   My sister and I had a great lunch at P.F.Chang. The service was great, our waiter was Darnell and he was pleasant, polite, and efficient and the food was delicious!

   Had a real nice lunch. We saw a large group coming in after we were seated that included youngsters. We were braced for a lot of noise but fortunately the little ones were very well behaved. Love the food, the service was excellent as well.

   I like PF Changs and the food was good as expected. I was a little disappointed by the service for one main reason. Upon being seated at our table, we were immediately asked to leave a five star review in exchange for a free dessert. Not exactly how I wanted to begin our experience and it does not give me confidence in the restaurant.

    The wait was too long. The host didn’t do a good job with seating us. We had a reservation but didn’t feel like we had one. Got seated the first time in a table in front of the door which wasn’t convenient because every time somebody opens the door we feel cold. Once we changed tables everything went well. The waiter was nice and the food was good.

    Something was off last night. We have been to this restaurant many times before and travel from Youngstown just to go there. The food just didn’t taste the same and didn’t have much flavor. The service and waiter, however, was exceptional

    The food was okay but the server we had was horrible. He couldn’t even remember that everyone ask for waters, he never came to check on us and at the end when I went to use my rewards card from Open table he got upset and argued that he needed my phone number and it was for PF Chang’s reward program. He wouldn’t let me explain it was from open table. In the end I wasn’t able to use my $25 dining reward. I would not recommend this restaurant

    I haven’t been out to dinner much in the last couple of years. So thought we would treat ourselves to PFChangs. We could not have been more disappointed in our meal and the evening. I said twice to our server that we were not in any hurry. Clearly that meant nothing as we were three bites into our appetizer when our meals arrived. Server offered to take them back and remake them when I expressed displeasure. I don’t trust that process, so we were forced to rush through our appetizer and dig into our meal before food got cold. So much for a relaxing couples dinner. I had steak entree. It was very rare which would be okay if there was a knife offered because it was very tough and not bite sized pieces Not easily eaten with chopsticks. White rice was fine. My husband ordered sweet and sour chicken. Nicely cooked-not overly cooked but nothing at all special about the sweet and sour flavor. With your meal , you are offered brown or white rice. For an up charge of 4.50$ (WOW!) you may have fried rice. That’s what he wanted, so that’s what he ordered. It was nothing more than the brown rice with a few pieces of maybe egg and a veggie added. Not fried, no flavor. The saving dish was the calamari app. Perfectly cooked, lightly breaded, perfect spices and a really nice horseradish dipping sauce. However, as stated earlier, the delight was ruined by plates of entrees brought to the table just as we started to enjoy the calamari. 100$ later (including one cocktail and tip)- most of the meals were left on the table. We left so disappointed and hungry. We will not return. So many other options to choose from.

    Reserved a booth to sit for 6 . I didn't get 1 , i was squeezed in a small table , when booths were available . Asked for a birthday cake in the reservation none was brought out .

    We arrived on time for our reservations. Took us 20 minutes to be greeted by our server, and it wasn’t even a full house, but understand may be short staff, so we were patient. Good quality was average for the pieces of the meal, portions were small and just average. Was a little disappointing after spending over $60 for 2 adults, it used to be so much better. Next time I’ll just try the frozen section in the grocery store.

    Servers could not seem to understand a birthday candle I am dessert. First they brought just the candle to the table, then just the dessert, and then finally the dessert wth the candle. Element of suprise was all gone by then.

    What started out slightly frustrating was turned into a great evening due to Mitch the bartender/ server and manager Leo i think, it’s been a week or so but both made my experience great. Food was really good and everything ended well because of these 2.

    Food was delicious, portions were smaller than I remember but the service was awful. There were maybe 4 other tables in our section and once our food came we never saw our waiter again. I had to ask for him to come over cause both our drinks were empty. He was just sitting on his phone talking to the other waiters.

    Unfriendly hostess, then a long wait for waitress to arrive. We first sat at a booth where the pendant lights were glaring in our eyes, then to another table where A/C was directly over us... One of the orders was incorrect. No knives or salt shaker on the table. The 3 sauces that used to come with the lettuce wraps were replaced by just 1 and a head of lettuce on plate, not separate leaves... Quality has declined since we were here a year ago.

    We love the Beachwood P.F. Chang’s! The food and service is fantastic! I tried something different on the menu. I didn’t care for it. The server, Dave, took it back and served me a meal that I was more familiar with. I made sure the manager knew there was nothing wrong with the meal. I just didn’t like it. I wasn’t charged for the meal. The manager was awesome as well as my server. Love this place!

    We had read some negative reviews but I had a gift card so we decided to take the risk and have dinner here on a Saturday night. We were glad we did. Service was prompt, at least at the start, and our waiter was friendly. We had the lettuce wraps w/chicken which were amazing. I had the Mongolian beef which was also delish. Hubby asked if their orange chicken could be made as orange beef and they agreed to do it, although, when it was served, it wasn't fried crispy-just kind of soggy. However, it did taste good. One minor negative was that it took quite a long time after we finished our meal to get to-go boxes and our check. We didn't mind because we were relaxed and having a nice conversation, but it could be an issue for another party.

    Food was excellent - best wonton soup I’ve had in ages. I also had delicious ginger chicken with broccoli. Our server was attentive and relaxed, didn’t rush us. Very nice dinner!
