P.F. Chang's - Charlotte
We have been coming to this particular PF Chang's for a few years pre-pandemic, during and now , they have not missed a beat. They are short on staff as is everyone right now but the quality and service has always remained! Thanks guys.

Quiet Monday night dinner with my husband. Our server Miche (not sure I got spelling right) was awesome. Started off with my favorite Hot n Sour soup….so delicious. Then BBQ Spare ribs appetizer which was so yummy. My husband had shrimp and chicken pad Thai which was very tasty and a good portion which I enjoyed two days later as my lunch and was just as tasty. My spicy tuna roll was ok….not great but I’m picky when it comes to sushi. Overall another great dinner.

The ambience is always nice . Our server was very nice and asked right away if we were there for any occasion
My daughter was given a dessert of choice and a Birthday Sparkler.
Food was great.
For some reason, the restaurant did not receive our open table reservation, but we showed the hostess our confirmation and were quickly seated. The restaurant was short staffed and a few items were unavailable, but the server worked really hard to get our orders out and the food was delicious.
Poor service. Order was not placed for everything. Meals came out one at a time so everyone was eating at a different time. Orders were wrong and items were missing from the order. I asked for more tea and was brought hot water. Overall worst service ever and mistakes abound. Server was nonchalant about it. I should have asked for a manager and had changes made to our service. Quite unfortunate because I do like the food but this is not the first time I have had poor service at this location. I was told by one server that the door dash type orders mess up the kitchen. I understand the labor shortages and do not discount those challenges - but this was beyond labor shortages. It was poor execution.
Salmon was delicious!
We went for our family Christmas celebration. Unfortunately there was an issue with the cook staff. We were told there would be a 2 hour wait for food from the kitchen . This is the 1st time I have ever experienced an awful situation at P.F. Chang’s
Although my husband really enjoyed his sushi and shrimp dish, my tofu and veggie dish had only 2 tiny pieces of tofu in it--really? The kitchen was slow, so didn't bother asking for more. Also, lots of customers entering and walking around the restaurant without masks, which didn't feel safe. I doubt we'll be back.
Service was excellent, food was delicious! A step or so above the traditional Chinese cuisine and love the little additions that made it special.
Service was great was busy and our waiter was doing it all but still provide great service. I’ve had the worst take out experience here but dining in was great
Something has recently changed at this location. Last two visits the food has been not great. Smaller portions and using different cut of chicken in the fried rice. Much harder and in chunks versus the soft thinner pieces it was before. Will wait awhile before returning.
I recognize staffing is a problem but it’s the same problem for everyone. Service seemed slower than everywhere else we go and there was nothing memorable about the experience.
Service was great. Lettuce wraps were best item. Steak was tough and chicken had a little too much breading
We waited 25 minutes to sit down (we had a reservation). 13 more minutes to get our drinks. 11 more minutes to get menus. We should have left but my daughter had her heart set on eating there. No one ever apologized and then they brought the bill and disappeared. I paid via my phone and left vowing to never return. I realize things are tough during COVID but come on.
I reserved an outside table. When we got there the hostess tried to sit us inside. We insisted to be outside, as we have requested. I ordered an orange peel chicken, my favorite, with brown rice. I got white rice and my food wasn’t crisp. It tasted like it came from a frozen box. I ate half, and did not want to complain. I asked for s box to take the left over once I noticed that was a hair in the sauce. I left a note on a napkin to please pay attention to then quality and about hair on the food. I love PF Chnags but it will take a long while before I go back. So sad. Not paying attention to reservation, the order I can deal with but hair! No no no. Quality of the food is so important. Service too, but quality has to be 100% all the time. Yes, I ais for the food. Disappointing...
I tried the Ramen bowl and it was really bad. The noodles were soggy and the broth had no flavor. I took few sips and I just couldn’t finish it. The server never asked how my meal was, just took away my full bowl.
Quality of food and service at P.F. Chang’s has been drastically going down over the past few years and once my favorite Asian restaurant is no longer anything I look forward to!
Arrived on time for our reservation and was told they had a lot of reservations and because of half capacity it would be an additional 30 minutes....look I get it but we’ve been in half capacity for a while now so you should know not to take that many reservations. Overheard some people telling Manager they had been waiting an hour past their reservation and left. Also manager on duty, line cook and a few servers were constantly pulling their mask down completely or just over their mouth/chin. Manager was not enforcing at all and wasn’t making a goof example. Food was good and our server/bartender Roxy was great.
Terrible service. Made a reservation on open table and an hour later we were still waiting for a table. I talked to the manager and the manger said it was busy so he could not help.
.....we left and went to another place for dinner.
With reservations we were seated within about 5 minutes. We added two people to the reservation and were promptly accommodated with a second table (for the children). Servers were prompt to greet us and take our drink orders. Most drinks came within 5 minutes while others took considerably longer. Dinner orders taken and we waited at least 45 minutes before served. Food was good but ambience a little flat. Most of which is due to limited seating thus reducing the festive 'vibe' with indoor dining. I'm a big fan of Chang's and have been for 20 years. Might wait until 2021 to return with the hope this country will be able to return to its 'new normal.'

The food is excellent, but, very high in price and salt. The coffee was horrible and they did not want to make more. $90 for two adults and a child is too much.
I made a reservation at 3 PM on a Sunday afternoon. We live about a half hour away and love the PF Chang‘s in Asheville so I thought let’s go to the one in Charlotte for a fun day. It was awful. They sat us at a very nice table and only gave us one menu which I thought was odd. Then we sat there for 15 minutes and nobody waited on us. One lady said she would be with us in a minute the other waitress said she would find out who’s supposed to wait on us. Nobody came nobody said anything They just kept walking by us and not even looking at us. They kept going to the back room behind us. We just kept waiting and nobody ever came over. There were only two other tables in the front of the restaurant so it’s not like it was busy at all. We finally just got up and walked out. We went and had a nice dinner at Firebirds. I will never be back.
I got to the restaurant at the time of my reservation (8:15pm). I spoke to a blonde hostess and I was told that they did not have a table for me yet and didn't know when they would be able to seat me. What's the point of reservations right?? I'm usually very understanding so I sat and waited. PF Changs closes at 9pm. At 8:35pm a couple comes in for a party of two, no reservation. I hear the hostess (not the one that checked me in) say that they aren't currently taking walk ins because they close in less than 30 minutes and can't even sit the people that are already waiting. The guy makes a huge fuss, asks for a manager, and the manager freaking sits them!! While I'm still waiting. Finally at 8:45pm I ask when we will be seated, the hostess I hadn't spoken to yet said she couldn't find where I checked in or my reservation. I told her I checked in with the blonde hostess, who was also standing there. And the blonde hostess pretended she had never seen me. I showed my email for reservations and PF Changs basically told me I wasn't going to get seated. I asked to see a manager, and he never bothered to come fix the situation. So we ended up leaving at 9pm with nothing.
OpenTable reservations were not accepted. We were told they’d work us ahead because the OoenTable reservations just don’t show up to them. After 45 minutes (when told it would be 20 minutes) we decided we’d eat elsewhere. We wondered if the table would ever be ready - they were to message us when our table was ready. They closed and never contacted us.
The location is good. Our service started off rocky, but with the help from Jamal and Jeff it got better. Jamal is an excellent waiter!! If you are going to that location, ask for him.
Slow service, food was okay. Wouldn’t hurry back.
Brought my family to celebrate my wife and my 23 anniversary. Service was slow because there were not enough servers. Food was Luke warm. And I was charged for a drink we never received because I was told they didn’t have it.
Used to be much better. I would recommend going to Baoding instead. Much better.
Wrong food. Slow service. Very annoying loud repetitive music.
They forgot my wife’s birthday!
Had a reservation for 730 and waited in line at the hostess stand. Proceeded to sit a walk in couple ahead of us and then when we got up to the front lady said shes sorry but they have no tables currently. Asked to speak to the manager and no one came out for at least 20 minutes until we sat at the bar (still never saw a manager). Went to the bar and luckily the bartender working took good care of us and made the trip worthwhile.
P. F. Chang’s never disappoints! We were seated in a timely manner and served great food. Definitely coming back again!
Overall all clean social distancing experience. Great service and food.
Terrible. They did not honor my reservation. That said they weren’t prepared to have people at 50% capacity, every other restaurant I’ve been to had been prepared. Poor management. Dint waste your time coming here

Overall the visit was good. Service was excellent, but wait time for our meals was unusually long. After ordering, it was greater than a 30 minute wait time. Hence, the 4 stars rating.
