   Don’t order sushi at this restaurant. For $16, I expected a fresh roll, not one coming out of the refrigerator, cold. The rice was so cold, it’s hard to chew. Very disappointed.

   The place was completely abandoned, no one on the reception area. After 10min waiting we left . I think they have no employees enough. 😐

   Excellent food, broad menu, friendly server. However, the credit card checkout system required customer to process transaction themselves, using QR code via customer's camera. The procedure failed to work, and we had to give the credit card number to the server, who input it via her own handheld computer. Two days later, we were notified that someone had used our credit card number to attempt a fraudulent transaction at a retail store. This almost never happens to us. It may have been sheer coincidence, but we felt we should call and let PF Chang know about this. The manager vehemently insisted there could not have been any misdoing on the part of their employees, and we were wrong to even voice the possibility. He may have been correct about his employee security, and we were not offended by his assertions. However, we WERE offended by the haughty, demeaning tone in which he voiced them. Additionally, the restaurant did not have our reservation when we arrived because we'd made it through Open Table instead of directly. The host said he had "forgotten to check Open Table". After the meal, the server who had input our credit card number told us our rewards points would show up in several hours on our rewards account. Three days later, we attempted to log into the account and got an error message saying the system was "having errors". Poor customer relations and poor information technology management.

   First we can say that the waiter tried his best. The poor waiter running around like a chicken without a head. We are greeted by letting us know “hi, we are short staffed, bear with us! “. You can imagine that you are in for an experience. Let’s start with PF Changs not having products. I ordered drinks to later find out they can’t make it because the don’t have Ginger Beer. Then we order shrimp dumpling and vegetable spring roll, but don’t worry , they don’t have this e either. I went for the sea bass, but not to worry cause they forgot to go fishing and bring the catch back to the restaurant. Finally, we order appetizers and they come to the table. Lettuce wraps were cold ( the chicken not the lettuce) and the shishito peppers were so spicy that you could not eat them. The honey crispy chicken came and oh boy! It’s was more like honey crispy clump of chicken. They did not even bother to separate them before throwing them on the fryer. The rest of the order was just inferior to Panda Express. (This tells you a lot) Then dessert we ordered I bet was delicious, if it ever came to the table. Finally, we asked for the check. We paid and ran outside. Yet, be careful not to run cause the floor was dirty and slippery. I peaked in the kitchen and found the rice cookers literally on the floor. They were scooping it from the floor. One last thing, PF Changs used to be this cool vibe and now it’s decor feels like a step up from Panda Express but with inferior food. They lost their touch and my advise is skip this one In Gainesville and any of them. Shame shame shame. Maybe there is hope and they can revive the concept, service, and food.

    Would not except the open table reservation. Had to wait quite a while to be seated. Finally got our table which was a small booth to try to fit 5 people in. We were so hungry we just decided we could deal with it. Then after we ordered it was quite some time before getting our food. Overall not a great experience.

    We thought we give P.F. Chang’s a try again. I’m glad we did. The food quality was amazing! The service was 10 out of 10 stars and we will be back!

    First time at this location. Enjoyed the food very much, and the service was friendly and prompt. Very relaxing; we felt like we could have sat there for hours and would have been welcome to do so. Will visit again!

    We were disappointed with the menu selections. Our server Tommie-lee was very nice but was unaware of what was available on the menu. We had enjoyed the Peeking Duck on our last visit but they had changed the menu. So we ordered the Bass that was on the menu, and after several minutes we were told that they were out! Ok, We then ordered vegetarian dumplings.After a few more minutes we were told they were unavailable. Speaking with the Manager Terrence was of no use as he just blamed it on supply chain issues. He said he would speak with the kitchen. Before ordering we would have liked to know what on the menu was available ! Just tell us so we can make an thoughtful decision! Thanks

    Strangest experience - the restaurant was nearly empty. The hostess, who might be a lovely girl, was clearly struggling. Couldn’t find our reservation and told us it would be a 45 minute wait. When I showed her the confirmation on my phone she still couldn’t find it and insisted we wait. When seated service was good, food was good, seemed to be plenty of servers but it felt off to be surrounded by empty tables and her insisting on a 45 minute wait.

    Well it took a long time. Meal was tempted for the wife and some of my food was hot other pieces of chicken warm. Rice was way under cooked which was a side order of fried rice and poorly done. Asked for white rice replacement and it too was under cooked. Susan our server was ok. It reminded me shoddy kitchen work. Quality lacking. We will not go back.

    We eat here twice a month and the food quality seems to be unsteady. The orange chicken, for example is chewry, no crisp. Lettuce rolls continue to be a favorite.

    Our server, John, provided excellent attentive service. We asked for water with limes and he brought a dish with extra limes. First time ordering the eggplant and in my opinion there was too much sauce in the dish.

    PF Chang’s has definitely changed. Our third attempt to enjoy what it used to be, but they’ve either changed their purveyors or are using less expensive ingredients in order to keep their price point during these unusual times. We won’t return

    We were a few minutes late for our reservation due to Gainesville traffic. The server/greeter was a condescending moron who told us we would now have to wait in an empty restaurant for at least 45 mins for a table. We went next door to Cheesecake Factory which was buzzing and where the service was friendly and efficient and we were made to feel welcome. Crappy staff = crappy restaurant. Never again PF Chang’s

    Waitress was horrible. I saw her only twice: when she took the orders & when she came back to drop off the check. Everybody else brought the foods that were ridiculously in poor quality. Hot & sour soup was so dehydrated to the point of bitter. My wife had egg drop soup and wanted some black pepper but nobody came by to check on us and didnt get to ask anyone for pepper. Had to wait 25 min for the soup and another 30 min for our entree -Korean Bulgogi & Fish dish. Food was so mediocre at its best. Restaurant was barely third full. This location in Gainesville did terrible justice to the great reputation the P.F. Chang maintained in any other locations

    Being huge PF Chang's fans, this visit did not meet out expectations. We had a 1pm lunch reservation and were seated fairly promptly, drink orders taken, etc. But it took over 30+ minutes for our food to arrive. The restaurant was seated at about 50% capacity and the staffing looked appropriate for the number of tables. We have to guess that the kitchen was short staffed. My family all agreed that we were not eager to return. Disappointing visit.

    Our choice during the Pandemic is to find a bar space where the stools are spread out. The bartenders are always friendly even though most nights they are slammed. The food is consistently appealing.

    Our server, Hayden, was exceptional! Our appetizers were good although the portions seem to have shrunk. All of our meals were good & the Wall of Chocolate dessert was perfect.

    They had no idea that we had reserved on Open Table at least 3 hours in advance of our visit. We waited an hour to be seated. The service was incredible thereafter, but the delay to seat us based on limited seating/staffing, and a large party was disappointing. They recommended reserving on their site, but I use Open Table most often so I can keep our vacation dining schedules in a consistent app./calendar.

    Had a wonderful experience especially because of our very knowledgeable server Daniel. Ordered the outstanding Mongolian Beef based on his suggestion alone and it was fantastic!!!
