P.F. Chang's - Arlington
They have changed. The family size is smaller but the price remains the same. You have to ask for the special sauce for your rice and the waiter wasn’t happy we asked for it. Waiter actually acted like he didn’t want to be at work.
Cauliflower was still great but over all I was disappointed.
Excellent service and great food! The atmosphere was relaxed, and the egg drop soup was impressive.
Great! Good food and always great service :)
Food was good and the service was good. My wife has to eat gluten-free. The gluten-free menu seems to have fewer items and the chocolate gf dessert that she was looking forward to was no longer on the menu. There were no gf desserts. Thus we will probably have to look else for oriental dining in the future.
Great experience with friends and family on a holiday week.
Good experience would definitely return and bring family’s and friends.
Great waitress! Food was incorrect - my daughter requested tofu and it was not added to her order.
Awesome! The Mongolian beef was the best I’ve had in a long time!
PF CHANGS is very high priced. Be ware....rice comes with entrees...either brown or white BUT if you order fried, it's an extra $5.50. It would have been nice for our server to mention that before we had five people order fried rice! We spent over $25 extra for fried rice and we had excess of it everywhere!
Also, made reservations through open table. Called that to verify and they didn't have it and we had NINE people!! They said they weren't taking reservations for more than eight in a party...so what good is open table reservations???
Server was okay but forgot hubby's drink TWICE...finally gave up and we only ordered for drinks total....
Overall, pricey. Watch the extra charges. Make sure they have the reservation before you go. Service was better than average. Atmosphere was good, not too noisy except for the couple of plates dropped near us....
Every time we come to this restaurant the appetizers come right before the main course. This time one of the appetizers didn’t even come until after the main course entrees had showed up. Don’t offer appetizers if they can’t come out much earlier than the main meals.
Gabriel was one of the best servers we have had anywhere in months. He was informative, personable and fun.
Had to wait about 15 minutes even through I had a reservation. Service was great and staff friendly.
Food was very good but they were out of the draft beer that was ordered and they were out of the sauce that comes with the egg rolls. They did not have a salt shaker so they brought it out in a small bowl! Kind of humorous.
Always good food and good customer service when we go.
I use a wheelchair and found that the seating was to cramped to enable for me to get to my table without bothering other patrons. I find it sad that your drive for profits are more important than the ability for everyone to enjoy your food. I also was over charged for my dinner. It was an overall bad experience.
I enjoyed my date at P.F. Chang and the food. The food was delicious and the bartender was very attentive.
Everything was great! Loved the manager who came and greeted us at the table. And loved his American flag pen! Made my birthday night with my girls perfect!
Had been 15 years since I went to a PF Chang and was very surprised how wonderful this restaurant was.
The atmosphere was great, the ambiance was superb, and the food was excellent.
The dynamite shrimp appetizer was to die for.
Just a surprisingly enjoyable evening.
Went here with a friend, place is great for good sushi and good ambiance.
Team meal went very well. Food was all solid service on point. Everything you would expect at a P.F Chang’s.
Fun place to meet family for birthdays or any occasion!
may have been trainee day but service was very slow for food as well as the bar. Repeated mistakes on orders.
We had a nice time at P.F. Chang’s celebrating a close friends birthday! Amaury was a great server and recommended many different and good options for each one of us. We will definitely be coming back soon.
