Seasonal drink menu is delightful. The service is excellent. I had the classic lettuce wraps; General TSO’s, and; steamed broccoli: delicious!

Good social distancing. Tables spread out. Staff properly wearing masks.

This restaurant does not honor open table reservations. When I make a reservation through open table, I do not expect the restaurant to say “we don’t take open table.” But that’s what of Chang’s does.

Hass to be the slowest restaurant for a PF Chang’s ever. Not once not twice but every time we go there Management is so lacking at this location

We love P F Changs. We go there as often as we can. Always a good experience.

PF Chang’s was great. The problem I have is that they do not use this open table app so they did not have my confirmed reservation. Please contact them to schedule.

The food was good. It’s great that there’s still a restaurant that serves Sweet & Sour Chicken the way it’s supposed to be (with actual pineapple and the veggies) .
Lighting needs to be better. We had to use our flashlights on our phone to read the menu.
Brandon, our Server, was friendly and attentive to our needs.

I made reservations through Open Table and was confirmed. However when we arrived, they told me that the don’t accept reservations through Open Table in the evening and we would have a wait. The hostess was very rude about it. The sushi did not seem freshly made.

Good for a chain location. Food is always good and presented nicely. Staff is preoccupied with who's table belongs to whom. Slow service. Like the cocktail menu.

On a busy Saturday night my wife and I took a friend to dinner for her birthday. Despite the restaurant computer being down, I showed my reservation number on my phone, and we were seated in a short time. Our server Alex B was fantastic, and highly recommend him. we will always ask for him

I love PF Chang’s, but it depends on which one I go to. We were in the Akron area, so we ate at the one in Summit Mall. As usual, our food was over cooked. Our server was pleasant, but it took awhile for us to get our drinks. She had multiple tables, so she filled everyone’s order at once. We ordered the crispy green beans. The beans were all shriveled—-over-cooked. Ordered shrimp lo mein and the noodles were mushy—-over-cooked. Ordered chicken fried rice and it was good.. it’s just this location that over cooks the food.

It was unfortunate that we arrived hungry and met slow service. We waited 15 minutes to order our water. Then we waited another 15 to place our food order. When our appetizers arrived, we had no napkins and plates and waited again for our waitress, and we ended up just grabbing items from another empty table because no waiters or waitresses were around for quite a few minutes. I’m generally easy going, but was so hangry, that I left less than a 20% tip FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE. The food was fine, with smaller portions than I expected, but waiting with no one around was frustrating. The table next to us was frustrated too.

Very expensive for the quality of the food. Sushi was rolled very loose. My girl felt sick after ordering off the gluten free menu... cross contamination? I don't know but we're not going back. I was not even going to write a review but hey you asked.

I have not been to PF Chang’s in years. My family liked it when it first opened, but food quality went down and we stopped going. I thought we should try it again. The menu is more limited than before. We got Avocado Spring Rolls because they looked good in menu, but nothing like what was served. Very small hardly any avocado. I got chicken pad Thai. Or what they call Pad Thai. There was no sauce, huge green onion stalks, the chicken was dry and tough. Need,Es to say we won’t be returning again.

Our host for the night was Christopher and he was absolutely amazing!! Definitely went above and beyond to make the dinner a great experience with his personal recommendations and expertise of the menu! All of the food we ordered was very tasty as well!

Made reservations for 6 people for a special occasion and when I arrived they said they don’t normally check open table. My question is why are they on the open table app if they aren’t going to check it? The female hostess was quite rude. She said she had other people coming so we couldn’t have a table but we could squeeze into a booth meant for 5. Won’t be returning and won’t be using the app again either. Bye

Absolutely. Most often it is good and the specials and happy hour prices are reasonable.

Not sure what is going on, our food has usually been prepared well. Recently, it has not been the same quality. Two entrees were dried out and not warm. The rice was not cooked properly and the overall quality not up to par. No wonder we could easily get a table on a Friday evening when in the past there was a huge wait. The place was pretty empty. Step it up, guys. We won't be back.

Birthday with a friend! Great sampling and sharing opportunity

My biggest complaint is about the shrinking egg rolls. Not only the egg rolls getting smaller, they have less filling. One half of my egg roll had hardly any filling which was very disappointing. Soon they’ll be the size of the spring rolls. I don’t understand why there is no standardization in the size and contents of the egg rolls. We probably will stop ordering them . We even showed them to a manager on one visit, but still the lack of quality control continues with the egg rolls.
