P.F. Chang's - Fort Worth
Not impressed at all from the moment they claimed they couldn’t find my reservation even to the point where they said I guess we have to trust you then I showed them my reservation on my phone and their response was laughable. The food was decent the service fair, and the place was basically empty.
Made reservations but got seated by the kitchen, the last place we really wanted to sit. As it was super busy that night with conferences in Fort Worth going on, we decided we could live with this, especially considering there were few other tables left for just 2-4 people that weren’t taken. The food was good and service was decent, but when my wife and I have so few chances to have date nights these days, having a date night by the busy and noisy kitchen would not have been our first choice.
You know a restaurant is sub par if you can get a reservation for 8 with only 15 minutes notice on a Saturday night in downtown Fort Worth. Service was slow and food overpriced. My entree was cold but since it took 45 minutes to get it I ate it so we didn't miss our show.
Came in for lunch...took FOREVER to get our food even though we ordered right away. Avocado egg rolls were drenched in lime juice and almost impossible to eat, and food came out wrong. Usually a fan...not this time...
We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner with business partners here. It was the perfect setting for our round table discussion after a busy day at our trade show. The food and service were both exceptional! The chicken lettuce wrap appetizers were my favorite!
Good was good. Getting drinks from the bar is a slow process, even on a slow night. Wait staff was hreat.
Great food, great service... First time going here and definitely won't be the last. Cant remember our waiters name, but he helped us understand the menu completely and even found a good drink for my wife.....
Always enjoy this restaurant and had a great NYE meal.
Great service and food!!! My friends and I really enjoyed it!!
Food was delicious service was awesome. Great time with family.
Great prices, nice ambiance & food quality!🎄❤ The wait staff is awesome!
Went in between shows at the theater and service was soooooo slow. Took quite a long time to order, and then when we asked for a dessert menu, it took about 15 minutes to even get the menu. Was there 2+ hours (and not intentionally). Food was good once it was received. Restaurant was not busy when we went (3:45 - 4pm arrival).
Air conditioner was failing and making a constraint terrible noise. So they sat us as close to it as possible.
Could not hear one another talk. We will not return!
Great birthday dinner
The ability to make reservations in a popular, downtown area is terrific. As a large group of eight, we were able to be seated right way. Thank you, Open Table and PF Chang's for participating!
We got sat where the lights were so bright you needed shades, and were told it was all connected to one switch they couldn’t do anything about it so we moved to the bar top
We have gone to this restaurant several times, over the years. We decided to go on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 pm., for our wedding anniversary. I let them know through Opentable that it was our anniversary and we would like a booth for 5. We chose this time because usually the restaurant has very few customers. They had a few more customers then normal, at that time, but far far from being full.
First of all, we didn't receive the type of booth we requested. We had to settle for a semi booth with chairs...why? Because they said they wouldn't hold something if someone else requested it. In one of the large booths was a couple (2 people) which had obviously been seated just prior to our 3:30 arrival. The other booths had, at least, several people in them.
Secondly, they, not once, made any reference to our anniversary, let alone offering some type of discount or drink or dessert, etc.
Thirdly, our waitress was evidently frustrated by another somewhat large group she was waiting on and to some extent took it out on us, not overly, but it was noticeable.
Fourthly, the piped in music was extremely too loud for conversation--with the place only partially full.
The food, however, was excellent, as usual.
So, I hope Opentable relays this info on to this restaurant and they get their act together.
We will be doing our celebrations somewhere else, however.
It was my sons BD which I noted on the reservation. Very few people at the time we arrived. Saw the waitress and then she disappeared for awhile. All thru the evening. Waited on refills, he check...just about everything. Food was pretty good, not outstanding. Chicken in the Pad Thai didn’t have much flavor. Just not too impressed for the money.
We thoroughly enjoyed our evening with friends. We drove up from Granbury just to eat there.
The waiter was excellent and the food was good. Enjoyed the $4 beer as we arrived during Happy Hour.
Would like to see a menu that is a sampling of several food items but the shrimp with sauce was excellent.
The fried dice was extra good.
We will definitely come back.
Delicious food as usual, friendly & attentive service.
It’s ok... I’ve had better food at other pf’s but it was edible.
