Had a great birthday lunch at P.F. Chang's. Food was delicious with attentive service. The lettuce wraps were missing a little of the rice noodles more than usual but after requesting, more were provided. The beef with broccoli and crispy honey shrimp were very tasty. The crispiness of the crispy honey chicken was perfect. The birthday treat was ice cream with a sparkler which made the recipient smile. Overall it was a great celebratory meal.

The food was utterly disgusting and cold. Staff was unfriendly. We let the staff and manager know about the food issues, and their response was “we’ll let the kitchen know” but they did not do anything or even offer to remake the food. We literally left the uneaten plates when we left… Total ripoff. All three of us feel sick from the few bites we took. Will never return!

Reservation was honored upon arrival and we were led to our table. Great service! Food was good although disappointed with the taste of your soups. Seems like they are watered down. This is the second time this has occurred with 2 different soups. Please bring back the shrimp in lobster sauce! That’s my favorite dish!

Appetizer was good (lettuce wraps), dinner was tasty (sweet and sour chicken). However, dessert was not what we expected. My mom had the new dessert (key lime pie) - it was really small and was more a pudding vs pie. I tried the chocolate peanut butter pie - that was tasty, and rich (similar to cheesecake).

Food was allright, service was good the first 15 minutes the it eent downhill. Seems like the place is becoming less popular, the last couple of times its been half empty.

Westside location is by far the best location in the El Paso area. Excellent management and staff. Quick service and delicious food. Highly recommend
