The service was great and very attentive and the food was delicious. Will definitely be going back!
Delicious food and amazing stuff
Lovely meal in a beautiful ambiance. Food is always great, lovely cocktails and wine list. Friendly service!
Food was excellent.
Some mistake with the service but overall it is a good address.
For sure, I will come back.
The service was terrible. We had brunch outside and had to go inside the restaurant every time we needed the waiter. The brunch took us nearly 3h bec the waiters did not come by our table at all to check on us.
Place is great, costumer service is on point but my Steak was over cook. Other than that everything was fine.
Lovely and Delicious! The food was wonderful and the portions well sized. The setting was great, especially during this time of COVID. The tables were outdoors with heaters above and plexiglass between each table. They are in the midst of more construction to create what looks like a partial structure. We all loved our dinners !
Where can I start? Well the first is if I could give them a half star 🌟, I would gladly do it! This restaurant was such a disappointment, we were looking forward to go and enjoy a delicious meal but we were surprised badly. Let’s start with the hostess, it seemed as if she hates her job and would rather be rude and nasty to costumers. She sat us and we had to wait more than 15 minutes until a server came to see if we wanted anything to drink - side note (have to say that the only decent thing about this restaurant was the server he really tried to accommodate us and make our visit a pleasant one), but to no avail. We placed our order, the Wine was exquisite. Then came the food orders: I ordered the Steak Aux Ouefs - I asked for Medium Rare, I got over done meat! Uneatable. I had to request for it to be changed! But before I managed to get it changed I had to wait for a few minutes for a stale knife (had to ask for it twice) - my friend ordered the Escargots de Bourgogne- she asked what sauces it could come with, they only offered one. Whatever that was it could not be called a sauce it was a watery yellow tasteless liquid. She asked for bread to try and eat this concoction, let’s just say the bread came minutes after she had given up on those “Escargots”. This definitely was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! We had to go and eat a nearby restaurant after we left. The kitchen staff that was in charge of producing this atrocious meal, need to re-examine what they doing, and they should remember that salt and seasoning are their friends not their enemy. Management should take a closer look at how their hostess is treating their customers, she needs training on customer service. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy, I feel that threw my money down the drain!
Food was not good enough to justify the price.
Such a great experience and good food. Love the outdoor setting and wonderful service. Don’t miss this gem in the Village.
The food was very average for the prices.
Came back for a 2nd visit in as many months. Night and day experience. 1st visit was great. In this recent visit, the burrata cheese felt like a hard boiled egg, and the burger was a sloppy mess with the bottom bun completely soaked through.
Both the food and drink were very good. I ordered the steak frites rare and received it as ordered. The gin martini was also very delicious. The street is quiet so that was a nice bonus and the set up that the restaurant had felt safe.
The wait staff were very attentive and helpful. Food was great. Just wished that the door was closed as it was cold and rainy, and a draft came through where we were seated.
Very friendly staff, Jeremy and Sophie were amazing, they made our night really special. Looking forward to the next visit here.
It’s lovely. I’m planning to take a friend there for lunch today
Very nice experience!! Was cold but they give us a heater ( feeling like under the sun ) amazing thx again
We enjoyed thoroughly our brunch there. I’m French and feeling a bit homesick having not travelled back in nearly a year now with the pandemic. The food was great, the service very kind and professional so we all had a wonderful time and our fix from France while enjoying being in West village.
Amazing dining and the service was incredible! Would definitely recommend for any purpose. The food and the drinks were a huge highlight.
Amazing food and great ambiance. Definitely try the mushroom ravioli - it was out of this world
Wonderful meal and outdoor seating section, very good overall delivery of safe service in this time.
Always on the top
Hidden gem inside New Yorks famous area. It has a wonderful range of delicious food. Everything is cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff. The atmosphere feels as if you are in an old school restaurant in Paris. Doesn't have the faux New York touches. Well done.
This was an outstanding dining experience, casual elegance.
The service was warm and efficient but never an interruption to our enjoyment of our evening.
The food was thoughtful and delicious. It leans toward gourmet, rather than gourmand, so if you're very hungry, expect to order multiple courses.
And the ambiance of the corner of Gay Street and Christopher Street, mid-pandemic in October was so beautiful and calm.
The meal was a delight.
Very Disappointed - lunch is up to 5pm per menu - I called 2 times to confirm Lunch is up to 5pm - I made reservation for 4:15 - showed up at 4 - sat down - Lunch menu was not available - paid for dinner price - big difference - and was disappointed with portion size - paid more money and left hungry - Not Nice
Perfect as always
Everything here was amazing from the food to the service. The dividers have hard glass to respect social distancing which is extremely important during this time
Very disappointing. First they didn't have 2 of the dishes on their menu. How can you run out of smoked salmon? I finally ordered the Belgian waffles - what can go wrong with this? Then it arrives late and undercooked. It looks like their junior staff was running the place. Plus overpriced.
Poor service / kitchen messed up. Took 1+ hr for food to come out. Solid French bistro food at a decent price for the area.
Great food and cozy spot in a quiet street.
It was my first time at Petite Boucherie. The service was good, the server was very nice and friendly. I was seated on time for my reservation in the outdoor dining space. The ambience of the restaurant is great and the food is very good. I ordered the steak frites and it was very good. The price was fair. I would totally suggest this place for friends. Very likely that I'll come back.
I’m love with French cuisine after this place
Great staff as well
Great protection from Covid, felt very safe when dining here. Also service was top notch strongly recommend.
The food and the outdoor tables are wonderful.
The food at this place is incredible! We had country pate, steak tartare, lamb chops and chateaubriand. All fantastic!
Incredible ambiance and food! Has a very quaint outdoor setting. Tightly spaced, but great and attentive service
First, the COVID stuff: tables were systematically cleaned after every diner, tables were well spaced, the staff wore masks, the menu was read by QR code, and payment was electronic -- we felt very safe! Portions were generous and the food was good, completely enjoyable. The staff were great. Our only quibble is the price of wine -- no inexpensive bottles so that can rack the price up. But hey, we're happy to support our restaurants these days, so we're more than OK with it.
We enjoyed an alfresco weekday lunch at Le Petite Boucherie. Love the burrata salad. Great Croque Madame as well as Boucherie Burger. Staff was friendly and attentive.
A neighborhood gem.
