   This PF Changs is a very nice restaurant. I had a late lunch mid week. I ordered from the lunch menu and the food was very good both the hot and sour soup and the main course. The wait staff was outstanding, my drinks weren't even empty when they were being refreshed. It was a very pleasant and delicious experience.

   Hi, we came in for the Cherry Blossom reward. We had to ask for the Chef's Feast menu, all our food came at one time, and they never offered us the special red envelope for a "surprise" for our next visit. After we paid, I couldn't find anyone to ask so we just left. Kind of a disappointing end to what was actually a good dinner - the food was good, our server was nice and friendly but honestly, we've had better experiences at this location and at others.

   Worst ever, at this point the door might as well be closed. Complete experience was terrible ( food, service, price)and obviously the word must be out, there was not one patron in the restaurant. Sad to see this location reach this point.

   This happens to be one of our favorite restaurants. We came here about a year ago, and we wanted to experience it again because my fiancé absolutely loved it. But when we came back, our food came out in such a rush, we didn’t understand. And when we tasted it, it seemed like it answered our questions. The first time that we came, the food was so delicious. It took about 20 minutes to come and we enjoyed every bite. This time the food was not so great. The beef taste like it was simmer and gravy and the chicken tasted like it was frozen and defrosted. We were a little bit shocked, but the rice and the rib tips were delicious. we understand that food cannot always be good, but we would like it to be consistent. As I said, this is our favorite restaurant so we will try it once more.

   We dined with friends on a Saturday night. The restaurant was less crowded than we expected, but the food was amazing! Portions were large, and the quality was excellent. We will be back.!

   When thinking of a place we hadn't been to in a while to have "date night", I thought about the yummy Chilean Sea bass l've had many times at PF Changs. We made a reservation, which it turns out we didn't need to as the place was dead when we arrived with less than 20% of the place occupied. When I didn't see the Chilean sea bass on the menu, l asked the waiter and he said the menu had changed. My husband ordered an appetizer and after 20 minutes, my husband said "as un-busy as this place is...why do you think it's taking so long to get our edamame?" 5 minutes later, our dinner showed up and I said to make sure they don't charge us for the edamame. The waiter said we had not ordered an appetizer...! The miso glazed salmon was "ok" nothing special or noteworthy and my husband's shrimp were not "great, just ok" according to my husband. We don't EVER plan to eat a meal at PF Chang's again. I guess they are going the way of Red Lobster, not that l've eaten there in 15+ years. Sad that some of the nicer chain restaurants are going down hill. I guess we are in a new era.
