   The restaurant said their open table reservations don’t show up so we didn’t have a reservation. But, they were able to seat us right away. Server had never opened a wine bottle and I had to complete the process for him. The food runner asked us to take our plates off of her tray, which was weird. The wine was well priced. Our food was delicious. Servers and bussers were kind just not trained.

   Mojito all lime.... terrible. Waiter brought our food so fast we didn't order 2nd drink, barely started our app. Shrimp app all breading. Dumplings good. Peanut salad DRENCHED in drsg

   Absolutely phenomenal! Food is A+ & so was the service. No one seemed annoyed by how busy it was.

   Good Food but poor service. The waiter was good but I had made a reservation and arrived on time but was made to wait over 45 minutes to be seated. I watched multiple others arrive with reservations that ended up leaving due to the extremely long wait. No purpose making a reservation if you aren’t seated within 15 minutes of the reservation time. Truly led to a very poor experience.

   I was surprised that this PF Changs wasn’t a bit more upscale. Service was good and food was average. Maybe I just like my local Chinese food place better.

   Service was great, food wasn’t up to par compared to earlier times that we have dinned here. We had stated that this was a birthday celebration but no attempt was made in that regard. Seated is next to the kitchen entrance at a very small table. Delivery people were standing in close proximity of our table. Noise was also an issue.

   We placed an order for a family meal for two, priced at $18.99 according to the menu. This represented excellent value for a three-course meal. Our selections were standard entrees, not premium or upcharge items. However, the bill reflected a cost of $19.99, plus two $5 premium entree upcharges, totaling an unexpected $11. Upon inquiry, our server attributed the discrepancy to an outdated menu. Despite clarifying that our choices, such as Mongolian Beef, were not listed as premium options, the additional charges remained. While we chose not to escalate the matter, we believe a more appropriate response would have involved rectifying the billing error. The server could have easily resolved the situation by waiving the $11. Service was otherwise exemplary. This feedback is intended constructively, as a learning opportunity for the server to improve future guest interactions. We remain loyal patrons of P.F. Chang's and look forward to returning.

    Horrible service and no sign of management. We didn't receive any of our orders correctly and it wasn't even very busy
