It took more than 10 minutes after we were seated for anyone to come by to give us menus and that’s only because I flagged down a server from a different area. This was not the quality or experience that I’ve had previously at PF Chang’s. Maybe it was just an off night there. We will try them one more time though.

It is obvious that it is understaffed. Dirty tables everywhere. Definitely needs updating and cleaned.

I’m highly allergic to mushrooms and I ordered food that didn’t have mushrooms in it but it seems that it made it on my plate I had to send my food back. I’ve never had a problem in the past but this time I was disappointed with how things went

We have been to many PF Chang locations but the food here was not like our other experiences. The chicken had a mushy coating and was greasy. The service was fine; no problems with that. The bathroom was not clean and had a greasy slippery coating.

PF Chang's is always a nice experience. The food and service are usually top notch. I only have one minor complaint. I'm a bourbon drinker and the prices do not match the quality. Standard Maker's mark on the Rock's for 13.50? Maybe it was a heavier pour on the rocks. Otherwise all was great.

Good quality just not good . Shrimp beyond salty , broccoli cold and fried rice beyond bland but the service was great but food did not hit the mark .
