PF Chang’s continues to impress. It’s Asian comfort food of the highest quality. We rarely go to national chains, but this place is definitely an exception. Service has been excellent as well.

PF Changs was once a great place for unique Chinese. Something has Changed. The egg rolls and dumplings seemed to have been pre prepared and frozen. The prawns were ok but they are foreign. The ribs just weren’t good. Just not the same.

We were pleasantly surprised by the meal we had at P.F. Chang’s in Baton Rouge. We went at an odd hour - 3PM, and were just in the mood for decent Asian food. As expected, there were only a few others dining at that time. Nonetheless, the drinks, service and food were excellent. Ben was our waiter. He was personable, helpful and quite accommodating. We had terrific service. We both had tasty cocktails, especially the Asian Old Fashioned. The wine selection was better than expected as well. We had crab wontons, shrimp dumplings and brussel sprouts as appetizers. They were all delicious. She had fried shrimp and fried rice, and was quite pleased. My shrimp pad thai was excellent. We were too full for dessert. Overall, our middling expectations were blown away! We will definitely be back.

Always enjoy my meal and service at PF Chang's. However, I wouldn't use OpenTable to book a reservation as THEY DO NO CHECK RESERVATIONS MADE THROUGH OPENTABLE. And when I asked the hostess about it, she got peeved, made no rebuttal to me and just looked over at (I assume) the manager. He jumped right in and asked what the issue was. I said there was no issue, just wanted to know if there was any point making a reservation through OpenTable since they don't check it? He only responded with, we will seat you shortly.

Our first time dining at this restaurant and we were very impressed with the food and service. Even though the restaurant was extremely busy the staff did have a table ready for us at our reserved time. Our server was extremely helpful in explaining their menu and offered suggestions. The food was delicious, and as we were celebrating a birthday we received a dessert that was very much appreciated and decadent. We will definitely dine again.

Wr arrived at the time of the reservation. There were 3 tables occupied, the resturant was empty. I went to the ladies room. As I came out an employee preceded me and I noticed she did not wash her hands. As I approached the front desk to meet my husband (who btw was still waiting on a table) the employee was the reception hostesses and grab a towel and spray to go wipe down tables. This is the same employee I followed out of the restroom. I told my husband and we left the resturant.

While the food was pretty decent, the service was less than stellar. We had a reservation and were seated at a table in the bar area. The bartender may be great at tending bar, but he wasn’t great at serving tables. The noodles were great until I crunched down on something hard, which appeared to be a piece of burnt food that made it onto my plate. Not horrible, but they can definitely do better.

The only issue encountered was the fact that this restaurant does not recognize Open Table as a valid way to make a reservation. Otherwise food very good and service was good. Due to the apparent lack of reservation, we were seated in the bar by s service door, which was cold and noisy. Don't use open table for reservations at this restaurant - you won't actually have one.

We went for lunch and the meals were filling enough without being too much. We had the ginger chicken and mongolian beef bowls with the pork egg rolls as appetizers. All of the food was delicious. Rachel was our server and she was so friendly and attentive. She also had some great recommendations too.

Rice tasted like the grill. It was horrible. The server was amazing though! I didn’t complain because this is the first time this has ever happened, but I was disappointed.

We were happy to introduce our family to PFChangs in Baton Rouge. The food is excellent and comes quickly to the table. We had THE best server, Chaney and thank her for her wonderful smile And for cheerfully turning down the music which was pretty loud that night. The pot stickers snd sushi tolls were particularly excellent. We look forward to joining you again for dinner next time we are in town!!

The kitchen was overwhelmed with orders. Friday night is not the best night to go. Our drinks didn't come out till dinner was served. We had a great waiter however. He did everything in his power to be attentive.

Hostess was very rude . She said i didn’t have reservations. When i showed her my confirmation she was like oh you used OpenTable . She sat people with the same time reservation before us even though we were there 25 minutes before.

Was my husbands birthday. Had it in the notes on my reservations but server didn’t even recognize it. Brought check then asked if wanted dessert. Had to always wait for food items we needed. For our lettuce wraps we needed more lettuce and sauce. Good was cold by the time she finally brought the items, in 2 different trips. Soup was brought out before we could even finish our apps.

As always the Baton Rouge PF Changs never disappoints. Our service was perfect and the food was on point. The restaurant is renovating but it was not an eye sore at all. It’s very beautiful and they are going with a black and gold theme that is very royal in style we ordered numerous dishes and shared. Truly a great meal. We are not chain lovers but PF Changs in BR is amazing
