P.F. Chang's - Augusta
Hostess did not recognize Open Table reservation.
Broader line rude.
Server gave everything table her resume and confused us with a couple she had previously served and had trouble with.
Entrees did not come out together. Presentation and taste not up to usual standard.
Some of the servers could use a little training. I'm sure corp had steps of service that are supposed to be followed and as of the past few months, I don't see that anywhere but the bar. The servers are friendly but could use a little polishing.
We always have a great time there.
I was a little disappointed this time. This was my second visit and the first was so wonderful. Everything was different. The food was not as good but tolerable and the service was ok. It was nothing to rave about.
Too much to type
I made a reservation almost a week in advance. I received several emails regarding the reservation from open table. When we arrived at the resturant, they said they did not have a reservation for us. I showed fhem the open table email reservation and they said there must have been an error and said they would seat us as soon as possible. Almost and hour and a half of patiently waiting, they never called us. We kept asking and they continued to tell us they were working on seating us. We eventually had our valentines day dinner at the bar.
We were a bit disappointed to wait for 15 minutes to be seated. Of course, it was valentine’s day, but several folks were seated before us. The drinks were a sub par. The Manhattan was not made according to instruction.
Great Service, excellent food. The lighting was poor, could barely read the menu, but romantic for V-day.
It’s the only quality Chinese food you could get in town. It is overpriced, but the food is good.
Unfortunately the food wasn’t as good as it normally is and they appeared severely understaffed
Arrived 20 minutes before my reservation and was not sat till 40 minutes later!! Host stand very disorganized... Many people walking in and host were telling them it would be a 45 minute wait, many people walked out. When we did get seated we we're surprised that the dining room was half full?? During our meal there was 18-20 tables the whole time with the lobby full of people waiting for a table?? Carrie our server fid a great job taking care of us and the food was good. There was a problem with the bill, but Carrie got that fixed... The whole time we sat at our table there was a service tray on a tray stand with dirty plates right in front of us... The whole time we were there??? The joke at our table was I was going to pick it up and take it to the kitchen!! Love PFC... Will not go back to this one...
Better service than prior visits
We had a large group, 11, plus a baby. Our server, Carrie, was very friendly and was very good with our children. Our food was very good, and we enjoyed our experience.
Arrived a littler early for reservation was disappointed that the hostess sat walk ins before us even though we were early. The two hostesses almost made me leave. Thankfully our server was amazing. Food was great. Just a suggestion if someone arrives early for a reservation try seating them before a walk in and have your hostess be a little more courteous.
The restaurant wad very relaxing and the service was good. The food was delicious and portions big enough to share.
Walking in I was nervous. The manager came up to the hostess stand and didn’t even acknowledge us or make eye contact. However once we were finally seated, Will and his trainee, were absolutely phenomenal. He more than made up for our lack luster welcome. Food was delicious, drinks were awesome. Best part of the night was Will’s personality and attentiveness.
This is our Favorite Dining spot. We always have a great time here. The food is Great. We love the deals and trying new dishes. Not to mention the servers we always try to remember names to get the same person. Well we never get that person but everyone gives the same Great Service.
The food has gotten worse since the last time I ate their, the egg rolls, dumplings, and lettuce wrap stuffing was un-chewable, like twigs or something. Also, I used to love their fried rice, but it was so greasy, I had to blot it off..... so don't recommend the place.
Service was mediocre. Dishes we dirty prior to arrival. Food was not as tasty as it used to be.
The Best Place in Augusta, GA! P.F.Changs. has been my favorite spot sinc 2011!
our waitress was not polite, never smiled and mad us feel very uncomfortable.
