We so enjoy the creativity of the chef and bartender, flavorful, fantastic ingredients and the servers are kind, responsive yet also allow you to have a conversation with your guests. Highly recommend Pete's in Capitola.

A relatively new French-style restaurant in a great location. Sit inside or out, either way you have a lovely beach view. A lsmall menu but everything is superb and beautifully presented. More upscale and pricy than other restaurants along the Esplanade, but perfect if you want a fine dining experience in Capitola with a gorgeous beach view and excellent service.

Our 1st time for dinner, had been for cocktails and appetizers previously. We had the Striped Sea Bass and Breast of Duck as entrees and both were amazing. Enjoyed the remodeled interior dining room, quaint and cozy with great views. We’ll be back!

Went there for my 5th anniversary and had the best experience. Got wished happy anniversary 3 times and got a free gelato without even asking. Our server was amazing, don’t remember his name( he was bald and awesome) ps. Get the duck ragu

I just discovered this place and it's already my new fave! The tempura crab with lobster sauce was AMAZING! All the dishes were delicious, and the service was top notch. Like...you go to the bathroom and come back to a folded napkin nice! And then the French cruller with espresso ice cream and whip cream!? How do they do this? It's extremely fine dining with a great beach view for a reasonable price!
