Ordered the eggplant entree which was over done causing the texture of the eggplant to be mushy. The drinks were really good as well as the decor of the restaurant was very nice.
The food took a long time to come out and the restaurant was not busy. When we entered the restaurant there was one other party and by the time we left there were 4 tables occupied. It wasn’t busy.
In my opinion an overall retraining of the service staff would be beneficial. Attention to detail as the server only put in two of the three appetizers.
We had an amazing night with very good food and drinks and the perfect ambience! Hopi gezellig.
P.F Chang's never disappoints. Good for celebrations. Food is amazing! I recommend trying the Dynamite Shrimp & dumplings as appetizers. Super yummy flavor. Usually I always order the sesame chicken but this time I wanted to try the shrimp with lobster sauce, and oooeh I'm obsessed!
Large plate of food - ordered appetizer first - waiter took a little long to get entrée order but supervisor expedited.
We had a most wonderful waitress/good service and the food was delicious
Everything was great, from the host to the waiter & the food came out hot & fresh! Amazing service!
Would defenitly go back!
Never disappoints. Delicious food and good service.
Truly an unexpected pleasure. First time eating at P.F.Chang’s and plan to visit the restaurant in the U.S.
Your service has become worse since my last visit and since the opening. Hand sanitizer dispenser was empty on arrival, i mentioned this to the hostess she acknowledged and said I I'll ask security to fill it. Our server was freindly but would adress the table in Papiamento, while we had international travelers in our party, she was spoken to in English but continued to reply in Papiamento. She did not offer any suggestions, or introduction on highlights of the menu. She took the order or 3 of the persons at the table and forgot to take the order of 4th person and walked awaybto punch to order. When asked about what kind of rice was served with a dish she said white rice or brown rice or upgrade to friend rice, when asked about what lind of brown rice she said it is a diet rice....what is a diet rice, I never ever heard of this, I would suggest that a menu product knowledge training would be a good thing. When the food was served the plates were auctioned and still placed in front of the wrong person, mind you this was the same person which took our order. One of the plates was placed in front of the wrong guest and when we wanted to correct this and picked up the plate I burned my hand, the plate was hot, at no time the server mentioned to be cautious because the plate was heated up. Overall the experience was bad, your food quality also has dropped and the flavors have become similar across the board, you should order the Chang's spicy chicken, there is absolutely no spice in this dish at all, there is more sugar that anything. We never saw the server agaim after the dishes were served, another gentleman took over and did a much beyter job with drinks, coffee servcie and closing the check.
The hostess was not pleasant and did not want to accommodate a change from outdoor to indoor dining. The waiter was pleasant but extremely inexperienced and struggled taking our order. The food was mediocre. It was not the PF Chang’s we are accustomed to.
As usual a great dining experience, friendly staff, our waitress was awesome & very friendly.
Only this time the Lo Mein was very salty & had too much of the wok-oil which made it also very greasy.
Overall ambiance was good.
Delicious food. Glad we did the touristy thing and ate there. It’s a definite must do!
Gorgeous restaurant, beautifully and tastefully designed space. The food was good but my favorite was the dumplings. I could eat those all day every day.
Loved the food! The chicken wrap is definitely a must! Enjoyed the shrimp tempera rolls. Wasn’t to excited about the orange chicken. Everything else was lovely !
Was very pleasantly surprised on how good the food was. Thought we could only get decent Chinese food was in the states. Would recommend this play to my family and friends
Great place. Food was just on time and delicious! Very comfortable ambient.
Best Chinese I’ve had on the island and I’ve been coming to Aruba for 27 years
Was overall good just a little more attention to the table at times but saw the waiter got insanely busy so understandable
Jensen was a fantastic and polite as always, it was a great experience
For the price that was paid, the expectations of the food quality and service was high. However, when we sat down, our server did not attend us, thus we were served by another waitress. Additionally, there seemed to be a miscommunication between which server must serve which table, as there were three different servers at one point. As for the food, it was expensive but the quality did not match the cost, as most of what was ordered lacked flavor and "pizazz", i.e. it was pretty basic. Other than that, the portion size was agreeable.
Service was great and prompt. Drinks were delicious. I really recommend this place in Aruba for a less busy option than going to the restaurants around the hotels.
It was excellent, the food was very good, good service, the food was fast. The restaurant is very Nice. I recommand P.F.Changs all to some friends
Everything was great, the food was phenomenal. We asked for a high chair on the reservation and it was not there when we sat at the table, no big deal as we asked and they brought one.
Excellent food and service.
It’s was amazing good quality good at a good price , amazing cocktails had a margarita on the rocks and it was Superb would recommend to everyone
From the service to the food to the ambiance. Everything was just awesome we had so much fun!!
Recela is a great hostess and the waitress had a whole lot of patience with us lol!
The banana Dessert and the coconut drinks were also perfect!!
Very nice experience and the food was very great. Waiting staff was good at resolving some issue with our order and compensated us with dessert on the house. Over all very great experience, would definitely recommend the Peking duck!
First visit to PF Chang’s in Aruba, food was delicious, service was lacking.
Good service and food a bit slow but averall good expirience
Our server Jensen was amazing. It was an anniversary dinner and the food and drinks superb. If you like Chinese food go!
Great tasting food with good fast service and priced accordingly
The food is always so good. The signature cocktails are one of the bests on the island. Our waitress was very attentive. Love dining here
very nice place & amazing food !!!
We were celebrating my birthday at PF Chang's in Aruba and they made my day. Thanks for the free dessert and the card that was signed by all the staff. Appreciate it!
First timers and we had a blast def. coming back, love the decore, love the service and def. love the food!!!
Food was almost up to the standard of other PF Chang locations in the US. The Lettuce Cups, Crispy Honey Chicken, Beef & Broccoli and the Tempura Green Beans were highlights. The house beverages (Strawberry Cucumber Limeade and Ginger Beer) were also outstanding.
However, service was very inconsistent - our main server did not know the menu, brought drinks well after food started arriving, never came to check on us. The Mandarin salad we ordered for an appetizer came last (after the mains) and was terrible - overdressed and unbalanced - and even though we complained about this the server never offered to bring us an alternative, she simply bussed the dish and we got charged for the salad.
The other staff were helpful and friendly so it seems like we were unlucky.
Would return again but hoping the staff are better trained and the service level is more consistent with what we have come to expect from other PF Chang’s locations (helpful, friendly, knowledgeable)!
Waitress Johnine Tromp was kind and attentive. Sushi and Ramen was not that good compared to previous visits.
Friendly servers from the hottess jillien vwry helpfull to the waiter bryan and the manager mannix
We had a fabulous dinner , our food was delicious and brought out by our very pleasant server Brenda Medina on a timely manner, the Bar tender made drinks with pride and used all the proper ingredients something that many restaurants don’t do .
I always pay attention to places I go to eat at this restaurant
Gets 5 stars as every one worked as a team .
The Peking Duck was by far the best I’ve ever had anywhere the presentation ,the crispy skin ,the fat was non existent it was heaven .
This is what you expect from a fine restaurant your team
Is representing you extremely well.
Thank you for a wonderful dinner
