P.F. Chang's - Fresno

We arrived 15 minutes prior to our reservation time and were informed that they were not seating any more people that evening. You should not take reservations and then refuse to seat people.

Made the reservation and upon arrival they told us they aren’t taking reservations and there was a 45min wait when we were the only ones there waiting. I explained I made the reservation thru open table and they said they aren’t doing reservations. I was pretty upset as we drove there and were turned away. Not very good customer service at all.

The only issue I had was that they did not have my OpenTable reservation. Apparently they need a day or two to process those. But they were able to seat us within a couple of minutes.

server was slow and inattentive to the service. the restaurant had wines on the wine list that were no longer being carried. food was ok.

Valentines Day with friends

Well, first I made the reservation for 1/22 for 6 people, but then went into modify it on Open Table to 8 people. I did not notice that it automatically changed my reservation to the 23rd, unbeknownst to me. So when we arrived, there was no table ready for my mom's birthday :( But the hosts there were very accommodating and put together a table for us...thank goodness! Our waiter (sorry I don't remember his name) was SO amazing and made everything really great for the evening! And he spent so much time boxing up our leftovers and labeling them for everyone to take home...over and beyond! And of course, the food was delicious as usual!

We had to wait for a while even though we had a reservation, and the food was just ok.

Group of 8 enjoyed a great lunch with great service

Wife’s Birthday. Waited 15 min after reservation time. No problem, waited 30min for our food to arrive after ordering and 20 min when finished for the check. Problem. And they didn’t seem to be very busy. Food was just ok nothing special.

Our experience was amazing! A cousins night out, from the hostess, to the bartender, to the server. One of us had food allergies and we were accommodated with no hesitation! Definitely returning!

Friendly staff, great food, service a little slower. As waiters got busier it took longer for me to be checked on. But over all kind and friendly

As usual, our time spent here for drinks and a meal was outstanding. Personalized and friendly service, great drinks, and tasty fare.

Fantastic food and service

We went on 4th o July which is an odd date and it was late but they were very friendly and served us great food. Special mention to the Manager whose name we unfortunately didn’t ask! She is great!

We arrived between lunch and dinner, so it was quiet and the music was audible and enjoyable. We're from a distance, and it's been a while since we've been here, so we ordered the lettuce wraps. Very good. Drinks, service, and meal were very good all around. The experience reminded us how exceptional this place is. Already told a few coworkers.

We've always enjoyed PF Chang's. The waiters and waitresses have always been very professional. We love eating just about everything there.
The hostesses at the front, however, aren't always the friendliest or most welcoming. They don't smile much either. We were also a little disturbed to see that despite the restaurant being mostly empty, there was still a wait of at least 10 minutes for every patron that walked through the front door. By the time we got seated, the front lobby was full of people, but most of the tables in the restaurant were empty. Go figure.

I went to to PF Changs in Fresno on 1-19-19 with a 6:45 p.m. reservation made and confirmed the night before. At check-in I was told my reservation didn't appear on their list. When I said I made it on Open Table and received a confirmation, the female blond host was very dismissively said they blocked the Open Table reservations that evening because they were busy. She then kept looking at her computer without conversation. After waiting a few minutes I asked if they had marked off our reservation on Open Table - they hadn't - in fact she asked me again for my name. I seriously wasn't certain we were even going to get a table. We did have to wait about 25-30 minutes to get seated.

I have been to many southern California locations and have always enjoyed their food. I will not go back to the Fresno location since they block reservations and aren't welcoming to their Open Table guests. First impressions count. How I am treated upon arrival is the first point of service.

We on the bright side had a wonderful waiter, Terrance.

Very nice lunch with a friend. Terrance our waiter was friendly and made a great recommendation on which hot tea to order. The food was delivered to our table in a timely manner and delicious!

Reserved through Open Table for 7:30. Showed up at 7:15 and were told that Open Table notifies them only 15 minutes in advance and they didn’t have a table for us. Waited for 30 minutes and they came back and said we had to wait longer and if nothing becomes open they will put their heads together and come up with something. I asked them why they allow reservations through Open Table if they are not willing to honor it. She flat out lied to me and said Open Table is a brand new app and you guys are working out the kinks trying in an attempt to place blame on your application. I told her I have been using the app for more than 5 years so I don’t understand what she was saying. She quickly said PF Chang is new to Open Table. I have never had any restaurant fail to honor Open Table. They also completely lied to us and refused to accept blame. Very disappointed.

Tasty food loved the gluten free options. Wish they had a gluten free dessert option..,
Wonderful time
Good service

We invited friends for dinner out just to celebrate their friendship and was happy we could try several entrees and salad. Since we ordered your delicious fried rice we didn’t expect the white rice. I’m afraid that was wasted on us. It was a nice quiet evening so we stayed and had dessert which was delicious and could be shared. Very good experience and the server was patient as we took some time to decide on our food choices and he was able to help us make our choices.

Excellent food as always.

I have always loved the lettuce wraps! I am a vegetarian so I wish the cucumber salad would return to the menu.

The food was great and the service was excellent. Not too expensive.
