Very good experience always and the service

Miss the pin rice noodle soup and when you could sub (chicken) for scallops in orange peel sauce. Those were the days. Still a great family restaurant.

Service from hostess was lax even though I had reservations. But overall waitstaff was great.

The meat was a little hard & greasy. Think PFChang lowing it’s quality control? There were lis on staff so it took time to get served. I will give them another chance of course

The membership benefits of this restaurant are awesome. It does not have a fee, but the promotions received weekly are great. The food is delicious here.

The food at P.F. Chang’s is always outstanding

The food arrived lukewarm. We didn't have much time, or we would have sent it back. We did complain to the server after our meal, and the manager came over to tell us he was sorry, but did not offer any compensation.

Service was terrible. Food came out wrong the first time. Waiter didn’t care about us and it showed. Seemed like he didn’t want to be there. Everything took forever.

Very poor service! Took over 15 minutes to take our order, lettuce wraps tasted smoke, burned. Dessert served without spoons. Low pace service!!! Disappointed on our anniversary

Great food and great service. The waitress was very nice and the food came out quickly even though it was a very busy night.

Had the Singapore. It wasn't what I expected. So next time I go I'll try the sesame chicken.

They ran out of rice! No fried rice, no brown rice. We felt sorry for our poor waiter. He did an excellent job trying to compensate. But there's only so much one can do to compensate for a slow kitchen. And no rice is inexcusable.

One of the dishes we ordered never arrived. The mains were served before the appetizers. Very unusual as we have always had good experience here in the past.

I was celebrating my birthday. Made reservations, got there early, they did not make us wait until our reservation time. They seated us in a nice spot in the back where we can laugh and talk and not be interrupting to the other patrons. The wait staff was on point and the food was good.

The Kung Pao Chicken and the white rice was over cooked but everything else was delicious and our server Josh was very pleasant and attentive.

We were pleasantly surprised by a completely dish the kitchen sent us! It was delicious and we don’t know why we got it. But very nice. Server was sweet and took care of our needs and the wonton soup was perfect for my aching throat

We had an excellent server and the food was great. We got together as a family to celebrate a cousins Birthday. Thanks for a great time.

Member of their email club, received a special for the Orange peel chicken, so I decided to get over there.
After being seated, I started to remember how good the pepper beef was, so all of a sudden, was ordering orange peel chicken and beef pepper steak. Both were fantastic. Server was excellent, and greatly apreciated. The sweet and light flavor of the chicken, played nicely off the spicy and heavy gravy of the beef......dining perfection.

PF Chang has been around for awhile. Couple of years since i tried it. This was a disappointing experience.
Appetizer was good, but main course came out in several batches. So two people were finished before the rest got their food. The main course - couple of dishes ok, beef dishes were not good . Waiter was new and she tried hard but not great service. Wont go back, some many other great places to go in Houston.

This was the absolute best PF Chang’s experience we have ever had. The food was incredible and everyone was friendly. Our server, Christian, was top notch and very attentive. The best server we have had in a long time. The manager was friendly and involved with the staff and patrons. Top level service and we highly recommend.

Poor service

We walked in and seen people waiting. But we didn’t have to wait at all. We walked to the host stand, I told her my name and we was seated right away. The food was great! I tried something new and it was a great recommendation.

Had a great time celebrating a friend’s bachelorette! Service was terrific!

I use to travel allot for business. If we found a PF Chang’s in the city we would go to it. Never disappointing. You are assured a diverse Asian menu with a good quality taste and good service with a good pour. This place in the River Oaks is to standard. All wait staff is friendly and efficient.
