P.F. Chang's - Augusta
They were not ready for our reservation. Waited 15-20 minutes past our reservation time. Tons of tables open but people being told the wait was over 45 minutes. I guess they didn’t have the staff to operate at full capacity.
The prices have gone up and value has gone down. But our server tonight was great. I wish I knew his name because I would mention it to honor him.
The restaurant was extremely dirty service was very slow it was no manager present in the dining room or anybody else wants people got up tables remain dirty it was one of the worst experience I’ve ever had in my life .I would not I have even say anything but I’ve never experienced anything like this we out three times a week at least as a family I’ll be honest we will not return the PF Chang’s in Augusta Georgia for a very long time. I’m telling you worst experience I’ve ever had.
Excellent service and customer service. Enjoyed our family dinner after church.
We arrived on time y’all and ordered at 6:35 and food didn’t come out till 7:30. They said they had too many walk ins what’s the point of making reservations if they are not a priority

Meh. Despite reservation, we had to wait for a table and, although the restaurant didn’t seem very busy, service was slow. Possibly short-staffed. Cleanliness definitely could be much better. Our server was very pleasant,but seemed to be handling multiple (too many?) tables. Three of our group of four liked their meals. Hostess was very cordial.

Good food and good service
Really didn’t have a chance to have an experience. When we arrived for our reservation they informed us that they were over booked and could not honor our reservation. We were visiting from out of town and looking forward to a good meal. Very disappointed in the way it was handled and wouldn’t recommend this establishment.
Arrived at P. F. Chang's Augusta and they did not honor our Open Table reservation. We were informed that they did not have a reservation for us. We were told we have to wait an hour to be seated.
Our last several visits to P. F. Chang's have been disappointing. The food and service is not at the level it was years ago. Not honoring our OpenTable reservation was unacceptable. We will no longer consider dining at the P.F. Chang's Augusta location.
Service was great and the food was delicious.
This was the last time we tried PF Chang’s. The first visit we waited 30 (with reservations) to be seated. Once seated it took an hour to bring out food and it was lukewarm and flavorless. The manager was apologetic but the damage was done.
This time we waited 45 minutes (again with reservations) to be seated only to be told they were unsure how much longer we would have to wait on table. They were not apologetic or sympathetic at all. We left and found somewhere else to dine.
I have never done this... but If I can save someone else the trouble and headache that we just had, then this will be worth it.
First of all, we had a reservation that they “couldn’t find”, so we weren’t even seated until after 8:00. The hostess specifically told us that they “don’t get their open table reservations”. We had three small children with us, and 2 of them were asleep in the booth before we even got our food (close to 9:00).
We were at the restaurant for over two hours and I didn’t get a single drink refill the entire time. We didn’t get plates or utensils until after our food arrived and we had to ask for them multiple times. The entrees (that come with rice) were delivered without rice. And we asked about that multiple times. After we’d had our food for at least 20-30 minutes, we finally told them to cancel the rice.
Through all of this, we spent over 2 hours in the restaurant and spent over $200 on the worst service of my life. No compensation was offered, but a quick apology was given from the waiter when he said “sorry, the kitchen is crazy tonight.” Unfortunately, it was clearly not just the kitchen. The waiter was the most responsive when he delivered our checks and waited to see what his tip would be. We did, of course, tip, but the best tip I can give is DON’T go to the PF Chang’s in Augusta. I think having customers is too overwhelming for them
Our waitress took the time to check for shellfish allergies and printed a menu for us. She was delightful and the food was delicious.
when we arrived they did not have our OpenTable reservation in their system. I showed her the email that we got from OpenTable but it did not matter. We had to wait until she had a table open and we were not happy with their decision to make us wait. I had the confirmation number and email, but she did not seem to care.
The menu items that have always been wonderful now I’ll have hot peppers the chicken wrap has hot spices and the crab Ragu now has hot spices for people with acid reflux is not a good thing the server was excellent she took great care of us but very disappointed in the fact that a lot of things on the menu now have increased pepper
The food was good and everything thr only thing that was a concern for us was the food fot cold quick but qe addressed it to our waitress she took care of it right away all and all it was good
I must admit we have had better at PF Changs. The service ok. We started with the Chicken wraps. They have changed the lettuce to romaine lettuce and not the iceberg lettuce. Not too bad. The egg noodles were so stale they were hard. Maybe because of covid they have not had the usual orders and they grew stale. But these were so hard they did not soak up any sauce. Our main course came while we were eating the appetizer so our main meal was cold by the time we actually ate it. Timing is everything and they could have waited a few more minutes. We had the Beef brocolli which was good and the delicious honey and battered chicken. I cannot remember the chicken dishes name, but that was WONDERFUL.
We will be back, just kind of disappointed with some of the things.
We took mom out for her birthday. We typically have no complaints but today was a bit off. The sushi was fresh and delicious. The main entrees were not as flavorful. We ordered 2 apps n 2 entrees for the table. The lo mein was cold and the rice didn’t have any flavor. The service was ok but not what I’m use to. I’m not sure what was going on today. I asked for drinks and never got them. I asked for soy sauce and never got it. We drove an hour bc my mom loves this place. I hate she was a little disappointed.
This dining experience proved to be very special for a birthday celebration during the pandemic. The service, food and reservation service(s) were all incredible.
Please make people wear madks until food arrives!!!!!
Worst PF Chang’s I’ve ever been to. Very limited menu. Food was terrible and service was slow.
Opentable confirmed the reservation with email but it didn't help. When we arrived, hostess said she didnt see any reservation but would put us down. I showed the email from Opentable and the only response I got was "it doesn't always talk to our system but we got you down now" and the wait was 30 minutes. I made the reservation for 6:45 around 6:15 and arrived at 6:35, we were seated maybe by 7:30. So much for a reservation. I don't blame Opentable but don't think this restaurant should be listed if it won't "talk to [their] system".

We showed up 10 mins after our reservation and still ended up waiting 30 mins until we had to ask to be seated again. The hostess was not the nicest.
The food is good. It’s really tough to find edible, quality Chinese in this town, so this is the only real choice at this point. Service was good, but the kitchen was awfully slow tonight. Took forever to get our food.

We sat for a while at our table before anyone came and got the drink order and they took her order it took a while to get our drinks looks like our server was running the dining room and over by the bar they may have been shorthanded. They ran out of soup and then told me that they are making more and will try to have it before my mail I did come out but right before my food did they didn’t take it off my bill but I really didn’t get to enjoy it before my food came. It took a while to even get our check in boxes which we never ended up getting. We were given some gift cards for Christmas we use two of those and then paid with her card the server only ran one gift card I really hope it was just an off night no one even came by to apologize not a member of management one time. It’s definitely going to be a long time before we decide to go back there.

The last visit left me a little skeptical about trying again but I am happy I did. The good was delicious and customer service excellent!
consistently good... not a lot of quality Chinese options in Augusta... so we will be back.
First time to visit a P. F. Chang's and it was a great meal. Our server, Joe was awesome! One in our party has Celiac disease and cant eat any gluten. Joe gave him a gluten free menu and alerted the kitchen to be prepared to fix a GF meal. He was knowledgeable about the menu and gave good recommendations. All the food was delicious and we would definitely return

It was Mother’s Day, so granted, things are more hectic than usual. The food came out after an hour. The waitress had little personality and kept forgetting who has ordered which dish and drink. It was loud, but that is typical. I mean it’s P.F. Chang’s, not some local chef. However, I have been prior to this time, and I can say it is better when not on a busy holiday.
We made the reservation at PF Chang to celebrate Mother’s Day. We arrived a few minutes early and were seated in less than five minutes. The restaurant was jammed but our server was great. It took a little longer than usual but that’s not unusual with the crowd they had.
