Cute place recommended by my husband who used to live nearby. Ambience cute, service prompt. French onion soup was ok. To bready, no cheesy enough. Ordered the crepe of pea, mushroom and onion. Must have been vegan. Too bland. Burger bun was seeded. My son has a sesame allergy. No alternative. I probably ordered the wrong thins but it was brunch. On a Saturday. Not a lot of non breakfast options

We have been to Petit Robert a number of times. It is solid, but the menu is fairly uninspired and the dishes are good, but we have not found one we would rate as excellent. The service is fine and the atmosphere is nice, but it's expensive for what it is. Good for a pre-symphony event, but would not otherwise go out of one's way to eat there. That said, for a quick, French bistro experience, it's worth a shot.

My first time here and my spouse and I were a bit disappointed. We went for brunch. I ordered the salad nicoise with tuna. I asked for dressing on the side. It was very small (for $27), arrived dressed (there was no side dressing as ordered) no green beans as menu stated, not consumer. Tuna didn’t work waste fresh but it was fine. We each ordered a glass on sancere ($17 each) and it was Avery small glass! Not out from the table it arrived with a full glass…for $17 for one small glass, would have preferred to see the bottle please. It tasted more like a Cali Savignon blanc. My spouse ordered a he salmon eggs Benedict and was pleased. I hope this owner review was helpful

My husband and I visit Pete Petite Robert at least once a week, and we absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic, especially Alexander, who always goes above and beyond to make our experience special. We always order the same dishes, and they’re always perfectly prepared. The atmosphere feels like home, and the service is some of the friendliest we’ve experienced in Boston. The food is always top-notch, and we always have the best time there. It’s a pleasure every time we visit, and we can’t wait to come back again soon! - Stacy & Bryan
