Wrong order was brought to the table and waiter was rude
I have gone to PF Changs for years and was so disappointed. To start with we arrived a few minutes early. The hostess was doing something on her phone and did not look up at all until I stated excuse me. Then I said may we have a booth. Her response was its not available. So I said we will wait at the bar, she stated I don't think there is room. A little taken back at this point, we walked over and sat at the bar. Our other two quests arrived and I walked over and told her they were here, and she sat us at a high top table. The server was very nice, she had the entire floor. Just to add to our visit the bathrooms were not up to the normal cleanness. Very disappointed will not visit again.
Our service was excellent our server Gugu went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and made sure we had what we needed and made sure what we wanted was correct
We got there and their reservation system is on a different system than Open Table so our Party of 6 was not available for 45 minutes!!!! After half an hour, the hostess finally tells the manager that she forgot to check OT and then they double seat us so we waited another 10 minutes for a waitress. Our waitress was wonderful, but I ordered three different types of wine that they were out of and had to settle for one I didn’t really like. The manager came over and made all kind of excuses and basically left it that it was too bad so sad! Ridiculous! Terrible customer service!!!
Service was a bit slow at the bar and at the table but it’s excusable during this time of pandemic.
I was disappointed that they did not have my 630 pm Open Table reservation and we had to wait an additional 30 minutes.
Even though I had a confirmed reservation they couldn't find it in there system and made us wait and then threw a table together for us by the patio door which was so uncomfortable as every time it opened we were freezing. Overall it was A bad experience.
I love P.F. Chang’s maybe they had an off day but my food was over cooked there was only one server for the whole restaurant and my drink was terrible .. I informed my waiter and she didn’t even attempt to fix it .
I’ll be back just to another location

Kitchen was behind and front hostess looked as if she didn’t want to be at work. Customer service training is strongly needed at this location.
Waited too long even though we had reservation and they used the patio for the exit which was next to our table. The food was mediocre. Had the Mongolian beef and the steak was hard to chew. Disappointed to say the least
The food is always good! But unfortunately the Mall of Georgia location the service is not as good as it was in the past.. we've been going there a long time but now it's not good to go anymore. The staff they have hired has changed and seems like their attitudes are not as they should be and the service is slow.. . so sad.. It's amazing what a good staff can do for a restaurant.
Our server did not want to be at work that day. It was obvious from the beginning. She only delivered our beverages, appetizers and the final check. We had to ask for beverage refills. Since it was my birthday, I could get a free appetizer or dessert. She didn't even ask, just presented us with the bill taking an appetizer off. We were disappointed, as we normally have great service at this location.
We had over an hour wait for our food after we ordered.

Everything was good. Hostess needs to be aware of open table reservations. Got there and they had no clue of my reservation.
Majority of servers had their masks below their noses. Felt very unsafe with staff. Although I had a reservation, the staff said I had no reservation in their system. I had to show them my reservation on my phone for them to believe me that I had an open table reservation.
Service was slow. Most likely not staffing normally due to reduced dining capacity. Food was excellent as usual.
They did not have our reservation but were very accommodating. We had great service and food and an enjoyable Fathers Day meal.

Had a 7:15pm reservation and wasn't seated until 8:15pm. I understand restaurants are doing what they can during this time, but would recommend updating their table availability due to COVID limitations on Open Table. We would not have driven 30 minutes if we had known. If reservations are only a suggested time, then maybe not have them until things are back to "normal"

I booked a reservation at 1:30 and so the gentleman told me it will take 10 minutes to sit me down. And I went in at 1:20, we didn’t get seated until 2:30 and I was extremely upset... They forgot about me and didn’t even see my name. Me and my friend were just so hungry that I didn’t even want to talk to the manager and we just wanted to eat.

Great service and food. Loved the Monogolian Beef and egg drop soup. My husband loved the Spicy Chicken. Our friends had the Ginger Chicken and Buddha Feast they liked both but recommend the Buddha Feast to be stir fried not steamed so you can get more of the flavor from spices.

Even though we had a reservation we still had to wait and the table was too close to a door on a cold winter night. luckily the food and service were very good.
Nice new menu look
Food was good. The new noodle bowls are quite good and bring a good amount. However the regular meals where you order the entree and then pick your rice , the portions are considerably smaller. I could not believe the difference.
Wonderfully exciting menu with lots of variety and slightly unusual choices. We ordered expecting some tantalizingly flavorful dishes. Sadly, all 4 of us were disappointed. The food was not up to expectations in terms of flavor or quality. The presentation was nice, the server was pleasant and professional. The food itself was a disappointment. The Szechuan dish was nearly without flavor except for the green onions, which tasted like onions....and that was by far the most substantial ingredient. I didn't order onions with a little bland beef for flavor. I order Beef a la Sichuan. The Korean steak was super sub par for anyone who knew anything about Korean food.
Our visit was on New Years Eve. We arrived a few minutes ahead of time and seated after about 15min. Our waitress cheerfully greeted us, she was very good. She made several helpful suggestions. The Salmon was fantastic! All four of us enjoyed our meals, the service was great, the atmosphere was energetic, overall very enjoyable.

Manager was interacting with everyone and very involved. Server was newish, but very personable and attentive. Food was fantastic.

We love going to P.F. Chang's. It's always a treat when we make it up to the Mall. Unfortunately, this time I had an issue with my menu choice. It was pretty awful. The rest of my table-mates' food was fine. I wrote P.F. Chang's and told them about my experience (this was at about 4:00 on a Saturday afternoon). Within an hour, I had a response and they made it right. Wow! I still would have gone back because a one-time experience won't throw me off but their quick response blew me away. We STILL love P.F. Chang's and I still recommend it!
