This location is the closest one that we have to Canada or at least Ontario that I know of. We used to go here a lot when the kids were younger and the food service and ambiance was way better than it is now. The last couple times service has not been great and I understand it’s hard to find good help these days but The thing that was most disappointing was the food The temperature of the food was cold. It was also not as much food as we used to get so they’ve started skipping on the amount of food they give you and the prices have gone up. If you’re going to charge that kind of price for Chinese food, then it should be hot delicious and served by somebody who likes their job Will not be returning and will not be recommending either

My only complaint is of something common to many restaurants these days. Loud music! It has stopped being “background” music, and has become intrusive . When one has to raise their voice above the normal level just to be heard by your dining partner, it’s too loud. And to make it worse, there was rap music interspersed with what we have come to call “spa music”….what is usually played at p.f.Changs. Loud music in a restaurant is unnecessary and annoying.

When I arrived for my reservation I was told that they were full and that I would have to wait at least an hour. This was the second time it happened to me there. They should not take reservations if they do not intend to honor them.

Chinese Applebees with inflated prices. Dinner for 4, with drinks, abt $300. I expect better service at that price point. Dirty dishes sat on the table, drinks were not offered and when they were, they took FOREVER. On a Wednesday evening, i doubt the bar is all that busy. Food quality was not there. My first and last visit to PF Changs- i dont get the hype.

Well, our reservation was pretty much ignored and we were sat 20 minutes after the reservation date. Then after being sat, our original waitress said she is going on break and we got a waiter 5 minutes later. Our waiter then proceeded to complain about having an additional table to another waiter within distance of us hearing. Snowball kept going when we got the wrong drinks on our order. The food was great but took a while to get to us. All in all, my wife and I will most likely not be going back anytime soon.

Unfortunately food took quite awhile. Especially the kids meals (which came LAST) - my daughter actually got teary eyed she was so hungry and had to wait so long. But the restaurant has a great vibe and nice menu.

Our server was fantastic. His name was Gunner and he was so good with his recommendations, very attentive and our food was so delicious. We were with 6 of us and this was all our first experience to eat here. We are from Canada, and will definitely be back and hopefully have Gunner again!

I tried something new (seasonal special I think) and didn’t like it. And they were out of the noodles that I wanted. Even with those issues everything was fine because the server was sweet and the kitchen kept trying to get it right. The effort was very much appreciated.

The hostesses up front have no idea what they're doing. I showed them my appointment for 5 pm, and they acknowledged it by saying, “we are going to prepare the table; please give us a moment.” Fifteen minutes after my supposed reservation, I went up and inquired about the table, and they said, “well, there are two reservations ahead of you, and we have to sit them first.” We have to wait until then; I asked what the point of having a reservation and acknowledging it if we have to wait? I got the brush off. Based on the background conversations, they are understaffed and have to as servers if they're willing to take on another table.

The restaurant did not have my Open Table reservation, that is because is it is on a separate system and the front counter person didn't know how to find it. The manager had to tell her to take me next, not make me wait after the walk-ins because I had a reservation. I ordered an appetizer, an item of dim sum and an entree. The appetizer came out first, very quickly the entree followed. When I was almost done the dim sum came out. Not the spacing nor the sequence I was expecting, wanted, or think proper.

I’ve been to P.F. Chang’s many times and always have had exceptional service and the food has always been amazing; however, this time when we went the service was extremely slow and it took an obscene amount of time from when we received our appetizer to when we received our entrees. The waitress never came to our table to see how the food was and she didn’t come to see if we needed a refill or anything until we were already done eating our entree and were ready for the bill. The food was good, but I was just very unhappy with how long it took us to receive our entrees and it ruined the experience. We went at 8 pm and it was not as busy as other times I’ve been there so I do not understand why it took so long for the food to come and why the waitress didn’t check on us more.

Our food was served hot and fast. Everything was good. Only criticism is that the KOREAN BULGOGI STEAK would have been 10 times better if done with a more tender cut of beef, like sirloin or tenderloin. The strip steak they use was tough and didn't absorb much of the sauce flavor.

This location does not follow the PFC menu most locations use. Many favs not available and that really was below average. Food and service tonight was inferior to other PFC locations. Server was distracted and disinterested. The best part of the meal were the drinks. The Saki Sangria was quite refreshing and the Japanese Old Fashioned rocked - the TOKI Whisky was incredibly smooth. A rather disappointing meal. Our table had no salt and pepper shakers. When we asked for salt and pepper - see the photos for what we were given - Unacceptable!

Since new ownership portion sizes on some of the appetizers have been cut in half for the same price. Typically we run out of lettuce and have to ask for more for the chicken lettuce wraps. This time we had plenty of lettuce to spare. The chicken was placed on a mound of the crispy rice sticks to hide the fact that there was barely enough chicken for 4 small wraps. Likewise with the dynamite shrimp, you get about 6 small shrimp for $10 (go to Bonefish for a reasonable portion of this). We ordered a tureen of shrimp wonton soup which was supposed to serve 6 people. Some people didn't get a single wonton, some didn't get shrimp. The waitress was literally counting each item as she distributed it to our bowls (1 wonton, 1 mushroom, 1 shrimp, 1 piece of chicken, 1 piece of spinach...). Unfortunately the kitchen miscounted, she offered to get a wonton for those who didn't get one in their wonton soup, how absurd.

My wife has a shrimp allergy and she made the waitress aware of it before dinning and when the Wonton Soup came out the first thing I noticed in the bowl was a shrimp. They took back the soup but it made us feel uneasy with the lack of attention that was given to how our food was being prepared. Sure enough by the time we hit the boarder she needed to administer her epi pen her tongue was beginning to swell. We eat at all sort of restaurants that have seafood on the menu and had never had a problem. We never will be back to P.F. Changs.

It took almost an hour to get our food but the manager came to our table and told us that the meal would be on the house. And it was an expensive dish for both of us. Very impressed with their customer service. It happened another time to us but their customer service is great!

I used to go to PF Chang’s in Las Vegas frequently, when I lived there. I haven’t been to this location till yesterday! I don’t know why I waited so long! The service was awesome (Sarah), the beer selection good (they had a sign In he entry with “buffolocal” beers) the prices are higher than run of the mill Chinese restaurants, but this is not run of the mill. Food was so tasty my tastebuds were doing a happy dance. We had the surf and turf which consisted of filet, fried shrimp and lobster, the latter of which was surprisingly good. I was a little hesitant when I saw it was fried, but it was tempura style and I liked it. The other dish was the Spicy Chicken, which Sarah had the chef add vegetables to at no cost. Besides that we had the spicy Brussels sprouts which were really good. My date was not a Brussels sprouts fan and he liked them a lot. Go to PF Chang’s for the best local Chinese.
