P.F. Chang's - Fort Worth
Kung Pao Dragon Roll* **
Our signature California roll topped with seared Ahi, sriracha, tempura crunch, and peanuts
Malibu Coconut Rum with House-Made Coconut Cream, lime juice and mint leaves
I made a reservation through open table but it didn’t go through. They seated us right away anyway. We were treated very well and enjoyed ourselves a lot.
I haven’t been to PF in a few years, but I was hungry for Chinese so we went. Food was better than I remember it! Started with the coconut mojito (LOVE), hot and sour soup, and had Kung Pao for my meal. The whole thing was amazing. The only downside was we ordered a Cali roll as an appetizer. They forgot it at first, then brought it out after our entire meal was over and said oops, but it still was on our bill and we were so stuffed we couldn’t make a dent in it. It would have been great customer service to have it comp’d and boxed instead of telling us sometimes the rolls take too long. It is what it is, though.
Thanks! We’ll share this with our team! Hope to see you soon!
Table provided nice view, and was quiet. The service and food were very good. No complaints at all.
Thanks for sharing this! We hope you will dine with us again soon!
Always a pleasing experience! I can let others order and I'm never disappointed with the flavor and quality of the food. Service, regardless of what city I'm in, is always excellent!
Food was good, service was average at best
The food was fantastic, Maverick, our server was great. We will be back.
We came to celebrate my wife’s birthday. This was by far the best PF Changs we’ve ever been to. The food was outstanding, drinks were amazing, and the decor was very unique - they even had these small porcelain cranes.
I had a confirmation for the reservation by email from Opentable however P F Changs did not have our reservation. After a bit of a wait we were able to be seated.
The service and the food was below what one would expect from P.F. Chang’s
Food was overcooked and dry. it's been better years ago. May not go back. I like the menu options but need to improve the dishes as they were dry and not as flavorful.
New year celebration it is always fabulous
Slow service because there were only 2 or 3 waitresses for the entire restaurant. The drinks took a long time to get to the table, as well as the food. The food was not spicy and we specifically asked for spicy dishes. When we asked for a spicy sauce, it came when we were almost done eating. The fried rice we ordered with one of the entrees finally came when we were almost done eating as well. The waitress knew that it was my daughter’s bday since I indicated it on the reservation and I even confirmed it with her but she still forgot to bring out her bday dessert. Every time she did come to our table to check on us, we could tell that she was stressed out. Oh and she also gave my stepdad his soup that he ordered when he was done with the entree.
Had reservations, 2 of us for dinner, restaurant was not overly busy but had several takeout orders they were servicing. We waited entirely too long for a glass of wine, approximately 25 minutes. We ordered two entrees and waited 30-40 minutes to be served. Unfortunately, the food was cold and seriously small portions. We complained to the manager, he said they would give employee discount if we kept the cold food...full charge to wait for another order to be made. Then he said he was the front manager, the restaurant manager was in back and offered nothing. Didn’t even come apologize before we left. Worst meal out in a very, very long time. A little effort and more face to face by manager would have gone so far!
Service was excellent, waiter was conscious of necessary precautions when approaching us. Food was great, as always.
Took 31 minutes to receive tea. Cold iced tea. That's it! I ordered the wonton soup which everyone knows that's kept hot in a pot. Took an additional 12 minutes AFTER my tea to get that. My waitress was either high or had zero care in the world. She moved at a sloths pace and was rude as could be. I've never been interrupted so much just trying to order a meal. I asked if they had a veggie sushi roll she said no, okay well can you just tell them not to put the tuna in it? No. So I need to pick the meat out? If you want to. Woooow. I mean. This was awful. For some reason the lights were bright as could be, the seats are torn and falling apart. PF Changs is NOT what it was 15 years ago. It used to be a cute place that lived up to its prices. The ambience had always been romantic at least in the evenings. My experience was miserable. Oh and the food, don't bother I ate because I was hungry but the food has gone waaaaaaaay down hill. The cheap little hole in the wall Chinese restaurant down from my house is better. The wonton soup was basically hot water with a dumpling. Bleh
The food is decent, the service is really good, it’s convenient, and it’s reasonably priced. A great spot to stop in Sundance Square.
No Complaints ! Service was great. Food was great. Drinks Great. No Complaints !
Yet another great experience at P.F. Chang’s. The food was fresh and tasty. The service was amazing.
My table was ready for me the moment I walked in. Don’t be late for your reservation here, though! I arrived one minute after my reservation time and they were just about to release my table, but of course it was lunch, and I wouldn’t have blamed them if they did.
I love this place. It’s within walking distance of my office, and is a great spot.
It was good however we went at an odd time (4:45 on a Sunday). Restaurant was fairly empty and we were seated in the back by the kitchen! Our waiter was no where to be seen. Finally he came by brought us glasses of ice with no water in them! Ordered wine and it sat on the bar. Husband went and got it. Looked like he only had 2-3 tables to serve. I think he was new!
As always food was great! Bring back the lemon scallops!!!!
Arrived a bit early and was led directly to a table Waitress was very pleasant and took our drink order right away Service was very quick and food was really good Will be back
Server was excellent. Dragon roll was amazing.
Mongolian beef tasted great, no complaints other then it’s just not worth nearly $18.00. Over all I am not at all picky about price, but they are just not quite what they price themselves at. Otherwise awesome!
We arrived for our 7PM reservation for 5 people and were told they had to add us to the wait list. They called us for our table at 7:20PM but tried to seat us at a 4-top. When I told them we have 5 they told me the reservation was for 4, and it was not. Turns out they put us on the wait list as a group of 4 and told us we had to wait again. When we went over to talk to the Manager about it he was very rude and told us "whether it was their fault or ours" we had to "calm down and wait." Later in the evening, once the waitress figured out we were going to write a bad review, the Manager came to our table and offered to pay for our (3) appetizers. With all the places to eat in Downtown Fort Worth, I wouldn't choose P.F. Chang's.
We’re sorry to see your experience wasn’t what we had hoped it would be! We’d love to hear about your visit so we can get it right next time. Could you send us a private note with more information about your visit and contact information and our team will reach out to you. Thanks!
Not impressed at all from the moment they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation even to the point where they said I guess we have to trust you then I showed them my reservation on my phone and their response was laughable. The food was decent the service fair, and the place was basically empty.
Made reservations but got seated by the kitchen, the last place we really wanted to sit. As it was super busy that night with conferences in Fort Worth going on, we decided we could live with this, especially considering there were few other tables left for just 2-4 people that weren’t taken. The food was good and service was decent, but when my wife and I have so few chances to have date nights these days, having a date night by the busy and noisy kitchen would not have been our first choice.
You know a restaurant is sub par if you can get a reservation for 8 with only 15 minutes notice on a Saturday night in downtown Fort Worth. Service was slow and food overpriced. My entree was cold but since it took 45 minutes to get it I ate it so we didn't miss our show.
Came in for lunch...took FOREVER to get our food even though we ordered right away. Avocado egg rolls were drenched in lime juice and almost impossible to eat, and food came out wrong. Usually a fan...not this time...
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with business partners here. It was the perfect setting for our round table discussion after a busy day at our trade show. The food and service were both exceptional! The chicken lettuce wrap appetizers were my favorite!
Good was good. Getting drinks from the bar is a slow process, even on a slow night. Wait staff was hreat.
Great food, great service... First time going here and definitely won't be the last. Cant remember our waiters name, but he helped us understand the menu completely and even found a good drink for my wife.....
Always enjoy this restaurant and had a great NYE meal.
Great service and food!!! My friends and I really enjoyed it!!
Food was delicious service was awesome. Great time with family.
Great prices, nice ambiance & food quality!🎄❤ The wait staff is awesome!
Went in between shows at the theater and service was soooooo slow. Took quite a long time to order, and then when we asked for a dessert menu, it took about 15 minutes to even get the menu. Was there 2+ hours (and not intentionally). Food was good once it was received. Restaurant was not busy when we went (3:45 - 4pm arrival).
Air conditioner was failing and making a constraint terrible noise. So they sat us as close to it as possible.
Could not hear one another talk. We will not return!
Great birthday dinner
The ability to make reservations in a popular, downtown area is terrific. As a large group of eight, we were able to be seated right way. Thank you, Open Table and PF Chang's for participating!
