P.F. Chang's - Cerritos

Everything was great the only negative part was that I made a reservation through open table and when I arrived at the restaurant they didn’t have my reservation and they had to wait for manager to approve our status.

Tables were dirt and now one wanted to clean it up.we wait like 5 minutes for some one to clean it up. We order an appetizer and come at the same time of the food,minus my wife's food, we have to asked what's happening with her food when we were almost finished. People came 20 minutes after we did, order an there food was 5 minutes later been served. The food was good, the service terrible, as if they were working for free.

The Food was really good. For a Friday night it was not that crowded. And the service was excellent. My wife and I had a great time.

Food was not fresh

Made a reservation thru open table but hostess seem to be confused when I told her I had reservations for 07:15 pm she said that I wasn’t on the reservation list so I had to wait another 30 min plus It was a birthday dinner which I had planned but was ruined

great custom service and delicious food

Everything was great except the hostesses were just hanging around and chit chatting while my reservation party just sat there waiting for our table. we arrived 15 minutes early and instead of just seating us since was almost empty they made us wait there the whole time while they walked around and talked. No one else even entered the place and the 2 other groups they kept calling for were long gone into the mall. Felt like the scene in the movie Meet the Parents when that airline lady made Ben Stiller's character wait for no reason while he was the only one inline to get seated only because he was one row away from the rows she was boarding. :P

Love this P.F. Chang’s the service was good food was delicious overall it was great

My husband said that I can pick any restaurant for our 25th anniversary dinner. I’m glad I decided to dine here since it’s close to our home and we are regular here. Jacob made our celebration a memorable occasion. Can I hire him?

service wasn’t that great. first of all we asked for coke and we told the waiter it tasted like diet he was kind enough to change them but it was still diet coke, the whole time we drank diet coke which was gross. we sat for 20/30 min after we ate and nobody came to check on us until we had to call our waiter and ask for the bill and boxes

We had a great dinner and Carmen our server was amazing! Food was delicious.

Manager told me she cannot honor my reservation. She wanted to know when I made the reservation. I asked her why did that matter?? If I made the reservation last month, last week, or today?

Food came out uncooked and had to keep sending the same plate back. We will never return to this location!

We had not dined at a PF Chang’s in some time, things that stood out that it wasn’t pitch black inside and the menu was much shorter! Would definitely come back

Hostess was horrible they were all high school teen running the place we made reservations and we got there and we waited about 40min for our table when all this time we were starring at it empty and until we told the hottest she told us they were cleaning our table we waited another 15 min and we got seated at that table that was empty for the past 40 min our waiter was really Awesome they need to train these people to be more professional and they were and to top it off they were taking selfies really with the supervisor I think she was wow

You know we have been here before and loved it.. but this last time was awful. The food was bland and the drinks all tasted watered down.. It wasn't a good experience and it was very expensive. I had to go home and feed my daughter because she would not eat it...

Hostess were rude.

They couldn't find our reservation at first. Open Table does not seem to integrate well with their reservation system. I love PF Changs. We had the Chilean Seabass which was delicious (it's on the pricey side, but worth it). The Mongolian Beef is one of my favorites. The Northern Style ribs are fabulous. They only seem to have them on their happy hour menu though. Make sure you get some of the rub on the side and sprinkle it on the ribs for extra flavor. They used to give it to you as a matter of course. Now, you have to request it. It was busy so it took a while to get our food, but we weren't in a hurry, so it wasn't a big deal. We ordered the chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer (always very tasty) and that came pretty quickly, so that helped.

Well I made reservations through Open table but somehow they did not get to the front desk at P.F. Chang’s. However the front desk manager Carmen saved the day. With a great customer service attitude she said “no problems, we will get something set up for you.” They did great and my wife’s birthday dinner went without a hitch. The service was excellent and the food tasted great.

I really like P.F. Chang’s, this location has great food but the ambiance is not there. If feels like a fast casual restaurant in the layout that was made. It’s also very small. Again, food and service was great!

upon arrival, PFC front desk said they didn't have my dinner reso, saying that OpenTable data doesn't always come through. (really?) so then our large party had to wait another 30 minutes to be seated, with barely an apology for the wait. i reminded them that we were there to celebrate an anniversary - and she confirmed that it was noted for the serve. clearly there were children in our group, too; and when we were finally seated, the hostess said she'd be back with kids menus (she never did) - so I had to get them myself from the front desk. the only saving grace for this location was that the food was really good - and came out of the kitchen relatively quickly. no mention of the anniversary at the beginning of our sit-down by the server; and no mention of it at the end of dinner. so I asked him what PFC did for anniversaries for my folks, to which he replied "um, I can bring out a mini-dessert." ok, yeah, do that. he comes back to the table w the bill and drops the dessert on the table in front of me. ugh. no acknowledgement; no special treatment for their celebration dinner. this is not a good representation of PFC at all. so disappointing.

Very nice restaurant with great drinks and meal choices...

Have eaten at several PF Changs but was my first time at this one in Cerritos. Went for lunch. Ambience was fairly quiet (maybe because it was lunch). Service was fairly attentive and reasonably friendly. Food was very good but also basically the same as I've had at other PF Changs locations.

It’s was good experience

Everything was great except for the hostess. She never acknowledged us even though she saw us there. A waitress had to help us. The hostess looked annoyed and didn't want to be there.

New location, super clean and open environment,service was fast considering how busy it was, will definitely be returning.

Valentine’s day

The purpose of using Opentable app is to ensure a table will available when we arrive at a designated time. Our table was not ready at the time of our reservation and others were seated before us which can only lead me to believe we were placed in the que with others that walked in. Although I'm sure the waiter tried to provied the best service she forgot my drink and needed to be reminded. The noise level was very high and resembled a bar at happy hour not the nice pleasent dinning experience I was recommend be friends. The food was fine and cooked well and enjoyable but fell flat and was not able to stand alone to recover from the serivce and atmosphere.

Made a reservation using OpenTable... Requested a BOOTH PLEASE! For me and my guest... NO LUCK! What's the purpose of using a reservation system like this...If you can't meet your clients needs and request... Was led to a table that had many sets of chop sticks thrown across the table and was not set up properly...They had a booth open and gave it to the guest behind me as they tried to sit me in the middle of the restaurant... When we were sat...I was given a very sticky menu... Who knows what was on the back of it! Service was GOOD! First impression are lasting impressions! This was my first time eating at P'F' Chang's...My impression of P.F. Chang's is LOW!!!

First time visiting this location smaller that I would have expected, seated right away, great service, good food..

Brought my mom for her Birthday and she loved it. The food was great and our waitress was awesome. Lovely environment.

Good was excellent and service was exceptional.

Our server was great. She was super busy but still took the time to check in with us as much as she could. It was a very busy night but she was working really hard to keep her tables happy. The front of house could use improvement. They could be more friendly, welcoming and happy. They could’ve smiled more. They weren’t running around serving everyone so I didn’t understand why they looked so sour

The food is great, every time we eat there and the costumer service is second to none. This my wife's favorite place to sit down and have a great meal.

Had a great birthday celebration for my friends. Our waiter Jose was very professional and friendly.
Sure will be back soon.

Our waiter was great and accommodating. He checks on us often if we need anything, refills etc. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember his name!

Great Asian Food. Full Bar Also love their Great Wall of Chocolate for dessert.
