Service was wonderful only complaint food was really really sweet and fried too hard and a very small amount of meat for 18$

Reservation was made and confirmed for a party of 8 at 11:45am. Party arrived at 11:40am to a packed lobby and one person working that helped one person for over 8 minutes. When she finally acknowledged me, I was told they show no reservation and it would be a 45min - 1hr wait. She tried to move to another person but I showed her my confirmation- then she said “oh yea” I see it now. We waited another 40mins as other guests were being seated. The manager finally came up front and I asked her how much longer - she looked and said we have no reservation and it will be 30-45 mins. Needless to say I was not happy, then the original woman walked up and as I pointed to her - she said “yea their reservation was accidentally deleted” but I’m going to get a table now. So we are an hour in on waiting - we get to our table and it’s 2 small square tables with 8 chairs - the folks next to us had 3 tables for 6 people. We had no room for our waters, must less food. When the waiter came I pointed out a table that had no chairs at it and asked if he could add it for us. He did and he did a great job with our meal and service. The front desk folks and the manager failed miserably but the waiter did a great job. We will not be returning.

This app doesn’t allow for single category ratings, so I had to place a rating for each area. Bottom line, I have yet to come to this establishment and have positive feelings. This time, I made a reservation, waited 45 min beyond MY time, then left for another place. The service, cleanliness and noise are enough to keep me away. The food is okay if you can stand all of the other failures.

Can be expensive but they have quite a few good value dishes, very tasty and it’s more of an Asian fusion restaurant rather than Chinese specific, would recommend trying at least once, I’ll be returning again.

You are so under staffed , it’s was terrible. While the server we had was fine, he was so over worked, it took us 2 1/2 hrs to eat lunch due to the slowness of the service. Hire more people, that’s all I can say. Bathrooms were dirty as well.

Overall experience was great although they could find my reservation. I was told the was a constant issue with OpenTable.
