We ate at P. F. Chang’s 3 times within 9 days - unfortunately, we didn’t know until the 3rd time that they use Open Table. The other visits were great but the one booked here was terrible. The 2 hostesses weren’t well-trained & had great difficulty checking in & seating people, even though there were enough tables available. One repeatedly touched the outside (“dirty” side) of her mask (& even her hair!) then picked up menus/silverware & sat people & cleaned tables. I asked her to clean her hands before handling our materials & she seemed confused but did so. She immediately touched her mask again, so I asked her to clean her hands again - she took great offense that I didn’t want whatever was on her mask to be transferred to our menus. If your mask does not cover your mouth AND your nose, it does NOT count as wearing a mask!! Three employees were repeatedly in the dining room unmasked - the waitress taking care of the table next to us & 2 of the gentlemen delivering food. In addition, we saw multiple customers walking through the dining room without masks on & no employee addressed it with them. Our waitress, Maya, was nice but not attentive or efficient. We knew what we wanted the 1st time she came to the table yet we were there 1.5 hours. It took over 1 hour for me to get my entrée served hot & my husband had finished eating more than 1/2 hour before. I just wanted it microwaved but Maya didn’t know if they had a microwave & said they might have to remake it. The rice (both times) wasn’t hot so I gave up & ate it anyway. I asked for a large bowl but received a small. We would have liked iced tea refills but Maya was busy cleaning tables... Women’s bathroom was a train wreck - see photos. We noted “celebrating our anniversary” on the reservation but, sadly, it wasn’t acknowledged. ☹️ I spoke to the manager, Dan - he said the mask issues would be addressed & hostesses would be further trained. He generously gave us gift cards to use on a future visit.

This was probably the worst P.F Chang’s experience we have had. Upon arrival, hostess desk couldn’t find our reservation, causing confusion with our party. Then the service was horrible from start to finish. Kids meals came out very late and after all other meals, no fruit or rice. It took asking 3 times to get the rest of the kid’s meals to the table. No offer for refills or to clear extra plates. Never came to check on us until we flagged her down for the check.

Did not like the seating. It was obvious that the Hostress was segregating the dining room. She put 4 black groups in one section and 3 white groups in another section of the dining room. We, being white was seated in the black section. She needs to use the whole dining room and put the guests there

Very few people in restaurant for a Saturday night. Difficult to get waitress to get us drinks or even water. Served warm water when we finally got her to come around. Would have ordered drinks but she didn’t come around enough. Beef Lo Mien was over cooked and beef very dried out- tasteless. As one of my favorite restaurants to go- this location is a poor representation. They need to clean the place.. just all around a poor experience with poor staff. Perhaps no management of kitchen or staff?

Super slow evening. Our table of 10 (9 showed) enjoyed the slowness so we could be loud and laugh among friends. The food is always consistent. There are some items that only P.F. Chang can master like the honey shrimp. The portion sizes are small, not sharable as in the past.

We were disappointed with the service. Aside from some others at the bar there were only three other tables of patrons at the time of our visit. The hostess had to get us drinks because she said our server was on a phone call. After ordering our beverages it took a while for or order to be taken. Many of the workers including our server were congregating around the hostess station just talking. By the time she came back we realized we would no longer have time to order entrees and just ordered soup and egg rolls. Disappointed because we were looking forward to this meal

Well, I made a reservation and when I came in, she looked shocked when I told her we had one. Well, I had one because I belong to Open Table. Then to find out she never checked us in. Not overly friendly either. Food was fine and our waitress was great. But not happy about getting an email that we weren't there when we were.
