We usually love going to P.F. Chang’s but this location was really bad. Lettuce wraps- chicken was way overcooked, wonton soup was bad, eggplant dish was mushy. Weren’t allowed to sit at the bar while waiting for our table because bar was understaffed and bartender was overwhelmed. Really disappointing night out that we had been looking forward to.

They didn't have the reservation via open table and said it would be awhile. Then sat us and it was 20 minutes Bettye drinks arrived. This location has terrible customer service. Food and drinks where good once it arrived

Open Table did not work. We got there and they did not have our reservation even though it was confirmed in my email. They did tell me it would be a 45 minutes wait. My husband stayed but I ran an errand and then it only ended up being a 10 minute wait. Our waitress was excellent along with the food.

Greeted Host had to log in to open table because they don’t normally use it???? Seated in an almost completely empty restaurant then… Ignored Got up to ask One of the three hosts on duty who our server was. We were told she’ll be with you in a few minutes. (remember that restaurant is empty) They were right, it did take a few more minutes for the server to show up. That server took our drink order. Then another server arrived with water and took our food order. Finally, a third server showed up to ask us what we’d like to drink. Bizarre especially for a chain restaurant. The food which arrived all at the same time, (starters and entrées)was pretty average for PF Chang However the service was so far below anything we’ve ever experienced I doubt will ever go back there To be honest, I doubt they will be there very long

Headed to a show at the PAC and made reservations to be out at a specific time. John was our server and really hit it out of the park. Excellent service and was so attentive. He has our large table of 8 and ran the bar without missing a beat. The food was wonderful and came out nicely spaced out between staters and main course.
