I made the reservation via Open Table and when I arrived the gentlemen said he did not see it, so I showed him my confirmation number and then he went over to a table to start cleaning it, so we could be seated. Secondly, it took several hours to get food, and when I finally got my food it was cold and the beef was very hard. The server was sweet and very apologetic.

It was a nice Mother’s Day lunch with a nice ambience. Three people in our party all had noodles and only one tasted really good, the other two were bland. Server was great!

I made a reservation through OpenTable for 3:45PM on May 10th, and when I arrived right on time, the restaurant told me my reservation didn’t actually guarantee a table, that it only put me on their waitlist. If that’s the case, then what’s the point of using OpenTable? The app showed availability, I booked in good faith, and still had to wait as if I hadn’t made any reservation at all. The food and our server were good, but the frustrating and confusing arrival overshadowed the entire experience, especially on a special day like Mother’s Day.

With prior reservation took 15 min to get a table. After seating no waitress approach until I ask for help more than 15 minutes. Food took forever to bring it and not good taste as before.

Excellent food and service! We enjoyed sitting at the bar while eating and drinking! Enjoyed the Firecracker shrimp, the tempura green beans, the egg drop soup and the lettuce wraps! All delicious!

We had made the reservations and the staff was scrambling where to put us. They gave us a horrible table right in front of the entrance. When we were leaving the girl in the front was so busy on her cell phone, she did not even acknowledge us leaving. She did not lift her head to say thank you. You could tell she did not want to be there.

The food was good big portions but the service was very poor. Got sat on a table by the bar which the bartender (bald man) was our waiter and he was rude and not attentive at all even though the restaurant was pretty empty at the time!
