After 35 minutes of sitting in a booth with no menus and no drinks we got up and left. We were asked to wait because the manager had to print out a dairy free menu (son has an allergy)but he was cooking so we were told to keep waiting bc he was too busy. Waitress took a drink order but forgot to get it after 35 min. I mean I can flex but this was ridiculous. Second bad experience at PF Chengs so I think we are done for now.

Good food. A bit noisy with folks bringing infants out on a Weekend evening.

Ramen was ok. Our server was very good. Overall, an enjoyable dinner.

The food and the service were excellent. I was glad to learn their Salt and Pepper Prawns entree will be returning to the menu. We will dine here again!

Disappointing; I was not able to get my favorite hot and sour soup

The wait when we got there for a little long for having a reservation. The host staff seemed a little out of sorts with the large amount of diners awaiting tables. The manager did apologize for the loner than usual wait and did comp an appetizer.

Rough experience all around. Hard to recommend the location, though we have had other consistently good experiences at the Plymouth Meeting venue.

We arrived on time for our 7:45 reservation. Our group of 6 was seated at 8:00. We waited an incredibly long time for a server to come by - not realizing that would be the theme for the evening.

We placed a full order (beverages, appetizers, entrees) at first sight of the server to try to help move things along. But, even with that the entrees arrived around 9:15. At that point, we requested them to go and even the packaging of the food took another 15 minutes.

We were in the restaurant for an hour and 45 minutes in total and only were able to eat the first round of food in that time. Other tables around us seemed to move more efficiently, so perhaps for smaller parties this venue is better able to accommodate a more normalized dining experience. For us, we are not sure if the challenge was with the server or the kitchen or both but it was quite unpleasant and we won’t be returning. If you have a lot of time and aren’t too terribly hungry, it may be worth giving this location another shot.

I enjoy dining at P.F. Changs but I feel like the service and quality of food has been going down over the past year. Furthermore, this was the second time we had an issue with a reservation made through Open Table. When we checked in, the hostess did not have our reservation. She asked if it was made through Open Table and then told me that their system does not communicate with Open Table so she did not have a table for us. Fortunately it was pretty empty so they got one ready, but we waited 15 minutes despite having a reservation. We were there to celebrate my birthday and seriously considered leaving to go somewhere else because of the confusion and poor service. I am not sure if we will dine here again in the near future.

Had to wait a bit, and my favorite item had been removed from the menu. Food was good.

Something happened in the kitchen and they ran out of sushi rice. The manager came and communicated the problem. Comped me some food for the inconvenience, Gave me a $25 credit and a $25 gift card for my next visit. Couldn’t have handled the problem better, the standard for how problems should be handled.

Our reservation was for 6:45. We were not seated until 7:15. When we got to our seat the floor had so much food on it I thought the carpet was speckled. I did not even want to place my purse on the floor. We waited for our waitress to come and take our order. We ordered 3 appetizers. They did come out hot but we had no plates or utensils from which to eat with. We asked for additional dipping sauce. It never came. We waited quite awhile after our appetizers were finished before the waitress came back to take our dinner order. When the meals came out we asked for salt and pepper. It did eventually come out but the meal was just about finished. I can say again that the food was hot. I was disappointed with my shrimp dish. The flavor was okay but it had so much batter around the shrimp. It was not what I expected from this restaurant. I thought it would have been a better quality. I was not impressed with the dish or the restaurant. It was our first and unfortunately our last time there.

We waited 25 mins even though we had a reservation. The menu on the website is not the same as the actual menu provided at the restaurant.....very limited selections on the menu. Some items I had previously were no longer being offered and some dishes weren't available which was very disappointing. But, what we did order was very tasty and satisfying.

It was a nice experience. My food (Pepper Steak) was rather spicy, although that was indicated on the menu, which was disappointing. We like the restaurant and eat there several times a year.

This was our worse experience at a P. F. Chang:

1: Had a 6:30pm reservation, and still waited 20 minutes to be seated.

2: Were seated at the bar area, and did not have a regular waitress.

3: Drink order was taken and delivered pretty quickly.

4: ONE HOUR AND 10 MINUTES later, we still had no appetizers and no entrees delivered to the table.
AND, the female bartender never checked back with us.

5: At ONE HOUR AND 15 MINUTES, I spoke to the Manager. Told him that I realized that they were extremely busy, but we were all hungry. Asked if we should just pay for our drinks and go home and eat.

6: The manager checked, and said our order was next in line. Within 5 minutes, food started to arrive.

7: The manager then came to the table, and explained that their "to go" orders were exceeding all expectations, and that their operating system handled the "to go" orders before the "in house" orders.

8: Now, he did comp our beverages, all sodas and one beer.

9: The food was delicious, but I will never go to a P F Chang on New Year's Eve again.

Food and wait staff excellent. Waited 15 minutes for our bar drink, food took longer than anticipated.

Experience was great. Went there for a birthday with 9 people and everything was awesome. Food came out hot and drinks were good!

The new menu is horrible. they took off all our favorite items. We won't be back.

Overall experience was very disappointing. Restaurant was serving a truncated menu that was missing many favorites. Portion sizes were considerably smaller. Entree was served before the appetizer and server didn’t seem like that was a big deal. Service was less than helpful. Overall we were in and out in less than 40 minutes. Felt far more like fast food than a true restaurant. Was incredibly disappointed in the whole experience.

We don't exactly know why PF Chang is part of open table because whenever we reserve on it, we show up and then we wait and get in line with the other people that are waiting. So basically you don't have reservations like other restaurants. Food is always good and service can be spotting but in general fairly good.

The food was delicious but the service was lacking even though the restaurant was not even busy. Considering the restaurant was mostly empty we were seated by a door to the outside patio that was continually opening bringing cold wind. Our servers were inattentive leaving me waiting to order an additional drink for longer than 15 minutes.

I eat at this location often but this time I have to downgrade my ratings due to the experience. The server seemed ill prepared. He didn't have any paper to write my order or take down my rewards number. He said he would get it later before the check. He forgot and had to go back and add it after he brought the "check" to the table. Though not the servers fault I also was brought the appetizer (pan fried pork dumplings) with my entree. He apologized, apparently the kitchen burned the appetizer the first time so they had to remake it. The food itself was good as always. The biggest issue I have is with the way the location now gives the check. It now brings a small tablet with the info. They did this last visit as well. I find it very annoying because there are all these screens you have to go thru (asking for feedback on the food , e-mail address for electronic receipt etc.) before you even get to the place where you can see the amount owed. VERY ANNOYING. This visit there was an additional issue in that the tablet screen was blank and I couldn't even see the amount. I ended up just giving him my card since I knew about what the bill should be. Frankly I don't like having to deal with going through all these screens to see and pay my check. As a result I won't be frequenting this restaurant anymore (perhaps take-out on a rare occasion I order take out). When I am finished eating and ready to pay my bill I don't want to go all the effort to get the bill. They need to just bring me the check so I can pay it and leave.

We went for Our Anniversary. Worst place ever. Never again. Service was horrible all around

The food was great and the server was fantastic, but it took us well over an hour to get our food. The whole experience took 2 hours and we did not get dessert.

Always have a good experience at this place. I love the Chang's Spicy Chicken.

The food and atmosphere of the restaurant was great and we enjoy going there when we are in the area.

Waiter had no clue on service and continued to use buzz words when he delivered our food. Appetizers came out before the drink order and the food arrived way late and cold.

Food is always good. Service was a little slower than usual but that might be that one of the diners asked for "no garlic" and it may have resulted in additional time to prepare the meal.
