I would say the pastor taco was very tasty, the grilled octopus taco was bland, and my drinks took too long to come out, however they were ok. The manager on late shift about 9pm on. 10/15/2021 was very rude.
Don’t go to the bathroom and use the restroom for 3 minutes before she is banging on the door to see why you are taking too long. Well, maybe because I had 4 drinks and really couldn’t hold it. She was rude, and didn’t apologize, just walked away from me when I told her, “I’m coming, I was literally in here for 3 minutes, I do have to wash my hands for at least 20 seconds”. Just rude lady.
Awesome vibe, staff and food. Don’t sleep on the Cauliflower Nachos!
Always 5 stars at Petty!
Love the nachos
Meeting friends from OOT
We took our kids for dinner. We were 15 minutes late for our reservation, but they were very accommodating. They provided coloring supplies for the kids. It was a Saturday night, so service was a bit slow, understandably. Food was delicious. Would definitely go back.
Just not at all what it used to be. If basic tacos and guacamole are going to be the direction, prices and perception of the restaurant needs to undergo rebranding.
My favorite! Delicious!!
Great food, service, and vibe!
Excellent food and service
Not big on diversity but overall an amazing place! Tables are kinda
I had friends visiting from out of town, who were very excited to go to Petty Cash because they love their cauliflower nachos. Most of the night was fine until the end when we went to order another of drinks and our server told us that everything was closed. At 20 minutes to 9pm he told us that the kitchen was closing and to order food, but the not the bar. So when we asked for more drinks the server gave us attitude. Then as we were sitting wrapping up, another server rudely told us “we’re closing and we need you guys to get out…please”. It was very jarring and doesn’t make us want to come back again.
We came on a Friday night and sat outside. Enjoyed the cocktails and food (guacamole, salsa, and chips to share plus cauliflower nachos, quesadilla, and assorted tacos). However the server was incredibly rude and acted like we were an inconvenience in addition to having to ask several times for missing dishes, more water, checks, etc. so that was the only negative of the experience was that particular server.
Great taco happy hour. Amazing margarita !
Fun, bright clean . Great service
Always great food and ample outdoor seating at the moment.
Tables are no more than 6 inches apart inside and the service was terrible - food was ok but the short rib tasted a bit weird.
It was great all around. Friendly service and great food how can you go wrong.
Our server was great. The rainbow cauliflower nachos were delicious. We shared and then got a taco each and were stuffed. You also can’t go wrong with the pineapple habanero cocktail.
Sat to where our elbows were touching with the next guest. Not covid safe. Waitress was inattentive and we had to ask multiple other people for help. Took us over 2 hours to eat and we ordered everything at once. Food was meh and overpriced.
Service was probably the worst we had experienced in years, if not ever. It took almost 20 minutes before waitress took our simple order. The chips were broken in small pieces, beers took almost another 15 minutes to arrive, then only one of our meals arrived. HORBLE dinner experience which we shared with the manager. Sub standard for service from a regular patron.
Great place to have a fun birthday dinner! Great tacos and margaritas! Great looking crowd!
Two items that we ordered were never served. Waitress had to remove the items from the bill.
Aside from that, food is fenomenal.
Portions are ridiculously tiny for the price
Go to Petty Cash and get the Cauliflower Nachos. They are perfect.
Always a fantastic experience at Petty Cash.
Best tacos in town, and the staff are so friendly.
We love sitting outside because of the noise levels inside. The outside seating is perfect. We love the food and our server was excellent.
We ate outside which I wasn't thrilled about since it's a busy street, but the wait staff was excellent and the food was perfection, so it didn't matter in the end! Will definitely be back!
All of the apps we ordered were delicious. Super big, shareable portions. The nachos and the pinto beans were fantastic. The weakest dishes were the tacos. Definitely ok to pass on those. Don't sleep on the nachos or the squash blossom quesadilla. So happy I finally tried it.
The manager Shana and Malory made my night at Petty cash a Night to remember.
The food is amazing as always and the introduction of the Tuna tostada to start was excellent.
But the thing that keeps me coming back to Petty Cash, is the staff and their fantastic ability to make you feel at home.
They always greet me with a smile and make me feel welcome.
Chef Walter deserves a shout out for a brilliant menu, but Shana and Malory deserve a big thank you !!!!!!
Fun place, albeit a somewhat limited menu. Drinks were great - we had the Petty Cash margaritas. Cauliflower nachos were awesome. Fish tacos were excellent. The chicken tacos were fine. They are fairly small, though, and at $8 a taco, expect to spend upwards of $24 for three tacos if you are hungry. Somewhat loud, so not a place for an intimate dinner.
I used to go fir the octopus tacos. They changed them ftom bring really grilled charred they are now chopped up way too much and not really grilled the same way. I still like them but not fantastic. It’s a solid place to eat. Good drinks etc. I’m picky do take it with a grain of salt
Busy but chill. Sat at the bar and had a great time.
Not impressed. Made a reservation for my birthday. Went with some of my friends. It took asking 3 times and 30+ minutes just to get water to the table. Our waiter had the worst attitude the entire night. Spoke so rudely to everyone the whole time. My friend asked if they had Diet Coke, and the waiter laughed so rudely and said no. Our drinks took forever and half of them came 10 minutes after the rest. Same with our food. It was just a bad experience overall. Margaritas are good though, I'll give them that. But our waiter and the service was terrible. Also, we’re seated right by the road with a new car pulling up every 5 minutes, honking, traffic flying by, etc.
It was our first time for my friends and I, along with our four legged friend (Olive).
What a wonderful experience! Also, the cauliflower nachos and octopus taco was DELICIOUS!! Can't wait to be back! Definitely had a great vibe!
It was a wonderful experience and the warier was attentive.
Our outdoor table was right on top of the valet so we had people walking around our table the entire night
Great food and ambiance. Felicia was awesome as well!
Love this place, food and cocktails are great!
Great food & service!!!
Great Margaritas and tasty food. Everything was fresh and the wait staff was very helpful.
