then while we were waiting got her a small cup of rice and concluded by a scoop of ice cream at the end! We can’t tell you how much we appreciated that. Our best meal out with our family since she was born!
Our waitress wasn’t very good, I ordered a sangria at the very beginning and two others ordered a beer. The two beers came out with our appetizer but the sangria came out after our entrees. We had to ask 3 times before receiving the sangria.
Waitress was slow and never did come back to refill water. Food was very good.

I was impressed by this location. Big open bar and plenty of open seating even with the Covid restrictions. Our waitress was fabulous and entertaining. She was very friendly and did not ask for much as she was always one step ahead of us. Bartenders were also friendly and very attentive. Awesome place to hangout with friends

I wanted to give 5 stars but a few things didn’t meet exceptional expectations. Our first visit was disastrous until seated. We had reservations for 7pm. Several walk-ins were seated ahead of us so my husband asked again about our table at 7:30. He said we are giving you the best table in the house and are just setting it up. Another 15 minutes go by and he proceeds to tell us it’s ready. The “best table” happened to be a high top in the bar next to a outer door that was access to the patio. It was 54 degrees and windy. I would have froze to death. We told them unacceptable and had to wait another 15 minutes (now 8pm, 1 hour past our reservation) to be seated elsewhere. Once seated, our server was amazing and the food was prompt and delicious.
Our 2nd visit, reservation for 7:30 and was seated in the bar next to the kitchen. It was much louder and our server was the only server in the bar. We sat fir o we 15 minutes before ever greeted. I ordered a cocktail from the bar (their margaritas are amazing by the way) and the rest of our party ordered soft drinks and water. They received theirs in about 10 minutes where my margarita took 20 minutes. Our server was inattentive, slow and unapologetic. While I love this location and the food and the drinks, I don’t think we will be back until they take these things into consideration.
First time to this location. It was great except for having to wait till 7:45 to be seated. We had a reservation for 7pm. They tried to seat us at their “best table” at 7:30 which happened to be in the bar right next to the patio door which kept letting cold air in. I would have froze to death. Once seated, everything was perfect. Tina was our server and she was outstanding. She continued to check on us without us looking for her. She gave us the time needed to decide on our main course. Food was as expected. Their margarita was exceptionally better than La Hacienda’s Mariano, which is my go to margarita. I highly recommend making a reservation and holding them to it!
