Food and service are as good as always. I like they offer the option to pay the bill by scanning a code with my phone and paying directly with it. I didn’t have to pull out my card.
Great service from Parker. Seated before our reservation time. Courses spread throughout the evening, so we were not rushed. Diners spaced in a socially-distanced manner. Excellent experience!
Good server. Good food.
Fantastic food as always. Service was outstanding as well.
Haven't been to a P.F. Chang's in 15 years bc of bad service. Nice having great experience. I will be back.
From the atmosphere to the food, you cannot go wrong with P.F. Chang’s, Birmingham. The staff was very attentive, we were in and out in about an hour and a half. Never once had to ask for anything. The food was delicious, presented in great fashion and had enough to take home, as the portions were great. All around 5/5 experience.
PF Changes is one of our regular restaurants but lately the experience is hurt by the repetitive base music. I have talked to servers and managers but they say the owners like this Japanese techno beat. I find it offensive enough that I am putting them wat down on the list.
Not your traditional Easter brunch but we had a Good experience.
Good and attentive service.
Kitchen timing was good.
Food tasted great.
The music was deafening. Loud thumping music. Sounded like we were sitting at a red light with boom box. Horrible. Dining should not be tortured with loud music. I sat down and remembered why I do not like this restaurant. We come for food. Should be a nice dinner all the way around.
Good food. Service seems to be struggle to support their volume.
The music was too loud and an odd choice for this restaurant. It ruined the overall dining experience. The only thing that saved the rating was the excellent service.
Lettuce wraps are always good. Sweet and sour chicken was a bit lack-luster and didn’t have much taste. The Kung Poa chicken had a half cup of red peppers which was a bit too many
Reservation worked great as the table was ready. Service was slow but perhaps they were understaffed. Most of the menu is on QR like many other places do. Food good as always.
He mess up my order and gave me steak which I didn’t order cooked medium well not well done.
They were out of half their menu items. It was annoying, considering we had made reservations in advance. I realize it was the night of Valentine's Day, but they should have stocked up on their food supply more than usual, knowing it was a holiday and knowing that lots of couples made reservations. The only appetizer available was the chicken lettuce wrap appetizer.
Great food. Recommend lettuce wraps and Kung POW chicken.
Overall experience was amazing!! And I'm not just saying that to get posted. Service was friendly, CONSISTENT and funny. The setting is sexy, enjoyable and comfortable. Food amazing!!
It was great!
Food was bland and not memorable. Honestly food could have come from the mall Chinese stall. The manager kept circling the dining room like a buzzard telling staff to get hurry tables along so they could flip them.
P.F. Changs is one of my favorites. I love that there are always new offerings, even though I am a sucker for the classics. This visit did not disappoint.
Good food and excellent service! We were able to get the table as soon as we arrived.
We arrived. Waited a little for 2 friends to join for a double birthday celebration. Once they joined we waited for about 20 minutes for the server to return. We ordered dumplings to start. After 20 minutes we recieved the dumplings. The first tray was burned/scorched from the pan but we laughed it off and didn't say anything. The second tray came about 10 mins later. They was cold and gummy. We sent them back. The server apologized. The remake came over and we ordered food. The remake was cold... We sent them back. The manager came over and apologized. We did not want a remake. 26 minutes later the food came out. The food was cold. (Notice a trend) Even the soup was cold. I looked back into the kitchen. The staff was firing all orders all at once and putting it in the window. There was no organization. 18years of experience in service and I can tell we wasn't going to get anything better. My Birthday outing + treating 3 chefs to dinner ended up in me apologizing. We paid our tab of 250$+ total, tipped the server still and left after eating and taking some home to try and microwave it. They did give 25% off which was a gesture but we still left unhappy and went to the cheesecake factory.
I used to reccommend this place. However now I'm not sure if I'd continue reccomending them in my hotels or the chefs in their establishments.
Want to end with this note... For 250$+ we didn't want it for free... We simply wanted the service we paid for.
The food was very good and using OpenTable kept us from waiting 45 - 60 minutes @ 12:15 PM
Service was great - my mom and her bf knew Rick, who knew them from before and was very pleasant. Our waitress was very accommodating and did a great job. Food great as always
Got there 5 minutes before our reservation and did not get seated until 20 minutes later. Food order was shorted. Drinks were good. There is too much competition in B’ham to be seated late and the food and service just to be good. Will be a while before or if we go back.
It was my husband birthday it wasn’t acknowledged but it was nice thank you
Excellent food and service
Great experience! Food was good and served in a timely manner.
My wife’s entree didn’t come out and we asked it to be boxed to go and the manager did not offer any accommodations of apology. When we got home the entree wasn’t good. All other food items were good and warm.
The music was nothing but a thumping bass similar to a car that pulls up beside you at a red light. It was annoying. One of our entrees was not what we ordered. The waitress corrected the bill to reflect what we were served.
Despite having a reservation, we still waited 30 minutes. Wait staff was a little aloof. Food was decent.
