The services was very good. The food was also good and several gluten free options were available. The menu and server indicated good quality control measure to avoid cross-contamination by using a separate wok and serving on a separate plate to ensure no confusion between the kitchen and table, even if two guests had ordered the same menu item. My food rating is a bit low because the sauce was too salty. In the future, I will request they reduce the amount of sodium in the dish and/or reduce the amount of sauce.

Had a terrible experience at PF Changs two weeks ago. We ordered drinks, appetizers and entrees. Our entrees arrived first, followed by our drinks, then our appetizers came last. We refused the appetizers and had a drinks comped by a manager. Our sever was a mess and more interested in socializing than providing good customer service.

Rose wine listed on the menu was not available, which was disappointing . The first seating offered needed to be cleaned(rice in the carpet and seating area). Also, rice was throughout the restaurant on the carpet. Does not appear to be cleaned after each guest.

I’ve had wonderful dining experiences at other P. F. Chang locations but, unfortunately I can’t say the same about this location. The first issue was at the host stand. The young lady had no clue that I had an open table reservation but in time she adjusted and I eventually was seated. I don’t think they ever figured out how to check me in. It was clear that the location was understaffed and poorly managed. It was dirtier than I’ve come to expect from this chain, the food quality was poor, and it took over an hour to get our food after ordering. I’d recommend going to another location.

Although the food remains pretty good, the service has noticeably declined. Twice I've been there with relatively inexperienced waiters who have been inattentive. I enjoy the restaurant and the atmosphere but service is lacking.

Food was awesome - fresh, flavorful and well prepared. Chicken noodle soup is now my husband's favorite go to. I'll never eat spring rolls elsewhere, myself.

I would not recommend going to this location. I made a reservation for 7 pm and about 45 minutes after making that reservations, the manager called and stated that they were booked for that time and took me off the reservation.

Service was terrible...........we had to ask for a waiter after a long wait..........drink came after the first course (after we had asked about it twice).........food was good...........doubt if we will go back.

The service at the Chevy Chase location is never good. I ordered the recommended drink special from the menu when I first arrived. The drink did not arrive until after the appetizers and entrees were served.

The food portions are now smaller and the service in general was very slow. Water glasses not being filled, drink refills few and far between and the waiter didn’t express any customer service until it was time to give the tip.

The restaurant was very slow to seat people on this day because of the Chinese New Year special discount. We had a reservation and still had to wait for 40 minutes. The tables were not clean and the host, he cleaned tables before he would seat guests. The shrimp fried rice was very good. As was the beef and broccoli the dishes were prepared fresh. The server we had was very nice, friendly and check to see that we were enjoying our dining experience even considering the restaurant was short staffed. The cheese cake was delicious.

What an eventful evening! Where do I begin, upon arrival with a reservation I encountered a line. It appeared that they were short staffed for the evening. The host seats us after some confusion in a area that is not covered by wait staff. After watching a couple adjacent to my table walk up to the bar for drink order and water. I sat 🤦🏾‍♂️. After about 45 minutes of no service the bartender comes over and takes our order after being water and wine glasses for the 🍷! One of the worst dining experiences I have ever had. Thanks to the bartender she made a disaster a little better. The bathrooms were filthy! I mean this was friendship heights Chevy Chase it is supposed to be top notch. GTFOHWTBS.

I went to PF Changs with my family and we had the Ginger chicken and broccoli and I tried the Long Life Noodles and Prawn for the first time. The chicken and broccoli was delicious. However, the Long Life Noodles and Prawn had a sour taste for the shrimp. We informed the server and we waited 25 minutes for a manager to come to our table. I was upset because my young toddler was eating dinner with us and no one wants bad shrimp. The manager apologized and said that the cook was using ginger instead of garlic and she offered us a re-make of the dish or something else. I love shrimp and this was not a good experience during this particular meal. The restaurant did try to make up for the off tasting shrimp by cooking another dish. Usually the food here is okay but something was not right on this occasion. I appreciate the manager for trying to make things right.

Granted, we went on Christmas Eve and expected the restaurant to be busy as one of the few that was open, but they were tremendously understaffed. Tables sat uncleared for long periods of time, every single seated table complained multiple times about the pace of service. Overall it was a very bad experience, and I don't blame the staff that were there since they were running around doing twenty things each, but whoever is in charge of this location did not adequately plan for Christmas Eve service and left everyone who dined here that night very unhappy.

We had the worst service, so bad in fact, we got up and left. After more than 1 hour, we did not even receive our drinks. I asked to speak with a manager (she was wearing a red coat, had long dark hair, and glasses), who was too busy fighting other fires that she never came to our table. I have a 3 year old who was incredibly patient but it was Christmas Eve and I had my in-laws with me to experience a very disappointing and frankly frustrating "dinner." The worst part about the entire experience is that no one said "we are sorry for..." anything. If someone had said, "we are short staffed" or "we are doing the best we can, thank you for your patience," it would have made a big difference but instead, we felt all we received was attitude. We were very sorry we chose PF Chang's for such an important occasion and most likely will not return in the near future.

We took our 4 kids for dinner and everyone enjoyed their meals. The kids had fried rice and noodles with chicken. Good value deals with a drink and ice cream included. The Mongolian beef was very good. The Singapore’s chicken was tasty but very spicy so be careful if you don’t like it too hot. I enjoyed it. The signature lettuce wraps were a bit of a let down I thought. Anyway all in all a relaxed place, but lacks ambience.

My family went on a Saturday night at 6:00 PM. The restaurant was not busy. We were seated at 6:00. We waited 20 minutes and no one came to serve us. Other tables were being served but not us. At that time we let the hostess know we had not been served. After 10 minutes a server who was not our assigned server came to take our drink order. We waited another 5 minutes for our water and bottled beer. Having not been served and having no one approach us as to why we have not been served in a resident that was not busy, we left without ordering. It is not clear why other tables could be served but not us, even after we made it known to staff. Needless to say we will not attempt dining here again.

It's been so long since I'd been to a P.F. Chang's, so when a girlfriend suggested we meet up at the Chevy Chase location, I quickly made reservations for us. We both enjoy the food at this restaurant chain and we've never been disappointed. The MONGOLIAN BEEF was tender and delicious as were the KUNG PAO SHRIMP and CRISPY HONEY SHRIMP. The noise level was quiet so we were able to catch up on what's been going on with our lives and vacations taken. It was easy to get to this location (my first time at this location) and I'll have to remember to suggest this to other friends! All-in-all, a truly enjoyable evening!

Server was very unprofessional. When our table wasn't ready to order - on HER schedule - we asked for a few minutes and she vanished - for at least 10 minutes. We had to ask another waiter to track her down for us...and that was soon followed by snarky comments within our hearing range that made it clear, she was not happy we weren't ready on her schedule. When called on it, she denied it until we repeated what she said (oops) - then, decided the best option was to get an attitude. Requested to speak with a manager and she again vanished. Apparently, I was able to find a manager before she could - so, the Manager became our new server and things returned to normal. Normally, that would be the end and only the service would take a hit. But, there's more. For a relatively empty restaurant - it took well over 45 minutes from order time to being served. The quality of food was very good. Or, it seemed to be but everyone was so hungry anything would have tasted good by then. In summary, at this price point for Chinese food, you should be getting extraordinary levels of service. On this particular Saturday evening - it was not. Very disappointing for a place that we had gone well out of our way to give a try. We won't be back soon.

Location, if unfamiliar, is a bit tricky to find and parking somewhat hidden.

Food was good to a point ...
Not a fan of rice noodles, which seem to come with several selections. The Ginger Chicken and Broccoli was tasty and comes with regular rice in addition to rice noodles.

Tempura Calamari and Vegetables ratio waaay off. Much calamari but very few small vegetables (tiny carrot sticks and a hint of green pepper stick). I was looking for balance of flavor.

Service was okay; however when appetizers were served the sauce for dumplings was spilled over table, but the kitchen person serving, not the table server, made no attempt to clean the mess covering a large portion of the table. We had to request of the regular server to do and what was done was not sufficient, as it was just wiped with dry cloth napkin. We are discussing sticky sauce! So I requested a wet soapy cloth to clean, so residuals not be left to get on our clothing.

The dessert was a banana fried and covered with salted caramel served with vanilla ice cream. Initial reaction, quite good, but then the salt overpowered the taste experience.
