   Is this restaurant committed to providing good service? To making the dining experience comfortable and convenient? To valuing each customer? NO. NO. And NO. They have no problem giving each guest an alcoholic beverage menu to review. But they refused to provide a printed food menu; either take out and use your device to scan the QR Code or -- well, there is no other option. Take it or leave it. We LEFT it, and took our business to a another nearby restaurant that clearly appreciated our patronage, especially in these difficult times. Make it as convenient for the customer to look at your food menu as the drink menu. Is that really asking too much?? Cherry on top: as we were walking out the door, the young ladies at the reception desk chirped, "Have a nice evening!" These are the same staffers who seated us just five minutes earlier. If this P.F. Chang's team was trained to value their customers, they should have asked: "Was there a problem? Is there anything I can do for you?" But they obviously could not care any less whether patrons stay or leave, are happy or dissatisfied. So from this day forward, I could not care less about the Chang's in Plymouth Meeting. I will NOT give them my business again, and respectfully encourage you, too, to give your business to someone else who appreciates you.

   The cold came out cold both during appetizers (edamame + dumplings) and during entrees (from the wok) then there was no one to tell and ask for help and we couldn’t find someone to pay for 23 minutes.

    The experience was nice I expected the duck dish to be much better than it was. I don’t like the way there isn’t much veggies in many of the meals. My fiancé got the short ribs which was really good so we switched meals and he took the duck apart and ate the pieces that were cooked well done. I probably would go back just for the short ribs.

    I understand that most places are struggling with staff and low morale, but our server could have cared less about our table despite the fact that we were one of four parties in the entire restaurant. What was supposed to be an hour dinner turned into almost three. There were no check-ins, no apologies, not sure we even got as much as a "thank you."

    We have been here several times before and once again we had a good dining experience. We were promptly seated in a booth near the back after arriving on time. Restaurant was nearly full, some servers wearing masks. Our food was really good, we ordered chicken lettuce wraps, sesame chicken, and Singapore rice noodles and shared everything. There was plenty of food for 2 people and we took some home. We will be coming back.

    our daughters bday was made extra special with the service and special attention paid to her. there was a happy birthday sign on the table, Sierra our waitress was super sweet and had great positive energy, the food was delish, and the birthday cake they served us was out of this world!

    The food was subpar, my date got his food before I did; we had to remind the waitress after 20 minutes that I had not received my food; she casually said oh that dishes comes from a different kitchen? And then just walked off, we had to wave down another waiter to get the manager, who was pretty cavalier and Said oh the waitress put in his meal as an appetizer!? What we had already ordered 2 appetizers, we had to express our frustration to get the food because he treated it like a joke

    The fried rice had no flavor, it was literally white rice fried without vegetables or seasoning. The same with the honey shrimp. The service was equally as poor. The only enjoyable part of the meal was a sushi roll.

    Great experience out with my friends to celebrate my birthday. We were excited when our waiter came out with a large sparkler attached to a bottle and an amazing brownie and ice cream treat to mark the occasion. We had such a fun night.!

    Were there for lunch, good food, but both soups tasted a bit "different" - hot and sour not very hot, wonton more bland. Everything else great - Northern style ribs, fried shrimp dumplings, stir fried veggie dish, honey chicken. We were seated in bar area and very understaffed - batista was only bartender AND only server in bar area for most of our lunch.

    We had chicken lettuce wraps (too salty, too much sauce and little chicken), Tuna Roll (tuna was days old and tasted like metal), hot and sour soup (decent) and pork dumplings (no taste and pork was hard). No thanks on PFCs again.

    Just terrible, the lomein came out dry and cold. Rice had no taste, shrimp tempura was a California roll with shrimp ends. Never seen that before ! Will never return.

    This location was very dirty outside and I was not expecting this from PF Chang’s. I have been to other locations in California and Florida and they were very clean and classy. The outside needs a deep clean and remodel.
