Attentive, knowledgeable service combined with a menu perfectly matched to the season which was executed very, very well by the chef(s).

The meal and restaurant experience were excellent. However, a 20% fixed service charge was not indicated on the menu which I have found to be the norm at other restaurants that levy this charge.

Our waitress was Sophia D. She was inattentive and never stopped by to ask how our food or drinks were. We were left unchecked with empty cocktails for over 15 minutes. In fact, one of the support staff asked us if he could place an order for another round of drinks for us when he brought our entree out. I got the soft shell crab. It didn't arrive warm and the flavors were unbalanced. My husband said his steak dish was "okay" for the most part but found it to be slightly chewy. No one had bothered to ask how he would like it prepared. Again, she never checked on us after dinner came out to ask us how things were tasting. My husband put our credit card on the table after waiting. She walked over, took it without asking if we'd like anything else OR saying anything at all, and then brought the check back. She said "thanks" put the bill down and walked away. It is easy to provide poor service when the gratuity is already added on.

Had an absolutely fantastic meal with some friends this evening at Petite Cerise! The $68 4-course prix fixe menu was absolutely delicious and the service was amazing. Our group of 4 had different items for most courses and were amazed by the flavors with the various sauces and accompaniments. Wines were fantastic (and reasonably priced - unusual these days) as well. Can’t wait to return!

As always the food was yummy and the pistachio profiteroles were out-of-this world delicious— among the best desserts I’ve eaten. The prix-fixe option is one of the best deals in town. One of the things I enjoy here is the graciousness of the service, but tonight our meal was undermined by inattentive and somewhat smug service. It may have been a matter of the server having more tables than he could handle, but the vibe was off compared to past visits.

Our third visit to Petite Cerise; it never disappoints. Every dish was unique, delicious, and memorable. Breakfast radish on smoke riccota, oysters gratinee, bok choy, parisian gnocchi, soft shelled crab... every one was a winner. The Little Cheery Sour is an incredibly good cocktail. Service was wonderful. The whole experience is a pleasure.
