P.F. Chang's - Boston
Warm friendly service.
Sweet & sour chicken and Kung Pao Shrimp were delicious!
Will come back soon!
Everything was very good. Parking was a little much. Food and service was great
Great food
This review is based entirely on service. My girlfriend and I arrived on time for our reservation on a Friday night. The hostess sat us immediately at a booth. The restaurant did not appear to be very busy (one-third to half full). However, after 15 minutes not a single person came over to our table to even give us water or ask how we are doing. We basically got up and left as it was getting pretty ridiculous. We mentioned the issue to the hostess on the way out, but all she had to say was that our waiter was busy with a big table and she basically shrugged her shoulders. This was not a fantastic experience and we will probably never be dining at this P.F. Chang's location again
It was an excellent experience.
Food was excellent. Our server, Miles, was great. Would ask for his table the next time in.
Looking forward to our next experience. Mikes was excellent.
We arrived and they did not have our res. on the books. VThey said that often Open Table doesn't get the reservations to them! Nonetheless, they gave us a table st a busy time.
I absolutely love everything I have ever tried at PF Chang. While we've run into one that wasn't so good (ini Florida), all others have been fantastic. Cant wait to go back! Wish we had one in NH...
Our party of 4 included 2 adults and 2 kids aged 6. The restaurant was more than accommodating to meeting our children's needs, while also ensuring that both parents of the children were well taken care of. We LOVED the cauliflower tempura appetizer, as well as our family style entrees - sweet and sour chicken and beef lo mein. Amanda, our server, was outstanding! She took such good care of us, took pictures for us, and even gave us 2 family-style entrees on the house! Her server-in-training, Andrew, was also wonderful. We look forward to going back again soon!
Second time at PF Chang’s. First time wasn’t so good but this time they hit it out of the park. Food was well seasoned and tasted great! Service was also friendly and helpful in deciding what to get. Great spot for a girls night out. Looking forward to visiting again.
Good for and service. Would recommend to anyone
Good dinner, perfect portion for two. So glad we made a reservation, there was a long wait.
The food was tasty but the server took a long time getting to the table once we were seated. Our drinks took a while, then our appetizer came but we did not have any plates or utensils to eat it with. I had to hunt down our server across the room and then it still took a few more minutes before he brought them. No complaints about the food, just the service.
Worst place to go after a show in the theater district. They have absolutely no idea how to handle large crowds. Our meal took 2 hours. We had entrees only. No cocktails, no appetizers or desserts. Ridiculous!
I was taking my 5 year old daughter for a special dinner before the Nutcracker. I had made a reservation. We were both dressed up. The hostess proceed to try and squeeze us in a tiny table in the middle of two couples. There wasn’t even a chair set up one side of the table. I proceeded to ask if we could sit somewhere else, and the hostess seating us was very rude saying they had reservations. For the record, we had reservations and there were other open tables. In the end, she did accommodate us, and we did have a great server and a nice dinner.
We had a great server and she actually gave us the idea to go to a show!
Only problem was the open table reservation was not showing
We had a really good meal and very nice waitress
We could not have been more disappointed. Not once - but twice- we had to send beverage glasses back because of lipstick stains. I think they kept refilling the same dirty one. While the food was good as usual, the bartender and server could use a lesson or two in restaurant service. I won’t be rushing back to this location.
A great place to go before a show or other event. The food was fresh and delicious.
Went before a show. Food and service were excellent ( dumplings, crunch salad, minced chicken. Food is much improved. Will return
Keep going back for the known, but disappointed more and more with each visit. We've finally concluded that PF Changs is "off the list." This chain is not going to continue with what has been happening with the quality of the food. Chicken lettuce wraps used to be fabulous - now they are all filler with no chicken. Spicy tuna sushi was terrible - all rice, no fish. Shrimp tempura roll sushi was two small shrimp on the ends and the rest of the roll was crabmeat filler. It's just so blatantly obvious that they are cutting costs so it's just a matter of time before people stop going. On the good side, we were seated right away and had a great/attentive waiter.
First time at this restaurant for a pre-theater dinner. Food was good and server was very attentive. We told him we were going to the theater and he made sure everything was timely. One unusual thing was when we checked in the person at the desk said he had no record of my reservation. I told him I had made the reservation on Open Table and he replied "oh, I didn't have the Ophen Table section opened on my computer" I have made dozens of reservations on Open Table and never had this happen before.
Great service and food was totally satisfactory, came here for dinner with my parents who are a bit older and picky, and my vegetarian girlfriend, and we all found something we liked.
This place is fantastic! They didn't have what I wanted on the menu so the server offer to "create" it for me! Her service was above and beyond...
Service very good. Food much improved ( pot stickers, Mongolian beef, miso salmon ). Always good for a quick reasonably priced meal
Had a great time. I have only been to PF Changs one other time but I really enjoyed the food this time. Angela was a great server and really helped us have a memorable experience celebrating my best friends bachelorette party.
The food came out cold.
We had theatre tickets and couldn’t spend more time waiting, so we left.
Great spot to get dinner before the theater. Staff was respectful of our time concerns and produced a terrific meal in under an hour despite the fact that the restaurant was PACKED, which is always a good sign. We will be back!
I don't know when they changed their menu, but the choices are very limited. Liked it a lot better last time I went. Go back to the old menu.
Haven’t been to this franchise for at least a decade. After a little glitch at the beginning involving our reservation and seating, everything was great. The service was friendly and prompt. Couldn’t believe how wonderful the food was, as well as affordable. Will be back.
Our waiter was terrible. He didn’t check on us, didn’t ask if we wanted more drinks, made us feel like we were burdening him if we asked for anything and just generally could have cared less about us.
Good food and enjoyable company
Steady and good as always. The dishes are always spot on and the food tastes good.
My boyfriend and I went for free sushi day and got another dish and dessert to split as well. It was delicious and our server was so nice!
