This was probably the worst experience I have had at a restaurant in Chesterfield. We waited for over 20 minutes and nobody even acknowledged that we were there. We got up and left without even placing a drink order. This ruined my wife’s birthday dinner. We had reservations and there was plenty of seating and staff available. They don’t seem interested in providing a minimum of avg service. We ended up going to Ninja just a few minutes away and had a wonderful dinner.

They have brightened up the atmosphere at this PF Chang’s location. New wallpaper, napkins, serving dishes, menus, all the nice things that make a place look polished! Their food is always superior, this day was no exception. Our server was perfect & took very good care of us. Always return to this amazing restaurant!

Very weird. When we arrived, they didn't have our reservation. The hostess said "oh, you didn't use open table, did you? Open table doesn't communicate with our system. In the future, just call us directly or use our web site. This happens all the time" They promptly got seated, and we had a great dinner. Looks like management and the IT squad need to have a meeting and sort this out.

The food was excellent and our server, Abby, was very attentive. The order was taken quickly and water was kept filled. The issues involved the "free" birthday dessert and the upcharge for fried rice. When we mentioned that rice wasn't a favorite, Abby asked if we wanted to pay a slight upcharge for fried rice. We said OK but had already mentioned that rice wasn't eaten by all of us. When dinner came, there were 2 large bowls of fried rice. The 2nd one wasn't even touched and was boxed up and taken home by 1 of our group. Then when we asked for the birthday desserts, we had 2 with birthdays, they asked us to take 2 checks so we could get one of the desserts on each bill. No problem. But then they said that we hadn't registered soon enough to be in the system and the manager had to give permission to get one of the desserts at no charge. Not great, but not a problem. We enjoyed the chocolate cake. However, when the bills came, the upcharge for the fried rice was $4.50 per person. We never would have agreed to pay $18 for fried rice. We would have ordered it for $13 and taken the brown rice home -- as we have done many times before. Or we would have ordered one of the favorites in our house, fried rice combo, for $16. This has left a very negative opinion on our family. We were very supportive of PF Chang's, all during Covid, and visited your very organized curb-side pick-up often. We are all disappointed.

I hate leaving a poor review but this was pretty bad. I'm hoping that management will see this and be able to correct this for future patrons. The hostesses never told our waitress we were seated so it wasn't until I went back up there after 15 minutes that someone finally took our drink order. The manager was friendly and tried to make it right with a free appetizer but the poor service continued. It took 20 minutes for 1 beer to arrive, many requests for refills were left unfulfilled throughout our whole meal, dinners were wrong, no one came back around to get plates from appetizers. The hostesses were eating with their feet up at the front, which was right next to our table, very unprofessional. The food was good, except the crispy green beans which all had the stems on them still-literally every single one had a stem. And the thing is, my whole party (5 of us) has worked at restaurants so we were super understanding. I just know many other people wouldn't have been. And the restaurant wasn't busy so it really didn't make sense why so many issues. I really hope the management can take this as constructive and make changes because we love PF Changs and would love to enjoy again.

Reservation wasn’t ready took 40 minutes this was not the first time! Food was terrible small portions my husband’s meat was burnt he sent it back! All the food came out at different times. It was so noisy you couldn’t hear. It was far from a dining experience. Good thing my $25 glass of wine kept me calm…. Overall we won’t be back! EVER!!

Booked for Mother’s Day through Open Table only to find out the restaurant was giving priority to those that booked reservations by calling in directly. We were finally seated about 40 minutes after our designated reservation time. Understanding it was Mother’s Day, we knew seating and service times might be a little slower than normal however this became excessive. Once our order was in, it took 51 minutes according to the manager to process and fill. Our daughter began running a fever so we requested rather than being served that they box it up so we could leave right away. That took another 20 minutes, with no sense of urgency while our 7 year old daughter was crying because she didn’t feel well. Any other day, PF Changs is good. Just don’t go on a holiday or special occasion.

Given that it was Mother's Day, we were impressed with the care and speed at which we were served. Our waiter (I think Will?) was attentive and always made sure we had what we needed. It was a great experience.

On the positive side, the food at this P.F. Chang's was excellent. Like other Chang's restaurants, if the taste and quantity of the meal was the only criteria when dining in, the rating would be five stars. However, we did dine in, and the dining room experience rated only one star, at best. I had made a reservation for two people at 7pm on a Friday night. We were seated quickly, but our waitress passed by twice telling us that she'd be with us "in a few minutes." It was a full 25 minutes of waiting at our table before the waitress came to greet us, began to take our order, or even brought us water. When we were seated, several parties of two near us had been seated at booths or tables that would accommodate four or more. We were seated at a two person table, which would have been fine except for the fact that the table between us was so wide (four feet from person to person) that we had to speak in loud voices just to hear each other. Additionally, music played at a modest volume continuously, but the poor choice of music was such that all of the instrumentals had a pulsating and recurring thump-thump-thump bass beat throughout that not only further impeded the ability of my date and I to hear each other, but gave each of us a headache from it by the end of our evening. After our food was served and while we were eating, a bus person came through the aisle sweeping up the floor with a broom and tall dust pan. Apparently, the annoyance of that while we were dining and the job the bus person did was not good enough because our waitress came through the same aisle next to our table 10 minutes later and again broom swept and used the tall dust pan. It was less than appetizing, and inappropriate to do that while guests are in the midst of their dinner. By the end of the dining experience, my date and I agreed that we probably should have just ordered take out. Our Friday night dinner-date experience at P.F. Chang's Chesterfield MO fell far short of our expectations.

We really like this location, but our server was slow. I don't know if she was new to the job, but it took her more than a few minutes to do something that should have taken a few seconds. And, please bring back the Mai Tai. The Luxe Punch was an overpriced glass of pineapple juice!

Not enjoyable experience - waited an hour to receive our food. Main courses were served separately for each person. One person completely finished their meal before other was served. Food was bland and not tasty and prices were high for quality of food. Won’t be going back.

I took my husband and a few friends to dinner at P.F. Chang’s for my husband‘s birthday. The waiter that took care of us, was amazing. He noticed right away that my husband had a few presents on the table and he said oh is this your birthday? We’re going to have to take care of you guys and bring something special. After dinner was complete the young man brought a wonderful sparkler come out with a yummy dessert. it the experience was quite exciting. We waited 20 mins to be waited on for even drinks. No apology for the wait. We waited atleast 10 more mins for basic drinks. We ordered an appetizer which never came. We asked & it came out after our food. We waited almost an hour for our food. Our waitress never checked on us. No apology about the missing appetizer or offer to remove it from our bill. We only ordered it because our kids were starving. We asked for drink refill & soy sauce twice before we got it about 20 mins later. It took us another 20+ mins & asking twice for our bill. They were not very busy. Maybe half full. We had a reservation. Food was just okay. I had more veggies than rice in my fried rice & I said no onions or bean sprouts & it seemed like I got extra. Very frustrating experience. An hour & a half dinner with 2 toddlers was not fun. We wont be back. Add in the prices being astronomically high for the quality of the food & horrible service it was salt in the wound when we got the bill.

Went to PF Chang’s with out a reservation on 2.11 was told they were no taking walk ins. Walking back to the car clicked on open table which showed they had several times available the earliest was in 9 minutes. Walked back in only to be told we don’t accept reservations thru open table. This was at 4:15 in the afternoon and only 1/3 of the table were being used. Will not be back! If you do not accept reservations thru Open Table why is your restaurant listed!
