P.F. Chang's - Dedham
Had a very enjoyable lunch. The sweet and sour chicken tasted so fresh. The rice was excellent as well. I also enjoyed a Mai Tai which was made to perfection. Lunches like this keep me coming back for more. Lastly the service was impeccable.
Typical chain. Lettuce wraps are the main attraction.
Even though we had a reservation, we had to wait about 25 mins to be seated.
It wasn’t great. I’ve eaten here before and I can tell you from the day they opened at this location the overall cleanliness and training of the staff has slipped. Won’t go back.
The location in the Natick Mall seems light years ahead.
great food and great variety food comes quickly and helpful staff
Another enjoyable lunch at PF Changs. Service was excellent. The food was hot and tasty and there was plenty to take home a doggy bag.
Good time. Overall food and staff was great
The service was very poor and the food was extremely late. In fairness, they were clammed, but our reservation was at 6:30 and we were not seated until 7:10. And the waitress very seldom stopped over. I am not sure, due to this experience, if I would recommend P.F. Changs, as it is normally very good.
The food was good, service ok. We never received our appetizer before getting the meal. The waitress offered to then bring it to us, we no longer wanted it. Tea served in a pot was $3.50 but only had no more than 6 ounces of water. We could fill the tiny teacup only a couple of times. The least they could do is give a decent amount of water.
Overall ok, we would go back, but not get the tea.
Ashley was a great server and let us enjoy ourselves on our slow pace.
Great time at P.F. Chang’s. Our server Ralph was awesome!
Always a great time here. The taste was off in my street noodle dish but ok.
Great will definitely go again Food was fresh and presented with pride. We went on Sunday evening and found it to be a great place to go after a movie
Ok experience- I think they are a little under staffed. But it’s a tough employee market for a restaurant chain so I understand
Relaxing new Years Day meal at PF Chang's was just what my friend and I needed to start the year off right. Our server was very patient and let us take our times ordering the courses and drinks. We really enjoyed the food, drinks and service. look forward to another visit real soon!
New Year’s Eve, so obviously it was a crowded place. Seated right away. Didn’t see server for probably 10-12 minutes. Took drink order, and we ordered apps. Drinks out quickly, as well as appetizers. Entrees took probably close to 40 minutes. Server would update us periodically...basically telling us the kitchen was behind. No kidding. Food finally came. Was ok. Ordered an additional drink from the bar. Took way too long. Server said bar was backed up. I realize that the delays were probably beyond the server’s control, but don’t bring me excuse after excuse as to why things are slow. How about staffing the restaurant accordingly. I would think New Year’s Eve is one of the busiest days of the year for the restaurant. Food could be the greatest in the world, but a slow kitchen and mediocre service, which by the way is now second consecutive time that has occurred, discounts the dining experience. If I leave less than happy then guess what...it wasn’t a good experience. I realize that P.F. Chang’s will survive with or without my patronage. Time for a break from P.F. Chang’s.
From the moment we entered, we were treated with a smile and a hostess and waiter that were both friendly and on top of our needs. The food choices were terrific and each dish was delicious. We were not rushed and we sat for a long leisurely dinner.
Service was weak. I had to ask 3 times for a napkin and silverware, after our appetizer was delivered. Also, the waitress never heard of either of the two beers we ordered. Does this company do any training? The food was good, but the design of the dining space, at least out in the middle where we sat, seems like a cafeteria setting. Not impressed, especially compared to other locations I've been to. One and done.
Took way to long to be seated. Even after our 7:30 reservation. Almost was forgot about because it was so crowded
Made reservation on open table for 6:30pm. The hostess was extremely unorganized, stressed and seemed to not be able to handle the crowd of people. I told her I had a reservation and she said she’d “have to move it from open table”. And that we would have to wait for tables to be cleared. I told her my first and last name. While waiting others came in with reservations and were told to wait. The hostess appeared frazzled, stressed and unable to handle the influx of waiting patrons. Not sure what’s the point of making a reservation if you still have to wait 30 minutes. I asked her how much longer and she asked my name again. And then said she was confused because she was looking up my first name. But I told her both previously. She seemed not familiar with the computer system and couldn’t keep track of reservations and order of waiting patrons. Once seated the service was good after waiting for another 15 minutes before waitress came to great us. Good thing the food is really good. Otherwise that restaurant left a bad taste in my mouth for hostess being incompetent and frustration with wait time despite having reservation.
We had a reservation & was told they were cleaning a table for us.the restaurant wS not busy. They ended up seating us at a table that was already clean. The waiter came right over and asked what we wanted to drink. Brought over the drinks and we ordered.it took over 40 minutes for our dinner to come out. The waiter kept on coming by saying it was on its way. Something wAs definitely wrong in the kitchen. Will not be going back soon.
Dimitri is such a great waiter. He excelled in all aspects of catering to a table!
It is unfortunate as a long time customer of PF Chang's that our group was disappointed in the quality of the food. The Szechuan beef was tough and dry, the remake of the dish by Chef was no better.
The server was very respectful, however did not offer any dipping sauces for the meal. The bar service was very slow, when an additional cocktail was requested.
Fun dinner at PF Chang's in Dedham. Our server Kosta was very professional. Our food was delicious and we really enjoyed the Mai Tais.
Tons of open seating available but staff chose to seat us right next to the bathroom. Wait staff was completly frazzled. Appetizer came same time as entree. Entrees were missing sides. I could go on but will end with. Hair in food, zero compensation. Did not and would not remove one uneaten entree from our bill.
We have been going here since it opened. Was perfect for our celebration!
Poorly managed. Empty, dirty tables throughout dining room. Slow and poorly trained server. Idle workers and managers standing around. Unfortunate.
We had made reservations for 6:00 PM, due to traffic had to call to indicate we would be a few minutes late - they responded they would seat us when we arrived. On our arrival we were seated rather promptly. We informed the server that we had to make a 7:20 PM movie time in the same mall complex and needed to leave at 7:00 PM. When the server arrived with water we were ready to order an appetizer and our dinners. The appetizer came out in a reasonable time and then we waited... several times the waitress indicated our food would be out soon. We waited all the way to 6:55 PM when we had to tell the waitress we were leaving, to cancel our dinner orders. She was very apologetic, the manager came out with our meals to go and informed us there was no charge - a frustrating dinner date but to their credit they handled it very nicely. This will not affect our fondness for the restaurant and we will return.
one of our entrees was not ready when the others were and the manager came over to say that she would take it off the bill. they also brought over Brussel spouts at no charge in the meantime. We thought this was very generous!
After making the effort to book via open table we were told to wait upon arrival. After 30 minutes standing there we left. Terrible.
Sadly my reservation was misplaced and we were not sat til about 45 mins after we arrived. Our server was not at our table for another additional 10-15 mins to take our drink orders. Food was prompt once ordered and cooked to our specifications. Drinks were slow to get out to us and my second drink order never came. Waitress was pleasant and apologetic for the slow service.
It's been a while since we've been to a PF Chang's, and the food has really gone downhill - much like some of the other chain restaurants it screams of cost-cutting. My spouse used to love the lettuce wraps, but she was served bland filling with limp and torn lettuce that was hardly usable as a wrap. The tuna roll was filled with a bland, mushy mess that lacked any sense of tuna. The "surf and turf" had seafood with a weird, undercooked breading and asparagus that was inedibly woody and raw. The rice was also undercooked. I guess this explains why there were only 4-5 other tables occupied at dinnertime.
Server not attentive with drinks. Had another server come over to repeat my wine order because he walked away not understanding.
The food was excellent and came out quickly. Our server was horrible. I was with my parents and I was totally embarrassed. We have come to your restaurant many times and always the food is good, but the service is awful. Our waiter took 10 minutes to take our drink order. Then brought the drinks and when our food came we didn’t have any plates. Another 5 minutesto get plates. Then the waiter never returned to refill drinks or ask if the food was good. When we finished, our dirty plates stayed on the table and it was 10 minutes to get the check.....and he didn’t apply the buy one entree, get one free coupon. Another 10 minutes for him to fix the check. We were thoroughly disappointed.
Service has really dropped off. Took close to 10 minutes before server came to table. Food came out pretty quickly. Server seemed to disappear too often for too long. Very irritating.
