P.F. Chang's - Bridgeport Village
Food was great but it was a very busy night and the kitchen was running a little behind. Overall our server did a great job getting our food as quickly as she could.
Very tasty High end Chinese food with extra sea foods and sushi we liked the food and service.
We were seated near the door & it was very chilly. Food was not as good as normal & even thought we’d mentioned a special occasion it was not noted.
Disappointing evening at P.F. Chang’s.
Vday dinner with the family! Was a great night!
Was great - we were seated right away and had an excellent dinner.
Excellent food and wonderful service. A truly enjoyable evening.
We love this place! Everything on the menu is delicious. A great atmosphere and friendly staff.
Food is always good and service great. Food was a bit cold, though. Seems common at PF’s, unfortunately. Not the first time, or the second..
First, I must say our waitress, Jennifer, was amazing! She was on everything! I needed a beverage this past week and their happy hour sangria did not disappoint❣️The fried green beans were amazing, and the happy hour portion was huge! My husband had the salmon (ok, but the sea bass is still my fav) because they were out of shrimp, but my meal was the wok-fired filet mignon and Deelish!!
Our waiter was exceptional! Most of the food was great except the Thai curry dish could add some spice. It was not spicy at all for curry.
PF Chang’s was really busy but using opentable we got right in. The food was amazing
Very pleased with the service. All staff went out of their way to accommodate and make sure our dinner went as expected.
Wonderful service from the moment we stepped in the door. Friendly and helpful staff. Our waiter was very helpful, friendly, and attentive in the midst of a New Years Eve crush of business. The food was as expected: very good to excellent! We had an enjoyable time.
Our experience on Christmas eve was a diaster. We dine at this location often and first time for this experience. There were so many take out orders to be filled diners were left waiting. After 2 1/2 hours waiting for the entrees we gave up and had our waiter bring everything out in boxes. We saw take out
People waiting over an hour in line. Our waiter and manager appologized but really sorry this had to happen for a special family Christmas event.
Terrible Christmas Eve. Had a 5:30 p.m reservation. Seated at 5:35 p.m. our for was served a 6:55 p.m.
Wen we prefer our entree, I asked my family if they wanted soup? They replied no. The waitress said we should order a appetizer because the kitchen was backed up about 40 minutes. Why would I order an appetizer if the kitchen was backed up? She said they were slammed with to go orders. Yes they were. The front of the restaurant must of had 40 people waiting. About 5 cars double parked outside too. Waitress was nice but no follow up from anyone. Managers were not able to help. Tons of bus boys but no food came out. Finally our dinners arrive 1 hour and 20 minutes later . Bland at best. No presentation. Looks like they ran over to Panda Express takeout and then plated them up. As you can tell I was not pleased. We then had to rush as we needed to get to an event by 8pm. Terrible planning by the management on a big night.
It was the first time eating there for my fiancé and I. We absolutely enjoyed the experience and of course the food. We look forward to eating there again next time we visit Bridgeport. Our waiter was obviously tuned to his guests and we did not feel neglected but we also enjoyed our meal alone so it was perfectly balanced. We thank the staff for our delightful time there.
Great table and great service
The menu is good but predictable. We were disappointed that dishes labeled as "spicy" did not taste spicy at all. Virtually no heat.
Pretty good food for a Chinese restaurant. Nice cozy setting. Ideal for a small group sharing dishes.
This is one of my daughter’s favorite places to eat and we were celebrating her birthday. We had a great server who was attentive. Our table was dirty though. I’ve never been a huge fan of the food. It’s a little over rated in my opinion.
As a lunch group 5 of us meet regularly at Bridgeport Village once a -month. We rotate through all the restaurants and our favorite is PF Changs!!
Fast service, big portions, had enough for another meal, moderate prices
Good food but lost my order. Waiter picked up on it but only after quite a wait.
We save up our DiscoverCard rewards to get restaurant gift cards. The ones we get the most are for PF Changs. We go there more often than any other chain. The food is cooked to order, NOT re-thermalized like in most chains these days. It does make a difference.
Great food and amazing server Karin for our large group to celebrate my sisters birthday!!
Always love PF Chang's! Our service was terrific. Told our server, Jennifer we were going to movie and she was very prompt. Great food and good locale!
