   We arrived 8 minutes before our reservation and were told to wait to until closer to our seating time. Restaurant was not busy at all. Table was soaking wet when we were seated. Restaurant still not busy when we finished but we felt compelled to leave due to dirty looks from wait staff. Food isn’t as good as it used to be and is much more expensive.

   We had a 715pm reservation. Stood there til 745pm. Doesn't seem like a Normal reservation. Not a good way to feel valued. Bunches of people waiting. Food very good. Service slow.

    We love PF Changs! While we typically only frequent local restaurants, PF Changs is one chain restaurant that we will eat at. They have good, quality, unique food. The service is always great. We will be back.

    The hostesses were horrible. No greeting when we arrived or when we left. No smiles or anything. With that being the front line I would suggest get new ones. Our waiter sorry don’t remember his name was very busy and very good. Food was so so fresh tasting and very good.

    PF Chang's is always an easy choice for the wife and I. We are new to Grand Rapids and this was our first trip to this particular restaurant. Everything was exactly as you would expect from PF Chang's with one exception. Maybe I'm being a little picky but the waiter tried to force us into using our phone's for our menu. I absolutely hate this. They do have paper menus but we had to ask twice. It's a little thing in the big picture but I'm old and was made to feel like I was inconveniencing him to want to hold a proper menu. Other than that, all was good.

    We were seated for our reservation on time. I think, like so many restaurants and service establishments, they are working a bit short staffed. There was a substantial pause before we finally met our server; in the meantime the table next to us that was seated 7 minutes after us, had already been served beverages and had their appetizer order taken. I accept this as something that we continue to deal with as we go through this period of dealing with Covid. Once our server arrived, the rest of our meal and service was exemplary. I like the ambiance of the Lansing, Michigan P.F. Changs much better, but when in Grand Rapids, I will most certainly to pass this establishment by.

    Love the food at PF Changs! I always get the Mongolian Beef and my husband likes the Street Noodles. We always get the lettuce wraps as an appetizer too. The one thing I would like to see is more options on their draft beer list.

    The manager told me that the restaurant was not on open table. I told him I booked the table thru open table app. He was rude and told me it was not possible. I showed him the app and the emails i got. He said I was wrong that the only way to book was through the restaurant app. I said the customer is always right and he said sometimes. Very bad experience and will not go back if he is working!

    The food was good once we finally got it, but it took over 15 minutes to get water. We ordered appetizers, and never received them until after our server finally came back to check on us after someone else dropped off our entrees. It was a special lunch date for my husband’s birthday, so wish we would have gotten better service.

    Our server left us waiting for over 5 minutes before he came over to ask for a drink order. Menu’s were brought by the server which is not typical and we did not care for waiting to see the menu. Need to change it back were the host gave you the menu’s. Server was also slow to check back on us throughout our meal.

    I understand that we are currently in an unprecedented situation and everyone is trying to navigate the new norms, however, my experience with PFChang’s this evening was totally unacceptable. I placed a dinner order at 4:45 pm for a 6:45 pm pick up. When I arrived at 6:45 pm, there was total chaos in the parking lot, with dozens of people waiting in the rain, both in their cars and standing outside, to pick up their food order. The PFChang employees were rude and unhelpful, unable to tell anyone when their order would be ready. Despite numerous attempts to find out the status of my order, no one was able to help. I waited one and a half hours, in the rain,
