My husband and I went to celebrate my birthday. I had the Sea Bass from the specials menus along with the apple roll dessert special. Trust me when I tell you, I ate every bite and could have eaten the plate. It was just that good.

I’m a BIG asian food fan and P.F. Chang’s always exceeds my expectations. The food is great, service is AMAZING, and the environment/ambiance of the whole restaurant is perfect. Never disappointed in my visit to P.F. Chang’s and will continue to go back!

Great food. Server did a great job even though it seemed that he had a lot of tables and not much help. Managers & staff passed our table many times without noticing that where asking for water with our food… Other than that was all good. We will go back but I would strongly recommend to make a reservation as they where telling guest a hour wait but on the app it was only 10 min.

My family and I had to wait an extra 30 minutes after getting there early for our reservation, we also had to sit outside just to get seated faster. We won’t be returning to this location, there service has truly gone down hill over the years.

Little disappointed in the food — our hot and sour soup was lukewarm at best, and we had to send it back to try again. On our lettuce wraps, the lettuce leaves were not separated well; you would try to pull one away, and it would tear — so we really couldn’t use them to fill with the chicken. We eventually gave up and simply ate the chicken with the spoon it came with. PF Changs is usually better!

Our reservation wasn’t recognized at time of check in, so they made new one without clarification. After waiting 15 minutes…I went to see what was hold up since reservation had been made and well exceeded time..:they then found reservation and said they would give me next available table. Server was overwhelmed and we didn’t get a refill until it was time to leave. They forgot kids order. Didn’t come till everyone was half way thru their food. Desert we wanted wasn’t available. It just wasn’t our night. We were late to movie since it took them 30 minutes to seat us from reservation time in addition to the other issues.

We were seated right away once they found the reservation. Apparently, Open Table runs on a different system than what they use. So, once we showed him our confirmation, he had to look it up that way, and then we were seated. Service was prompt and friendly. Food was great. Enjoyable evening!

We love PF Chang's, but they recently took the Chilean Sea Bass off of the menu which was our FAVORITE dish. Bummer! The noise level in this particular PF Chang's is very loud. The hostess turned it down a bit, but I wouldn't go back to this restaurant if I was with a big group of people (there would be a lot of shouting).

Was with wife and daughter for a late lunch after walking around the mall. Not very busy. Simple order, 2 lettuce wraps and a Chang’s chicken dish, all to be eaten as entrees. Lettuce wraps came as for the ladies and after 30 min, my Chang’s chicken still hadn’t arrived. After begging my wife and daughter to eat (they were trying to wait on mine) and had finished the lettuce wrap dishes, the server came by and promised me that my dish was on the way. I asked him to cancel my order and bring me the check. Lunch ruined…thanks, PF Chang’s Buford. In addition to surprisingly increased prices, I left hungry and angry. The first time in my life to leave a zero tip and felt compelled to leave a negative review.

Dominque was an awesome server! The evening manager was also very nice. Dominique was patient and very understanding. We received brown lettuce and Dominique took it right back and got some more. My green beans were sitting too long for Dominique so she told the kitchen to make some more. One of the best servers I have encountered since the beginning of COVID. Way to go Dominique. You are awesome, kind, and very well spoken. From the greeter to the server to the manager, these ladies had awesome attitude and great service. I went to this PF Chang’s a couple of months ago and it was awful. The food took an hour just to come out of the kitchen, the server seemed stressed, and the food was not as tasty. Omg but not this time. Great job to your team. Way to make a new 1st impression. Dominique thank you for making our service memorable.
