P.F. Chang's - Ann Arbor
Enjoyable as always
Good food with reasonable prices. Comfortable light and noise. Good place to visit.
Usually good when I order the Mongolian beef. But this last visit was no good. This time I ordered the surf and turf. No lobster, very little beef and mostly shrimp. Took 20 mins to get an old fashioned whiskey. It came when my entree came. Not like any old fashioned I’ve ever seen. Food was cold. Rice was cold.
Just no good this time. Manager never came by to ask how things were going. Doubt we’ll return anytime soon.
Server seemed overwhelmed by our large party and made several mistakes, didn’t pick up all dirty dishes.
My husband and I split orders of pork and shrimp dumplings. They were good, but not hot. Felt microwaved. I had the lettuce wraps for dinner and the server didn't bring any of the sauces. I'm glad I remembered by the second one as it was quite bland. My husband had a flank steak dish that he enjoyed. We were happy with our meal. We were staying in a hotel a mile away and made a reservation on Open Table 15 minutes before our reservation time. There was a line of people waiting ... I guess they didn't have reservations. Glad they do honor reservations. This is a good restaurant b/c it is consistent and you're not surprised. You know what your gonna get when you make the reservation. A good local quick bite.
I love PF Changs, but every time we go the the Briarwood location the service is poor. I do not blame this on our waiter, her was friendly and did the best he could. I feel they are understaffed and the turn over is high.
Flavors were inconsistent: either too muddled or too strong. Hot and sour soup was neither hot nor sour. Wok’d spinach with garlic was over-salted. Chicken lettuce wraps remain a solid standby.
Food not worth a return visit. A mediocre Asian Restaurant has better food and less costly.
The hostess couldn't find the reservation. Wasn't very pleasant about it. Young man found it. Not a nice start to our meal! The rest of the visit was fine.
It was a family night out. My wife and two of our daughters decided on PF Chang’s. We booked our reservation through open table (super easy) for 6 pm. When we arrived we were seated almost immediately. The waiter was great and the food was exceptional as always. The entire family enjoyed it.
Always have great food and the staff is always super nice but this time around it took so long to bring the sushi out that they gave it to us for free. To give you an idea of when it came out we were almost completely finished with our meals. That was the only downside!
Girls night out
The waiter was absolutely terrible. Completely inefficient with every request. Didn’t bring an allergy menu for over 20 minutes
Food is good. It's a little loud.
We were offered a table in an empty section of the restaurant and it took almost 15 minutes and several requests for the server to took our order. My salad was mediocre the most.
PF Chang's is always a go to staple for us. A variety of food choices are available to everyone. The service is always very reliable as is the quality of food. Take out is another option which we use on ocassion. Drinks are also very good, especially if you are looking for something with a twist!
Fun for a birthday - easy to go with a group and food was very good!
Best Chinese in town.
