   Apparently this P.F. Chang’s system isn’t linked to open table. We made a reservation and we’re still told that we’d have to wait an hour because their system doesn’t show reservations from Open Table. Beware if you’re trying to make a reservation through here!    They said they are no longer on open table. She said she gets this 10-20 times per day, but have not been on open table for over a month. But yet I showed her my open table reservation. She said she would get us sat in 20 minutes so we waited. 40 minutes later we were sat. After checking back with her and asking why it’s taking so long. Numerous empty tables, just not bussed. After we were sat, food and service was what we expected. No issues. We were their 2 hrs. Never saw a manager 1 time. Hostess was telling everyone who came in 1:45-2hr wait. Most turned around and left. When we left there was 17 un-bussed tables. She was still telling people 2 hr wait time. No idea why.

   This PF Changs does not use open table to do reservations so my reservation time was useless. I still had to wait 35 mins to be seated.

   PF Chang staff indicated to us when we arrived for our reservation that they no longer are associated with Open Table. They more or less accommodated us anyway, maybe waiting an extra 10 minutes. If they do it participate with Open Table they should be removed as a reservation option in your system.

    Well our evening started off a bit rocky. We had made reservations and were quickly seated however our table had been set with napkins and plates but had not been cleaned at all. The remnants from the previous diners were left for us... so after asking the server to wipe the table down we were able to enjoy a very tasty and delicious meal. Our server was very nice, very attentive and was just a pleasure in general.

    This was my first time meeting business partners for dinner since the Pandemic. I was very comfortable in the atmosphere at P.F. Chang. The spicy chang chicken was excellent and my apple martini was on point. The service was excellent and I was seated upon arrival.

    I usually enjoy this location...not this time. The bar did not have Grand Marnier (my usual), the spicy mustard was super watery (server said it was normal but I knew that was not true), and the manager said the brown rice cooker malfunctioned so I could not have any.

    The waitress so sweet, the food took a little longer because it was dinner time and a lot of people there, but she was very attentive and very friendly. The calamari was so bomb and the sushi!!! My bolgogi came out a little warm and the manager immediately came to my table and made it right!! I love the food and the customer service was A-1

    This was my husbands first experience at PF Chang’s and he loved the food. We had a pleasant dinner. The only problem was too many people and all without masks so I personally was paranoid as I already had Covid and it almost killed me.

    The food was amazing and the server was so hopeful. She gave great food recommendations and was able to move our seats to a more socially distanced location so we would feel comfortable dining. Highly recommend!

    The food was good, not great. The service was good, not great. Our table was smallish for 4 people and the wait staff could have done a better job clearing used appetizer dishes and empty beverage glasses before bringing our entrees, which only made the table more cluttered.

    The food at P.F. Chang's is always great. My favorite dish is the lettuce wraps which is an appetizer or can come with your meal, but I eat it as my main course. I'm not real fond of the table layout, as it does not seem very intimate, but the banana spring rolls are Yummy !!!!!

    We had a 6:45 pm reservation but weren’t seated until after 7 pm. Waiter was friendly and attentive. Menu stated the wine was a 2015 Pinot Noir but we were served a 2016. The vintage year was part of our decision.

    Bathrooms were nasty as a third world country outhouse. Out of almost everything. They should have been ashamed to even open the doors for service Sunday. Horrible experience for our son’s 25th birthday. The Arlington P.F. Chang’s was worse than a goat I once ate in a mud hut in Morocco

    We waited for over an hour while everyone around use was sat which is some what I understandable since it was Sunday afternoon. We expected a crowd and we were a party of 7. However we watched party after party come in after us and get a table almost immediately. The hostess informed us they were waiting on our table to be cleaned about 4 different times over the course of approximately 30 minutes until I suggest we sit at one of the many empty tables visible which she agreed to. Then we were finally able to sit down. It took about another 15 minutes to get water. The food was bland at best.
