   Destiny was an excellent server who advised me correctly on my choices. It's a well run establishment with excellent food, such as the mongolian beef, steamed dumplings and Moonstone sake. I plan to return.

   P.F. Chang’s always provides an excellent product, but the prices are a bit steep.

   Haven't been here since before the pandemic. Restaurant definitely needs an update, it's showing a lot of wear and tear. I was disappointed they took pork fried rice off the menu along with my favorite apple dessert. Our server was very pleasant and the food was decent but I may consider another restaurant going forward.

   3.29.25 The last few times were a very good experience with nice people! Beth was extremely nice to us and so was Destiny! But this last time, maybe it was because we had free shrimp dumpling coupon? The coupon was about to expire for my friends birthday, and so we ordered actually two shrimp dumplings —one of them free and one of them paid, we also got the crisp honey shrimp and broccoli and she said it had to be a $40 minimum so in addition to that, my friend tipped the scales by also getting the Mongolian beef. But then she charged us for his complementary birthday cake and said that the piece of cake would only be complementary if we were using no shrimp dumpling coupon! Since the coupon was about to expire and we already ordered the shrimp dumplings, we kept them but then she brought over a huge piece of cheesecake and we later find out that it’s not complementary at all— it’s $10.29 — all during the meal instead of making us feel happy or saying, happy birthday, she kept reminding that we can only use one coupon even though we had no coupon for birthday cake… Every time we have ever been there before, the manager has been super nice to us, or our servers, but this is the one time that it was this server named Ashley— she was not nice to us at all! Did not even wish my friend a happy birthday, even when she brought the cake ! My friend said he should’ve sent it back, but the cake looked too good to him! Lol I guess if you go there and you get seated by someone named Ashley maybe ask for a different table? Lol She passed on a negative vibe to us and we left, we no longer felt as happy about going to PF CHANG’s as we were every time we have gone, before yesterday. We won’t give up on you, PF CHANG’s but we really did not enjoy the service from this person on my friends birthday. She also brought him his Mongolian beef, cold!

   3.24.25. Our server was Morgan and she sat us in the dining room side and we had our fav shrimp dumplings, crispy honey shrimp, steamed broccoli, and a second order of the shrimp dumplings because they are so good! We enjoyed the chocolate peanut butter dessert! Which was onthe house for my friends birthday! We can’t wait to return! It was just perfect ! Thank you PF CHANGS! We will be back…!

   3.2125. Our manager was Allyson and she was so nice to us… because the steamer had broken down, she made sure that we still got our shrimp dumplings and for my friends birthday… we got a wonderful mini Keylime pie! We enjoyed two orders of the shrimp dumplings, the crispy, honey shrimp, and the steamed broccoli and my friend got Mongolian beef with a fried rice side … there is an up charge for the broccoli and there is another charge for the fried rice side, but we were able to use our coupons for the free shrimp dumplings and that was the best gift ever …we definitely will be back! Our server was so sweet to us, and her name was Destiny… We definitely are addicted to those shrimp dumplings, but I always have to remember to get the sauce on the side because I’m allergic to peppers… But my friend loves the sauce ! It was the perfect place to come!

   The food was alright; we had a large party and ordered the chef’s feast. The best part was the appetizer chicken lettuce wrap. The entrees (chicken, shrimp) are all kind of the same, deep fried with the same sweet sticky sauce that is passable but nothing too spectacular. Given the price point I do think it’s a decent deal for a large group. The service definitely needs improving, as our server seems to have an attitude (when asked about the menu, instead of telling us, she just told us to read the menu). I believe it’s because the gratuities are already included for a large party, therefore she felt there is no need to provide a good service. With other restaurant choices in the area I don’t think I will come again.

   2.24.25 We had a fantastic pre-movie snack of several California rolls, the delicious edamame, two shrimp dumplings, and the veggie spring rolls… A must have is the shrimp dumplings! But I am allergic to peppers so I have to remember a note to self to ask to put the sauce on the side … But it is so good !! Our server was Beth from the bar and she was the nicest to us when we first entered, there was no hostess, and she apologized to us so much, and made sure that we got our food in time to make our movie! She gave us special coupons for my friends birthday for the shrimp dumplings and we were thrilled! We definitely will be back!!

   Good food and good service at this location. Noticed some menu changes, and tried a couple new items, all good.

    Our table was ready on time but appetizers arrived irregularly and some were lukewarm. Main courses were not consistently at right temperature. Birthday dessert with sparklers was a nice touch. Service varied.
