P.F. Chang's - Columbia
They are renovating and painting the restaurant so a portion was closed. Lighting was on high everywhere; really bright at the tables. We were told the kitchen was slow; totally understand. However, plates were brought out one by one when ready and not all together. My husband got his dinner before an appetizer then the rest of waited for some time before our dinner was ready, which included 2 kids meals. A little strange but manageable. Service was good.

Our server was very pleasant, attentive, and informative. The duck was perfectly prepared, veges tasty. We did not like/enjoy the fried rice. It was very bland and tasteless. The Mongolian Beef was delicious and flavorful. The appetizers were also good.

PF Changs used to be one of my favorite "go to" chains. Admittedly its been awhile, but with the increase in cost and the lack of flavor, I would spend my money elsewhere. Service however was excellent.

Everything was nice but it was to dark in there. Lighting was horrible. Please turn lights up a little bite. Never that bad. Before

Service and food was outstanding!! A great value for the money.
Thanks so much! We hope to see you again soon!
Always a staple for quick eats
The service was excellent and the food was delicious.
Five friends gathered to celebrate upcoming birthdays. The young lady ( our server) gave us ample time to reacquaint with one another. Didn’t have to remind her of anything. Ask once and it was done. Every item we ordered was delicious; appetizer to main course. The Oolong Chilean sea bass was deliciously mouth watering.
Great service and not rushed at all. Sad thought that corporate got rid of my favorite Shrimp, walnut & melon dish but lettuce wraps were still as awesome as always!
Nice weekend dinner with the family. Even though the restaurant was busy, they were very efficient. Our server Salam was amazing.
There was a wait for a table due to social distancing so BF and I sat at the bar. Plenty of space there too so no COVID worries. Took a little time for the waiter to take our order but the food arrived in a reasonable time. The dumplings were great and I also had the Caesar salad with salmon which was very good. The salmon steak was on the smaller side in my opinion however. BF enjoyed his beef fried rice, and especially the special sauce that came with it. Overall a nice experience.
Food and service were excellent! It was a beautiful day for a nice lunch. P. F. Chnang’s always has good food.
PF Chang never disappoints. I tried the Peking Duck and was pleased with my choice. The flavor profile was just as I remembered from my first experience with this dish in Singapore. The salt and pepper shrimp was also tasty and I look forward to having that again on a future take out night.
Thanks for being ever reliable PFC

Portions are a bit smaller that they used to be but flavors are still on point
It’s a chain restaurant, it is what it is. Lettuce for lettuce wraps could have been better. Cocktails were good. Server was attentive. There was something about restaurant that felt grimy, definitely could use a deep cleaning.
Food was delicious as usual!! Zarhy was a great server.
Service was the main problem. Forgetting stuff.
Thanks for sharing this feedback with us. We will ensure that we pass this along to our team.
We were left on an island by our server. Only saw here three times in an hour
Hi. Thanks for your feedback. We're very sorry to hear about your experience and would like to discuss your visit further. Please reach out to us on our contact us page.
This was absolutely the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. When we arrived, they had no record of my reservation despite showing them my phone’s call log from the night before when I called in to make a special seating request. They said I needed to wait 40 mins on a waitlist. They also me that they were understaffed and it may take longer. Once seated, we waited long periods of time for everything. We finally told them to pack up all undelivered foods and bring the check, which had several errors, taking even more time. We ended up eating at home. What a mess this place was. Try Seasons 52 or Maggianos across the plaza. Much better food, and service.
Had a wonderful time at this location
PF Chang’s cocktails are the best. Try the Smoky Old Fashion.
It’s was awesome
Been a customer for many years and they never seem to disappoint. Even through this pandemic they have gone up and beyond to keep the food hot and the atmosphere clean. This location is quick and easy to navigate.
They sat us at a DIRTY STICKY TABLE! disgusting.
For being minimally seated, on Valentine’s, our waiter was pretty ungodly slow.
Overall good dinner.
The Miso Butter Lobster Dumplings were the best!
We were on our way, it’s 30 mins to get there. And I received a call from a young lady who said due to weather conditions they were closing at 730 but it wasn’t raining or snowing or anything! Then my boyfriend called and a gentleman told him they closed at 7pm. So I am confused as to which time they actually closed! We ended up going to the Cheesecake Factory in the exact same strip, everyone else was open!
Glad to go back
Sat a bar and had fantastic service
Great service and food. Wonderful atmosphere. Love PF Chang’s.
Thanks! We’ll share this with our team! Hope to see you soon!
It was a very nice evening. First time there since Covid, and there was particular focus on safety, for which I was grateful.
The lettuce wraps and one order of Crispy Honey chicken were fine, but the sauce on the three orders of Chang's Spicy Chicken seemed different (in a bad way), and the inside of my chicken wasn't warm in some pieces. Even though the waitress was nice, I'd rate her slightly
below average. She greeted us in a timely manner, kept drinks refilled, but, for a restaurant that was at 50% capacity, we had to wait at times (for boxes, check), so I don't think service wouldn't have been very good outside of COVID-19 pandemic. For $100 + tip for four people, it's pretty expensive.
Large portions and good drinks! Great overall experience
Walked in and wasn’t greeted , had to ask for assistance at the take out counter only for one of the team members who stood their watching us enter and wait for the host .... to be the host. He seemed very uninterested in his job and didn’t property greet or seat us. Once we arrived to our table the floor was disgusting and table wasn’t cleaned throughly. During times like this with COVID this was a major turn off. Our server was in training so I won’t go much into details about that. He wasn’t terrible just not enthused and seemed nervous , but was nice. The food was okay overall. I’ve e had better experiences at this location but was not enthused this trip around. I’m not sure if the lack of service stemmed from the age and race of my date and I , but consistent service should be extended to ALL guest
Portion sizes are small for the cost compared to many Chinese restaurants in the area. Generally I have tons of leftovers when I get Chinese food but never when I go to PF Chang. Food is tasty and service is always good.
The server staff was excellent. Attentive but not intrusive. They covered everything like a smooth oiled machine.
My friend frequent this entailment and was rather satisfied with the food and wine. I found the wine selection to be very meager and none of which of chatter and quality. I tried the Singapore Street Noodles, one to compare it to the meals I’d had in Singapore and second because it was one of the very few gluten free options. Large chains, specifically ones serving orientalist options should easily be able to do so. My meal was acceptable, but not noteworthy. Overall, the expense was fine. The staff made it nice. I understand that we are going through this very difficult time and things are having to be trimmed back, but what your server should excel. Best of luck getting through all of this COVID stuff. Push a little harder and work on your offerings. Cheers!
Great night food and service!
The service, food and ambiance is great. Bartenders are amazing! Great experience
We had gone to this location on several times in the past. On this visit things had changed. We were greeted when we arrived. Members of our party had already arrived. We were shown to the bar where they were seated. We were served our drinks slowly. We then went to our reserved booth. Our server came by and began our order. The food arrived slowly. The food was cold. The drinks were undrinkable. We sent our drinks back at least 3 times as they were not prepared to order. We sent some food items back as they were the wrong items. Some entrees were cold when they arrived. To conclude as I stated we had dined here previously. On this visit things had fell apart. We may or may not visit this location again.
